Abstract

The lock bar has an activation rod for activating a lock integrated to a casement, where the rod is provided on the casement and a locking and control system. Safety units have inhibition units ensuring locking of an activation lever with respect to a control lever (6). The lever has a cap prohibiting access to a tilt base from exterior in a locking position of a bolt. The base is free in rotational movement so as to permit an inner opening action irrespective of state of safety units. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a lock bar.
