Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung und Führung der Enden eines Beschlags vom Typ Treibstangenbeschlag oder Treibstangenschloss, die dafür geeignet ist, in eine Nut im Falz eines Flügels einer Tür, eines Fensters oder dergleichen eingeführt zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung (4) dazu bestimmt ist, mittels geeigneter Mittel (5) hinter einer Stulpschiene (3), insbesondere durch Nieten, befestigt zu werden, und Mittel (7) zur Halterung und Führung einer Treibstange (2) relativ zur Stulpschiene (3) sowie einen Kragen zur Führung (8) mindestens einer Befestigungsschraube aufweist, die eine zu diesem Zweck in der Stulpschiene (3) vorgesehene Öffnung (6) durchsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie von einem Profil (16) gebildet wird, das seinerseits bildet:
    - einen ersten Kanal (17) mit U-förmigern Querschnitt mit einem Boden (18), der sich an der Rückseite (19) der Stulpschiene (3) anlegt, wobei sich von diesem Boden 18) einerseits zwei parallele Wände (20, 21) erstrecken, zwischen denen sich die Treibstange (2) verschieben kann, und andererseits der Kragen zur Führung (8) mindestens einer Befestigungsschraube erstreckt, derart, dass sie ein Langloch (9) in der Treibstange (2) durchsetzen kann;
    - und einen zweiten Kanal (22) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt mit zwei parallelen Wänden (23, 24), die sich von einem Boden (26) erstrecken und deren Oberkante (23) dafür vorgesehen ist, sich auf der Rückseite (19) der Stulpschiene (3) abzustützen, während die Treibstange (2) dazu gebracht wird, sich in dem Raum zwischen diesen beiden parallelen Wänden (23, 24) einerseits und zwischen der Stulpschiene (3) und dem Boden (26) des zweiten Kanals (22) andererseits zu verschieben.
  2. Vorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Boden (18) des ersten Kanals (17) und dem Boden (26) des zweiten Kanals (22) in der Längsrichtung der Treibstange (2) ein Abstand (34) vorgesehen ist, der mindestens der Dicke der Treibstange (2) entspricht, um die Vorrichtung (4) an dieser montieren zu können.
  3. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungskragen (8) eine Durchbohrung (12) aufweist, die dem Querschnitt (11) der Befestigungsschraube angepasst ist und mit der Öffnung (6) in der Stulpschiene (3) über eine Öffnung (27) zusammenwirkt, deren Querschnitt ebenfalls dem Querschnitt (11) der Befestigungsschraube angepasst ist.
  4. Vorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (27) für den Durchtritt der Befestigungsschraube an der Seite (29) des Bodens (18), der dem ersten Kanal (17) zugehörig ist und sich gegen die Stulpschiene (3) anlegen soll, über einen Positionierkragen (30) mündet, dessen Dicke im wesentlichen gleich der Dicke der Stulpschiene (3) ist, die eine Öffnung (6) aufweist, die dem Querschnitt dieses Kragens (30) angepasst ist.
  5. Vorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Positionierkragen (30) eine Bohrung (31) für die Aufnahme des Befestigungsschraubenkopfs aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallelen Wände (23, 24) des zweiten Kanals (22) in Höhe ihrer Oberkante (25) von mindestens einer Befestigungs- oder Nietzunge (32) überragt werden, die dazu bestimmt ist, von in den Längsrändern der Stulpschiene (3) vorgesehenen Öffnungen oder auch Einkerbungen (33) aufgenommen zu werden.
  7. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im wesentlichen eine Austrittsführung für die Treibstange (2) an einem freien Ende der Stulpschiene (3) bildet.
  8. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im Kunststoff- oder Metallgussverfahren einstückig hergestellt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus zwei Teilen besteht, wovon der eine den Kragen zur Führung (8) der Befestigungsschraube bildet, wobei dieser von einem Positionierkragen (30), der mit der Öffnung (6) in der Stulpschiene (3) zusammenwirken soll, sowie von einem Nietkragen (28) überragt wird, wobei der Boden (18) des ersten Kanals (17), der von dem Profil (16) des zweiten Teils gebildet wird, Öffnungen aufweist für den Durchtritt des Positionierkragens (30) einerseits und des Nietkragens (28) andererseits.
