Claims (8)

  1. Treibriegelverschluß (1), insbesondere vorgesehen für Lastwagentüren, Anhänger, Behälter oder dergleichen, umfassend wenigstens einen Riegel (3), der als unterer Riegel bezeichnet wird, der mit einer Betätigungsstange (4) verbunden ist, die fest mit der Tür verbunden ist, wobei der besagte Riegel (3) einen beweglichen Schloßriegel (6) aufweist, der mit einem entsprechenden unbeweglichen Schließblech (8) zusammenwirkt, sowie Verriegelungsmittel, die zwischen dem beweglichen Schloßriegel (6) und dem unbeweglichen Schließblech (8) eingesetzt sind, wobei die besagten Verriegelungsmittel einen Betätigungshebel (17, 21) umfassen, geeignet, bei Verriegelung nach einer Richtung F1 zu wirken, einen Kipphebel (22), die einem Fenster (19) des Schloßriegels (6) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, in gelenkiger Verbindung (23) im Bereich einer Verlängerung (24) des Schließblechs (8), wobei der besagte Kipphebel (22) geeignet ist, mit dem Schloßriegel (6) zusammenzuwirken, um die Verriegelung des Riegels (3) bei der Verschiebung des besagten Handgriffs (17) nach der besagten Richtung F1 zu sichern, sowie elastische Rüchstellmittel (30), die an dem Schließblech (8) anlehnen, die auf den besagten Kipphebel (22) wirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Verriegelungsmittel außerdem gebildet sind aus:
    dem besagten Betätigungshebel (17, 21), geeignet, zur Entriegelung nach der anderen Richtung F2 zu wirken, der gebildet ist aus:
    einem Handgriff (17), der in gelenkiger Verbindung (20) im Bereich einer Verlängerung (18) des Schloßriegels (6) gelagert ist,
    einer Nase (21), die sich in einem Fenster (19) des Schloßriegels (6) über die gelenkige Verbindung (20) des Handgriffs (17) hinaus erstreckt,
    wobei die besagte Nase (21) des Betätigungshebels geeignet ist, mit dem besagten Kipphebel (22) zusammenzuwirken, um die Entriegelung des Riegels (3) bei der Verschiebung des besagten Handgriffs (17) nach der Richtung F2 der Entriegelung zu sichern.
  2. Treibriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Kipphebel (22) einen Befestigungsschnabel (28) und einen Absatz (35) umfaßt, die den besagten elastischen Rückstellmitteln (30) zugeordnet sind, geeignet, einerseits, mit einem Rand (32) des besagten Fensters (19) des Schloßriegels (6), beziehungsweise, andererseits, mit der besagten Nase (21) des Betätigungshebels zusammenzuwirken, um bei Verriegelung den Befestigungsschnabel (28) an das Fenster (19) anzulegen, oder bei Entriegelung das Zurückziehen des Befestigungsschnabels in dem besagten Fenster (19) des Schloßriegels zu erlauben.
  3. Treibriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der Rücken (29) des Schnabels (28) des Kipphebels (22) sowie der untere Bereich (31) des Randes (32) des Fensters (19) der Verlängerung (18) des Schloßriegels (6) Zylinderteile aufweisen, vorgesehen, aufeinander durch Berührung gemäß den aufeinanderfolgenden Querzeugenden zu rollen, ab dem Zeitpunkt, wenn der besagte Schnabel (28) dem oberen Bereich (33) des besagten Randes (32) entgleitet, während der Entriegelung und ab dem Zeitpunkt, wenn der untere Bereich (31) des Randes (32) mit dem Rücken (29) des Schnabels (28) bei der Verriegelung in Kontakt kommt.
  4. Treibriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Nase (21), die das Ende des Handgriffs (17) bildet, der den Hebel formt, die sich über seine Drehachse (20) hinaus erstreckt, sowie der Absatz (35) der Kippschaltung (22) Zylinderteile aufweisen, die vorgesehen sind, aufeinander durch Berührung gemäß den aufeinanderfolgenden Querzeugenden zu rollen, ab dem Zeitpunkt, wenn eine Aufhebung des Handgriffs (17) eingeleitet ist, bei der Entriegelung, wobei sich der Vorgang in Verriegelung auf das in Kontakt Setzen der Nase (21) des Handgriffs (17) gegen die obere Fläche (36) des Absatzes (35) des Kipphebels (22), ohne entsprechende Bewegung, beschränkt.
  5. Treibriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der Absatz (35) des Kipphebels (22) einen flachen Bereich (38), der sich auf seinem Rücken (29) befindet; und einen Zylinderteil des Endes (39) aufweist, um so für den Handgriff (17), der den Hebel formt, eine stabile Verriegelungsposition zu bilden.
  6. Treibriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, bei dem der Kipphebel (22) Mittel zur Begrenzung seines Winkelausschlags bei dem Vorgang in Verriegelung umfaßt, die durch einen Vorsprung gebildet sind, der einen Anschlag (40) bildet, der in derselben Richtung ausgeführt ist wie sein Schnabel (28), vor seiner Drehachse (23), und der am Ende der Verriegelung gegen eine untere innere Ebene (41) der Verlängerung (24) des Schließblechs (8) unter der Wirkung der elastischen Rückstellmittel (30) anlehnt.
  7. Treibriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, bei dem die elastischen Rückstellmittel (30) des Kipphebels (22) durch wenigstens eine in Verdichtung wirkende Feder gebildet sind, die zwischen der unteren inneren Ebene (41) der Verlängerung (24) des Schließblechs (8) und einer unteren Ebene (43) des Absatzes (35) des Kipphebels (22) angeordnet ist.
  8. Treibriegelverschluß nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Fenster (19), das in der Verlängerung (18) des Schloßriegels (6) ausgeführt ist, von solcher Abmessung ist, daß die Veranschaulichung der Position des Kipphebels (22) ermöglicht wird, bildend so eine Kontrolle der Öffnung oder der Schließung der Tür.
