Claims (12)

  1. Treibstangengetriebe, vorgesehen für die Bedienung der Öffnung und der Schließung eines Flügels, wie der Tür eines Lastwagen, eines Anhängers, eines Behälters oder dergleichen, umfassend wenigstens einen Riegel (52), der im Bereich des entsprechenden festen Rahmens (51) vorgesehen ist, eine Stange zur Betätigung (4) des Riegels, fest verbunden mit dem Flügel (57), sowie ein System zur Steuerung und Verriegelung (1), vorgesehen im Bereich des Flügels, umfassend zumindest Folgendes:
    - eine Grundplatte (2), die auf dem Flügel (57) befestigt ist,
    - einen Hebel zur Steuerung (6) der Betätigungsstange, wobei das entfernte Ende des Steuerhebels in gelenkiger Verbindung auf der besagten Grundplatte (2) vorgesehen sei und mit der Betätigungsstange (4) verbunden sei,
    - einen Kipphebel (70; 71; 72; 73), der durch federnde Rückstellmittel innerlich des besagten Systems zur Steuerung und Verriegelung (1) in gelenkiger Verbindung entweder hinsichtlich der Grundplatte (2) oder hinsichtlich des Steuerhebels (6) gezwängt wird, der geeignet ist, um die Kupplung des besagten Steuerhebels (6) mit der besagten Grundplatte (2) zu sichern, um die Verriegelung des Riegels (52) zu erlauben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Treibstangengetriebe innerlich des Flügels zwei Aktuatoren (10, 11) aufweist, respektive mit handbetätigter bzw. mit mechanisierter Steuerung, die geeignet sind, um mit dem Kipphebel (70; 71; 72; 73) zusammenzuwirken, um sein Entkuppeln einzuleiten.
  2. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 1, in dem der handbetätigte Aktuator (10) eine Sicherungsvorrichtung ist, die die handbediente Entriegelung des Treibstangengetriebes von dem Inneren eines Raums erlaubt, der durch den Flügel geschlossen ist, die im Wesentlichen durch eine Stange (14) gebildet ist, deren freies Ende vorgesehen ist, um mit einen Winkelhebel des Kipphebels (70; 71; 72; 73) in Eingriff zu kommen, wobei die besagte Stange (14) zu der Ebene des Flügels (57) senkrecht, verschiebbar montiert in einer Bohrung (15), die den besagten Flügel durchsetzt, bedienbar durch ein Betätigungsorgan (16), wie insbesondere eine Drucktaste, sei.
  3. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in dem der Aktuator (11) mit mechanisierter Steuerung mit dem Kipphebel (70; 71; 72; 73) über ein Gestänge oder noch über ein Kabel zusammenwirkt.
  4. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 3, in dem der Aktuator mit mechanisierter Steuerung in Traktion mit dem Kipphebel (70) über ein Kabel (40) zusammenwirkt, seiend das Ende (41) des besagten Kabels (40) in Kugelgelenkverbindung mit dem Kipphebel im Bereich einer Verlängerung (43) des besagten Kipphebels (70), wobei die Verlängerung (43) des besagten Kipphebels (70) einer Öffnung (46) der Grundplatte (2) gegenüberliegend sei, unter deren Bereich ein Bogen zur Führung (44) des besagten Kabels vorgesehen ist.
  5. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 4, in dem das Kabel (40) durch eine Schutzhülle (45) sowie durch einen Balg (47), vorgesehen zwischen der besagten Verlängerung (43) des besagten Kipphebels und dem Führungsbogen (44), geschützt ist.
  6. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, in dem der Führungsbogen (44) ein formgespritztes Kunststoffbauteil ist, der eine Kante aufweist, die in die besagte Öffnung (46) der Grundplatte (2) eingefügt werden kann.
  7. Treibstangengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, in dem der besagte Kipphebel (71; 72; 73) zwei Vorsprünge (8, 9) aufweist, die vorgesehen sind, um zwei Winkelhebel für die Aktuatoren (10, 11), bzw. mit handbetätigter und mit mechanisierter Steuerung, zu bilden, wobei die besagten Winkelhebel hinsichtlich einander senkrecht seien, und in dem, wenn das System zur Steuerung und Verriegelung (1) geschlossen ist, der eine (8) von den Vorsprüngen sich parallel hinsichtlich der Ebene der besagten Grundplatte (2), die einer ersten Öffnung (12) der besagten Grundplatte (2) gegenüberliegt, erstreckt, wobei der andere (9) von den Vorsprüngen sich senkrecht hinsichtlich der Ebene der besagten Grundplatte (2), die unterhalb dieser letzteren durch eine zweite Öffnung (13) der besagten Grundplatte (2) vorspringt, erstreckt.
  8. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 7, in dem der Aktuator (11) mit mechanisierter Steuerung ein Arbeitszylinder oder ein Elektromagnet ist, angeordnet gänzlich in der Dicke des Flügels (57), gebildet im Wesentlichen durch eine Stange (17), die ein Teil von einem Arbeitszylinder oder noch von einem Elektromagneten ist, deren Hub eine Richtung hat, die zu der Ebene des Flügels (57) parallel ist, geeignet, um bei Schub in den besagten Vorsprung (9) unter der Grundplatte (2) einzugreifen.
  9. Treibstangengetriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, in dem das System zur Steuerung und Verriegelung (1) außerdem einen Hebel zur Betätigung (5) des Steuerhebels (6) aufweist, geeignet, um bei Verriegelung nach einer Richtung F1 oder bei Entriegelung nach einer Richtung F2 zu wirken, wobei das entfernte Ende des Betätigungshebels (5) in gelenkiger Verbindung im Bereich des nahen Endes des Steuerhebels vorgesehen sei, seiend der Kipphebel (70; 71) geeignet, um die Verankerung des Steuerhebels (6) mit der Grundplatte (2) und somit die Verriegelung des Riegels (52) bei der Verschiebung des Betätigungshebels (5) nach der Richtung F1 der Verriegelung zu sichern, wobei der Betätigungshebel (5) geeignet sei, um mit dem Kipphebel (70; 71) zusammenzuwirken, um das Entkuppeln des Steuerhebels (6) und der Grundplatte (2) und somit die Entriegelung des Riegels (52) bei der Verschiebung nach der Richtung F2 der Entriegelung zu sichern.
  10. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 9, in dem der Betätigungshebel (5) eine Nase (18) aufweist, der sich über die gelenkige Verbindung (19) mit dem Steuerhebel (6) hinaus erstreckt, seiend der besagte Kipphebel (70; 71) in gelenkiger Verbindung mit der besagten Grundplatte (2), wobei die federnden Rückstellmittel an der besagten Grundplatte (2) anlehnen, wobei der Steuerhebel (6) einen Sperrhalter (20) aufweist, geeignet, um bei Verriegelung mit dem besagten Kipphebel (70; 71) zusammenzuwirken, und in dem der besagte Kipphebel (70; 71) einen Befestigungsschnabel (21) und einen Absatz (22) aufweist, die mit den besagten federnden Rückstellmitteln verbunden sind, die geeignet sind, um respektive mit dem besagten Sperrhalter (20) des Steuerhebels (6), und, andererseits, mit der Nase (18) des Betätigungshebels (5) zusammenzuwirken, um bei Verriegelung den Befestigungsschnabel (21) in den Halter (20) zu drücken oder in Entriegelung das Zurückziehen des Schnabels (21) aus dem besagten Sparrhalter (20) des Steuerhebels (6) zu erlauben.
  11. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, in dem das System zur Steuerung und Verriegelung (1) außerdem Sperrmittel (23) aufweist, die das entsprechende Sperren des Betätigungshebels (5) hinsichtlich des Steuerhebels (6) sichern, wobei die besagten Sperrmittel durch zwei Öffnungen (24, 25) gebildet seien, die über den besagten Steuerhebel (6) und den besagten Betätigungshebel (5) verteilt sind, die geeignet sind, um in Position der Verriegelung einander gegenüberliegend gebracht zu werden, um von einem befestigten Teil (26) wie insbesondere von dem Bügel eines Vorhängeschlosses und/oder von einem Mechanismus, der in das System zur Steuerung und Verriegelung (1) integriert ist, durchsetzt werden zu können, umfassend ein Schloss (27), welches mit einem Riegel (26) ausgestattet ist, seiend das besagte Schloss (27) mit dem besagten Steuerhebel (6) verbunden, wobei der Betätigungshebel ein Schließblech (29) für die Aufnahme des Schlossriegels (28) aufweist.
  12. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 11, in dem der Riegel (28) des Schlosses (27) als ein drehbarer Nocken ausgestaltet ist, wobei der Steuerhebel (6) außerdem eine Nockenführung (30) aufweist, die mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (31, 32) zur Führung des Nockens ausgestattet ist.
