  1. Method for producing a blank (22) from a packaging material, in particular from tin foil, paper, film or the like, in order to wrap pack contents of a pack for tobacco products, wherein the blank (22) has a lifting strip (38) as a removal aid for removing at least a part of the pack contents, and wherein the lifting strip (38) is delimited by weakening lines (39) in the blank (22), wherein a continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22) is fed to a stamping device (45) with a stamped formation being applied to the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), and that, by means of a cutting device (46), weakening lines (39) for the lifting strip (38) are applied to the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), and that, by means of a severing device (47), individual blanks (22) are severed out of the continuous material web (44), wherein each blank (22) has weakening lines (39) for a lifting strip (38), characterized in that upstream of the stamping device (45) there is arranged a cutting device (65) in which weakening lines (39) for the lifting strip (38) are applied to the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), said weakening lines extending in the longitudinal direction of the continuous material web (44) .
  2. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22) is guided through a pair of stamping rollers (62, 63) of the stamping device (45) and is provided with a stamped formation thereby, and in that the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22) is then provided, in the cutting device (46), with weakening lines (39) for the lifting strip (38), which extend in the longitudinal direction of the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), and in that further weakening lines (39) for the lifting strip (38) are then applied to the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), said further weakening lines extending in the transverse direction of the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), and in that individual blanks (22) are then severed out of the continuous material web (44) in the severing device (47) .
  3. Method according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that drives of the cutting device (46) and of the severing device (47) are coupled together.
  4. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in the cutting device (46), following the stamping device (45), weakening lines (39) for the lifting strip (38) are applied to the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), said weakening lines extending in the transverse direction of the continuous material web (22).
  5. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in the cutting device (65) arranged upstream of the stamping device (45), weakening lines (39) for the lifting strip (38) are also applied to the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), said weakening lines extending in the transverse direction of the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22).
  6. Method according to Claim 1 or any of the other preceding claims, characterized in that the continuous material web (44) is not stamped, in particular by the omission of the stamping device (45) or by the continuous material web (44) being guided through the stamping device (45) without being stamped.
  7. Method according to Claim 1 or any of the other preceding claims, characterized in that the weakening lines (39) are applied to the continuous material web (44) by means of one or more perforation knives (49, 61, 64) which are retained (magnetically) on the circumference of a magnetic roller (48).
  8. Apparatus for producing a blank (22) from a packaging material, in particular from tin foil, paper, film or the like, in order to wrap pack contents of a pack for tobacco products, wherein the blank (22) has a lifting strip (38) as a removal aid for removing at least a part of the pack contents, and wherein the lifting strip (38) is delimited by weakening lines (39) in the blank (22), wherein the apparatus has the following features:
    a) a stamping device (45) for applying a stamped formation to a continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22),
    b) a cutting device (46) for applying weakening lines (39) for the lifting strip (38) to the continuous material web (44), and
    c) a severing device (47) for severing individual blanks (22) out of the continuous material web (44), wherein each blank (22) has weakening lines (39) for a lifting strip (38),
    characterized in that upstream of the stamping device (45) there is arranged a cutting device (65) which is designed to apply weakening lines (39) for the lifting strip (38) to the continuous material web (44) for the blanks (22), said weakening lines extending in the longitudinal direction of the continuous material web (44) .
  9. Apparatus according to Claim 8, characterized by the following features:
    a) the stamping device (45) is arranged upstream of the cutting device (46),
    b) the severing device (47) is arranged downstream of the cutting device (46),
    c) the cutting device (46) is designed to apply weakening lines (39), directed in the longitudinal direction of the continuous material web (44), for lifting strips (38) to the continuous material web (44),
    d) the severing device (47) is designed to apply weakening lines (39), directed in the transverse direction of the continuous material web (44), for lifting strips (38) to the continuous material web (44) and to sever individual blanks (22) out of the continuous material web (44).
  10. Apparatus according to Claim 8, characterized in that the stamping device (46) has a pair of stamping rollers with a first stamping roller (62) and a second stamping roller (63), between which the continuous material web (44) is able to be guided through with a stamped formation being applied thereto, and in that the stamping device (46) also has a knife roller (76) which is arranged at the circumference of the second stamping roller (63), wherein the stamped, continuous material web (44) is able to be guided through between the second stamping roller (63) and the knife roller (76), for the application of weakening lines (39) for lifting strips (38) to the continuous material web (44).
  11. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterized in that the knife roller (76) is designed to apply weakening lines (39) to the continuous material web (44), which are directed in the longitudinal and in the transverse direction of the continuous material web (44).
  12. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterized in that upstream of the stamping device (45) there is arranged a cutting device (65) which is designed to apply weakening lines (39) for lifting strips (38) to the continuous material web (44), said weakening lines being directed in the longitudinal or in the transverse direction of the continuous material web (44), and in that the knife roller (76) is designed to apply the weakening lines (39) directed in the respectively other direction to the continuous material web (44).
  13. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterized in that the second stamping roller (63) has on its circumference an opposing face (66) for at least one perforation knife (61) of the knife roller (76) for applying a weakening line (39) for lifting strips (38) to the continuous material web (44), wherein the opposing face (66) is surrounded by teeth (70) for applying the stamped formation.
  14. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterized in that the perforation knife (61) of the knife roller (76) is surrounded by teeth (70) for applying a stamped formation and/or an elastic material (69) for bearing on the teeth (70) of the second stamping roller (63).
  15. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterized in that the knife roller (76) is designed, as a cutting device (46), to apply weakening lines (39) for lifting strips (38) to the continuous material web (44), said weakening lines being directed in the longitudinal and in the transverse direction of the continuous material web (44), and, as a severing device (47), to sever individual blanks (22) out of the continuous material web (44) .
  16. Apparatus according to Claim 9, characterized in that the severing device (47) is in the form of a scoring roller (71) with a corresponding opposing roller (72), wherein the scoring roller (71) has on its circumference a protrusion (73) for separating the continuous material web (44) by applying a score extending transversely to the continuous material web (44), wherein the opposing roller (72) has a groove-like recess (74) corresponding to the protrusion (73) on the scoring roller (71), and wherein the protrusion (73) and recess (74) are dimensioned such that the continuous material web (44) is separated when the score is applied.
  17. Apparatus according to Claim 8 or any of the other preceding claims, characterized in that the apparatus is designed to apply the weakening lines (39) to the continuous material web (44) by means of one or more perforation knives (49, 61, 64) which are retained (magnetically) on the circumference of a magnetic roller (48) .
