Claims (3)

  1. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) für eine Tür, ein Fenster od.dgl., mit:
    a) einem feststehenden Element (4);
    b) einem beweglichen Element (5), das im feststehenden Element (4) gleitet und einen Ausschnitt (30) aufweist, der direkt auf den Betätigungsvierkant (3) eines Betätigungsgriffes wirkt, um diesen zu sperren;
    c) und Mitteln (39) zum Sperren des beweglichen Elementes (5) bezüglich des feststehenden Elementes (4) in der Verriegelungsstellung;
       wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Mittel (39) das Sperren des beweglichen Elementes (5) bezüglich des feststehenden Elementes (4) sowohl in der Verriegelungsstellung als auch in der Entriegelungsstellung sicherstellen, wobei diese Mittel (39) gebildet sind durch:
    - zwei Nasen (17, 18), die je auf den Längsrändern (15, 16) des beweglichen Elementes (5) angeordnet sind und in Öffnungen (19, 20, 21, 22) eingreifen, die im feststehenden Element (4) ausgebildet sind, welches auf seiner Rückseite (27) Rinnen (23, 24, 25, 26) aufweist, die in Verlängerung der Öffnungen (19, 20, 21, 22) angeordnet sind und in denen die Nasen (17, 18) des beweglichen Elementes (5) gleiten;
    - und durch Federelemente, die bezüglich des Bodens (40) der Rinnen (23, 24, 25, 26) des feststehenden Elementes (4) vorstehen und geringfügig in Ausnehmungen mit Halbkugelform eingreifen, welche in der Vorderseite (41) der Nasen (17, 18) des beweglichen Elementes (5) ausgebildet sind, wenn dieses in der Sperrstellung oder entsperrten Stellung des Betätigungsvierkants (3) ist;
       wobei die Nasen (17, 18) einerseits den Zusammenbau durch einfaches Einstecken des beweglichen Elementes (5) in das feststehende Element (4) über die Öffnungen (19, 20, 21, 22) und anderseits die Halterung und Führung dieses beweglichen Elementes (5) bezüglich des feststehenden Elementes (4) über die Rinnen (23, 24, 25, 26) sicherstellen.
  2. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federelemente durch Organe aus Kunststoff, Metall od.dgl. gebildet sind.
  3. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federelemente durch federnd vorgespannte Kugeln gebildet sind.
