Claims (17)

  1. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de faiblesse (39) sont appliquées sur la bande de matériau continue (44) au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs lames de perforation (49, 61, 64) qui sont maintenues (magnétiquement) sur la circonférence d'un rouleau magnétique (48).
  8. Dispositif pour la fabrication d'un flan (22) en un matériau d'emballage, notamment en papier d'aluminium, papier, feuille ou similaire, pour envelopper un contenu de paquet d'un paquet pour articles à fumer, le flan (22) présentant une bandelette de soulèvement (38) en tant qu'auxiliaire de prélèvement pour le prélèvement d'au moins une partie du contenu de paquet, et la bandelette de soulèvement (38) étant délimitée par des lignes de faiblesse (39) dans le flan (22), le dispositif présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :

    c) un appareil de séparation (47) pour séparer des flancs individuels (22) de la bande de matériau continue (44), chaque flan (22) présentant des lignes de faiblesse (39) pour une bandelette de soulèvement (38),
    caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'estampage (45) est précédé d'un appareil de coupe (65) qui est adapté pour appliquer des lignes de faiblesse (39) pour la bandelette de soulèvement (38) sur la bande de matériau continue (44) pour les flans (22), qui s'étendent dans la direction longitudinale de la bande de matériau continue (44) .

Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau à lames (76) est adapté pour appliquer, en tant qu'appareil de coupe (46), des lignes de faiblesse (39) pour des bandelettes de soulèvement (38) sur la bande de matériau continue (44), qui sont orientées dans la direction longitudinale et transversale de la bande de matériau continue (44) et pour séparer, en tant qu'appareil de séparation (47), des flancs individuels (22) de la bande de matériau continue (44).

Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de séparation (47) est réalisé sous forme de rouleau de rainurage (71) avec un contre-rouleau correspondant (72), le rouleau de rainurage (71) présentant sur sa circonférence une saillie (73) pour séparer la bande de matériau continue (44) en appliquant un rainurage s'étendant transversalement à la bande de matériau continue (44), le contre-rouleau (72) présentant une cavité (74) en forme d'encoche correspondant à la saillie (73) sur le rouleau de rainurage (71), et la saillie (73) et la cavité (74) étant dimensionnées de telle sorte que la bande de matériau continue (44) est séparée lors de l'application du rainurage.
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est adapté pour appliquer les lignes de faiblesse (39) sur la bande de matériau continue (44) au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs lames de perforation (49, 61, 64) qui sont maintenues (magnétiquement) sur la circonférence d'un rouleau magnétique (48).
