Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken kleinstückiger Artikel in einer Packung mit Flügelknoten, bei dem ein Packstoffstück (P) teilweise um einen zu verpackenden Artikel (A) gelegt wird, wobei beiderseits des Artikels je ein Schenkel (S1, S2) des Packstoffstückes über den Artikel hinaussteht, und anschließend einer der Schenkel (S1) umgelegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser umgelegte Schenkel beim Umlegen mit einem Quer-Kaltsiegelbereich (Q) gegen einen Quer-Kaltsiegel-bereich (Q) des anderen Schenkels zur Anlage kommt und an diesem entlang des Artikels anhaftet, und anschließend der andere Schenkel (S2) mit dem anhaftenden Teil des zuerst umgelegten Schenkels in Gegenrichtung zu diesem umgelegt wird, daß der andere Schenkel (S2) gegen den zuerst umgelegten Schenkel (S1) gedrückt wird, unter Bildung einer gasdichten Verbindung zwischen den Schenkeln, und daß das Packstoffstück an beiderseits des über den Artikel in Querrichtung hinausstehenden Längs-Kaltsiegelbereichen (L) verschlossen wird, unter Bildung einer gasdichten Verbindung an den Flügelknoten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschließen des Packstoffstückes durch Verdrehen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Umlegen des ersten Schenkels (S1) dieser gegen den Artikel (A) zur Anlage kommt und im gleichen Vorgang ein Endabschnitt (E) des ersten Schenkels (S1) mit seinem sich entlang der gesamten gasdicht abzuschließenden Länge des Packstoffstückes erstreckenden Quer-Kaltsiegelbereich (Q) gegen den an dem anderen, zweiten Schenkel(S2) vorgesehenen und sich in Querrichtung desselben erstreckenden Quer-Kaltsiegelbereich (Q) in Berührung kommt und an diesem anhaftet.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende des Umlegevorganges des zweiten Schenkels (S2) dieser von außen in Richtung auf den ersten Schenkel (S1) angedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zeitweilig zwischen dem Artikel (A) und der Außenseite des Endabschnittes (E) des ersten Schenkels (S1) ein flaches Plattenteil als Gegenhalter für das Andrücken am Ende des zweiten Umlegevorganges angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verdrehen der Längs-Kaltsiegelbereiche (L) nach dem zweiten Umlegen und als Doppeldreheinschlag ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 und 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längs-Kaltsiegelbereiche (L) des Packstoffstückes (P) durch Zusammendrücken gasdicht verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Umlegen der Schenkel das Packstoffstück an den Artikel (A) angelegt wird, um sich teilweise, vorzugsweise etwa zur Hälfte, um den Artikel herumzuerstrecken, wobei der zuerst umzulegende Schenkel (S1) weiter über den Artikel (A) hinaussteht, als der andere Schenkel (S2).
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Packstoffstück ein Sollanrißschutz angebracht wird.
- Einschlagvorrichtung zum Verpacken kleinstückiger Artikel in einer Packung mit Flügelknoten, mit einer Vorrichtung zum Anlegen eines Packstoffstückes um einen zu verpackenden Artikel, wobei Schenkel des Packstoffstückes beiderseits über den Artikel hinausstehen, einem Packkopf (40) mit Haltebacken für den Artikel, einem Innenfalter (10) zum Anlegen des einen Schenkels an den Artikel und einem Außenfalter (20) zum Umlegen des anderen Schenkels, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Innenfalter (10) der eine Schenkel (S1) des Packstoffstückes (A) auch an den anderen gegenüberliegenden Schenkel (S2) des Packstoffstückes (A) anlegbar ist und durch den Außenfalter (20) der andere, gegenüberliegende Schenkel (S2) und ein an diesem anhaftender Teil des zuerst umgelegten Schenkels (S1) in Gegenrichtung des einen, zuerst umgelegten Schenkels (S1) umlegbar ist, und eine Schneidvorrichtung (70) mit einem Messer (71) im Umfangsbereich des Packkopfes (40) vorgesehen ist, zur Anbringung eines Sollanrisses an dem Packstoffstück (A), wobei der Innenfalter (10) ein Schneidgegenlager (13) des Messers (71) bildet.
- Einschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenfalter (10) in Anlage an einer Außenseite des zuerst umgelegten Schenkels (S1) verbleibt, wenn der andere Schenkel (S2) umgelegt wird.
- Einschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Endstellung des Außenfalters (20) nach dem Umlegen des zweiten Schenkels (S2) der Innenfalter (10) und der Außenfalter (20) den dazwischen befindlichen Packstoff zusammendrücken.
- Einschlagvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Falteinheit, die Haltebacken (30) aufweist, zum Halten eines Artikels sowie des teilweise darum gewickelten Packstoffstückes, wobei die Falteinheit weiterhin den Innenfalter (10) und den Außenfalter (20) aufweist, die jeweils als Schwenkarm relativ zu einem zwischen den Haltebacken (30) gehaltenen Artikel bewegbar ausgebildet sind.
- Einschlagvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Falteinheiten jeweils mit einem nach außen weisenden Innenfalter (10) und einem nach außen weisenden Außenfalter (20) am Umfang eines drehbaren, trommelförmigen Packkopfes (40) angeordnet sind.
- Einschlagvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenfalter (20) feststehend angeordnet ist und der Innenfalter (10) gegen den Außenfalter (20) bewegbar ist.
- Einschlagvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der der Vorrichtung (50) zum Anlegen eines Packstoffstückes gegenüberliegenden Seite des Innen- und Außenfalters (10, 20) eine Transportvorrichtung, bevorzugt ein Revolverkopf (60) mit Artikelaufnahmebereichen (61) zur Aufnahme der verpackten Artikel angeordnet ist, wobei die Artikelaufnahmebereiche (61) eng an dem Außenfalter (20) vorbei bewegbar sind, zum Umlegen der zweiten Schenkel.
- Einschlagvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (71) der Schneidvorrichtung (70) mit zumindest einem der Schenkel (S1, S2) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
