Description
The invention relates to a package with a cut and folded cover made of a flexible film, that on a cuboid body made of a plastic Food with a sticky surface, especially butter or margarine immediately and at least two has adjacent folding surfaces.
Packagings of this type are particularly small packs known for butter and margarine in the prior art. The packaging according to the invention can be inexpensive and environmentally friendly wrapping materials, for example Oriented polypropylene films after folding spring back, are used. The production is economical, because existing machines are simpler Way can be retrofitted. In addition, only a device for applying the adhesive and a Punching device required. Well-known packaging machines with a folding bike can be used. The packaging performance of such machines is determined by retrofitting is not reduced. It also has an advantage seen that the packaging itself as usual for Open can be unfolded.

Figure 1 shows a packaging arrangement with a
jeweils zwei in Figur 2 gezeigte gegenüberliegende
Klebestellen 12 zu bilden. Diese Klebestellen 12 werden
vorzugsweise durch den Auftrag eines Heissklebers (Hot-melt)
gebildet. Im Abstand zu diesen Klebestellen 12 werden
mit der Stanzvorrichtung 5 ebenfalls paarweise Stanzungen
13 in das Folienband 2 eingebracht. Die Stanzungen 13 definieren
Bereiche 14 des Folienbandes 2, die in ihrer Dimensionen
etwa den Klebestellen 12 vergleichbar sind. Solche
Klebstoffauftrag erfolgt vorzugsweise heiss, beispielsweise
2 angeordnet. Dieser Abstand D (Fig. 2) liegt vorzugsweise
im Bereich von 2 bis 15 mm. Jede zugeschnittene Hülle
umfasst wenigstens eine Klebestelle 12 und eine Stanzung
13. Vorzugsweise weist jede Hülle zwei Klebestellen 12 sowie
zwei Stanzungen 13 auf.Between the guide roller 3 and the pair of
haftet. Wie die Figur 3d zeigt, überragt die Klebestelle
12 seitlich den halbkreisförmigen Abreissbereich 14.Figures 3a to 3d show the folding of a
Hülle 15 an der Stirnseite A entfaltet. Dazu wird der äussere
Faltlappen 16 an einem Griffbereich 31 gefasst und an
diesem abgezogen. Hierbei wird der Bereich 14 vollständig
vom inneren Faltlappen 17 abgetrennt, wobei die Stanzung 13
dies erleichtert. In Figur 3d ist die sich bildende Abrisslinie
mit dem Bezugszeichen 32 punktiert gezeigt. Beim
Faltlappen 16 haftet. To open the packaging shown in FIG. 3d, the
gehalten.
The outer folding flap is used to close the
After repackaging, the
As can be seen in the embodiment according to FIGS. 4a to 4d

Figures 5a to 5c show different versions

Finally, FIGS. 6a and 6b show an embodiment,
