Claims (14)

  1. Verriegelungsvorrichtung eines Flügels mit einem Schließpfosten (M), der sich gegen einen anderen Pfosten (D) schließt, geeignet, um reversibel von einer passiven in eine aktive Verriegelungsstellung überzugehen, wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens einen männlichen Teil (1, 1') enthält, geeignet, um sich mit dem Schließpfosten (M) des Flügels zu vereinen, der mindestens zwei Verriegelungshaken (110, 111, 110', 111') und eine Verriegelungsstange (10, 10') umfasst, und einen weiblichen Teil (2), geeignet, um sich mit dem anderen Pfosten (D) zu vereinen, der ein Schließblech zur Aufnahme der Verriegelungshaken umfasst, und wobei die Verriegelungsstange zum Verschieben angepasst ist, um die Vorrichtung reversibel von einer passiven in eine aktive Verriegelungsstellung übergehen zu lassen, in der die zwei Haken im Schließblech verriegelt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Haken fest (110, 110') ist und der andere Haken (111, 111') beweglich integral mit der Verschiebung der Verriegelungsstange (10, 10') montiert ist, und wobei das Schließblech (2, 20, 21, 22) konfiguriert ist, geeignet, um sich zu verschieben und integral mit der Bewegung des beweglichen Hakens (111, 111'), wenn der bewegliche Haken in das Schließblech eingreift.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beweglichen (111, 111') und die festen (110, 110') Haken einander gegenüberliegend ausgerichtet sind, wobei die Krümmung des gekrümmten Teils, der den Kopf (1110, 1110') eines der Haken (111, 111') bildet, in die entgegengesetzte Richtung gerichtet ist zur Krümmung des gekrümmten Teils, der den Kopf (1100, 1100') des anderen Hakens (110, 110') bildet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Endwinkel (25) des Schließblechs umfasst, um das Schließblech in der passiven Stellung zu halten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Einstellmittel der Stellung des Schließblechs in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung der ihm zugewandten Haken umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endwinkel (25) konfiguriert ist, um ferner die Funktion des Einstellmittels zu erfüllen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner mindestens eine Fase (1112, 1102) an mindestens einem der Haken als Einstellmittel der Stellung des Schließblechs umfasst.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Gehäuse (11) enthält, das eine Hülle (115) umfasst, in der zwei Stützblöcke (112, 113) angeordnet sind, die jeweils den beweglichen Haken (111) und den festen Haken (110) halten, wobei jeder Haken in seinem jeweiligen Stützblock an seinem Ende gehalten wird, das seinem gekrümmter Teil gegenüberliegt, der seinen Kopf (1110, 1100) bildet, wobei der Stützblock (112) des beweglichen Hakens beweglich integral mit der Verschiebung der Verriegelungsstange (10) montiert ist und geeignet, um sich in der Hülle (115) des Gehäuses zu verschieben.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle des Gehäuses eine quer verlaufende Seitenfläche umfasst, die eine Durchgangsöffnung (1150) enthält, durch welche der Kopf (1110, 1100) jedes Hakens hindurchgeht, und wobei diese Fläche proximal zur Verriegelungsstange (10) ist, die eine Durchgangsnut (1000) umfasst, durch die der Kopf jedes Hakens austritt.
  9. Erker, insbesondere ein verglaster Erker, einen Schiebeflügel umfassend, der sich eines seiner Pfosten folgend, Schließpfosten (M) genannt, reversibel gegen einen anderen Pfosten (D) verriegelt, dank einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung, geeignet, um reversibel von einer passiven in eine aktive Verriegelungsstellung überzugehen, wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens einen männlichen Teil (1, 1') enthält, der mit dem Schließpfosten (M) des Flügels vereint ist, und der mindestens zwei Verriegelungshaken (110, 111, 110', 111') und eine Verriegelungsstange (10, 10') umfasst, und einen weiblichen Teil (2), der mit dem anderen Pfosten (D) vereint ist, der ein Schließblech zur Aufnahme der Verriegelungshaken umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 definiert ist, und der männliche Teil der Vorrichtung derart im Schließpfosten (M) installiert ist, dass die Verriegelungsstange (10, 10') der Vorrichtung entlang des Schließpfostens verschoben werden kann und den beweglichen Haken (111, 111') mitziehen kann, und der weibliche Teil derart im anderen Pfosten (D) installiert ist, dass das Schließblech (2, 20, 21, 22) dem Haken zugewandt ist und dass das Schließblech durch den beweglichen Haken der Vorrichtung entlang des anderen Pfostens in die Verschiebung mitgezogen werden kann, bis der feste Haken (110, 110') im Schließblech blockiert ist und den beweglichen Haken im Schließblech blockiert, um den Verschluss des Flügels zu verriegeln.
  10. Erker nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Einfassung und mindestens eine Führungsschiene umfasst, die eine Zarge bilden, in der der Flügel installiert ist, der mit Verschiebungsschlitten versehen ist, die ihn in seiner eigenen Ebene, der mindestens einen Führungsschiene folgend, sich vertikal verschieben lassen, und der andere Pfosten ein Einfassungspfosten (D) ist.
  11. Verwendung einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 in einem Verfahren zur Verriegelung eines Schiebeflügels, der sich, einem seiner Pfosten folgend, gegen einen anderen Pfosten verriegelt.
  12. Verfahren zur Verriegelung eines Flügels, der sich entlang mindestens einer Führungsschiene verschiebt, und sich einem seiner Pfosten folgend, Schließpfosten genannt, gegen einen anderen Pfosten verriegelt, wobei eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung verwendet wird, die mindestens einen im Schließpfosten (M) installierten männlichen Teil (1, 1') umfasst und mindestens zwei Verriegelungshaken enthält (110, 111, 110', 111') und eine Verriegelungsstange (10, 10') und einen weiblichen Teil (2), der im anderen Pfosten (D) montiert ist, und ein Schließblech (2, 20, 21, 22) zur Aufnahme der Verriegelungshaken enthält, und wobei die Verriegelungsstange zum Verschieben angepasst ist unter der Einwirkung eines Steuerelements, um die Vorrichtung reversibel von einer passiven in eine aktive Verriegelungsstellung übergehen zu lassen, in der diese zwei Haken (110, 111, 110', 111') im Schließblech verriegelt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verwendete Verriegelungsvorrichtung, die in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 definierte Verriegelungsvorrichtung ist, und dass zum reversiblen Übergehen von einer passiven in eine aktive Verriegelungsstellung die beweglichen und festen Haken ins Schließblech eingeführt werden, nachdem der Schließpfosten des Flügels in die Verschiebung gegen den anderen Pfosten mitgezogen wurde, wobei die Stellung des Schließblechs im anderen Pfosten in einem vorherigen Schritt eingestellt wurde, der während der Installation des Flügels auf diesen Führungsschienen realisiert wurde, so dass dieses Schließblech den Haken zugewandt ist, deren jeweiliger Kopf vom Schließpfosten des Flügels hervorsteht, wenn die Verriegelungsstange in der passiven Stellung ist, wobei sich der Kopf dieses beweglichen Hakens im Schließblech positioniert, im Wesentlichen in Kontakt mit dem Schließblech, dann wird die Verriegelungsstange entlang des Schließpfostens in Verschiebung versetzt, wobei der beweglichen Haken integral in Verschiebung versetzt wird, der selbst, in Kontakt mit dem Schließblech, das Schließblech entlang des anderen Pfostens integral in Verschiebung versetzt, bis zur Blockierung des festen Hakens im Schließblech, wobei dadurch die zwei Haken im Schließblech blockiert werden, wobei sie die aktive Verriegelungsstellung einnehmen.
  13. Verfahren zur Verriegelung eines Schiebeflügels nach Anspruch 12, wobei, wenn die Verriegelungsstange in der passiven Stellung ist, der Kopf des beweglichen Hakens sich im Schließblech positioniert, das obere und untere Seitenwände enthält, die eine offene vertiefte Zone zur Aufnahme der Köpfe der Haken begrenzen, im Wesentlichen in inneren Kontakt mit der oberen Seitenwand des Schließblechs, während sich der Kopf des beweglichen Hakens von der unteren Seitenwand des Schließblechs beabstandet im Schließblech positioniert, und wenn die Verriegelungsstange in der aktiven Verriegelungsstellung ist, bleibt der Kopf des beweglichen Hakens in inneren Kontakt mit der oberen Seitenwand des Schließblechs, und der Kopf des festen Hakens ist dann in inneren Kontakt mit der unteren Seitenwand des Schließblechs.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei der feste Haken der untere Haken der Vorrichtung ist und der bewegliche Haken der obere Haken der Vorrichtung ist.
