Dabei wirkt der Außenfalter 20 als Gegenhalter für den Innenfalter 10, so daß die durch einen Endabschnitt des ersten Schenkels und den zweiten Schenkel gebildete Flosse zusammengedrückt wird. Das Umlegen des zweiten Schenkels bzw. der Flosse erfolgt durch eine Bewegung der Transportvorrichtung 60, die bevorzugt in Form eines Revolverkopfes 60 ausgebildet ist, relativ zu dem Außenfalter 20. Der Abstand zwischen dem Randbereich der Aufnahmeöffnung der Transportvorrichtung und dem Außenfalter 20 ist dabei so klein gehalten, daß die Flosse in ihrer Dicke gerade hindurchgeführt werden kann. Durch die Bewegung der als Revolverkopf ausgebildete Transportvorrichtung 60 streift die Flosse entlang des Außenfalters 20 und wird dabei umgelegt.   14. Wrapping device according to claim 13, characterised in that several folding units each with an outwardly facing inner folding means (10) and an outwardly facing outer folding means (20) are arranged at the circumference of a rotatable, drum-shaped wrapping head (40).
  15. Wrapping device according to at least one of claims 10 to 14, characterised in that the outer folding means (20) is arranged to be stationary and the inner folding means (10) is movable relative to the outer folding means (20).
