Claims (18)

  1. Procédé pour obtenir par radiotéléphonie des informations dynamiques sur la circulation, selon lequel une localisation automatique de véhicule est effectuée grâce à un terminal prévu dans un véhicule de l'abonné au réseau de radiotéléphonie, et d'autres attributs importants pour la circulation sont enregistrés automatiquement, par interrogation à distance ou manuellement, les données recueillies étant transmises par un réseau de télécommunication par radiotéléphonie directement à un central de service dans lequel elles sont traitées, étant précisé qu'un enregistrement de longue durée de données de circulation relatives aux trajets et/ou aux événements a lieu dans le véhicule, étant précisé qu'on commande cet enregistrement de données de circulation du côté du véhicule, en joignant des points d'enregistrement virtuels, et qu'on crée une banque de données de circulation historique dans le central de service à partir des données de circulation de longue durée recueillies et de données supplémentaires provenant d'autres systèmes d'enregistrement de données de circulation, et étant précisé que par l'intermédiaire de fonctions de réseau techniques de radiotéléphonie, des véhicules sont sélectionnés par le central de service pour la détection et sont utilisés pour la commande et la recherche d'informations dynamiques sur la circulation.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans le central de service, un contrôle de vraisemblance des données enregistrées a lieu et éventuellement un message de confirmation de l'exactitude des données ou d'annulation est envoyé à des abonnés sélectionnés.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'interrogation à distance se fait au moins en partie en référence aux trajets, étant précisé qu'on définit des zones d'enregistrement stationnaires et/ou variables dynamiquement dans et/ou entre lesquelles l'enregistrement a lieu.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un enregistrement standard relatif aux événements est effectué au moins partiellement, une réponse n'étant envoyée au central de service qu'après qu'un ou plusieurs événements prédéfinis sont survenus.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enregistrement d'attributs relatifs à la circulation se fait par interrogation à distance, par le central de service, de véhicules sélectionnés, la sélection étant basée de préférence sur des données de circulation historiques.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le central de service transmet aux terminaux d'un ou plusieurs abonnés et/ou à des tiers des données traitées ainsi que des événements et informations relatifs à l'interrogation qui sont importants pour une gestion de la circulation.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une mise en mémoire provisoire d'attributs de tronçons parcourus par des usagers de la route individuels a lieu.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'échange de données entre un abonné et le réseau de radiotéléphonie et inversement a lieu sur un canal de signalisation.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les attributs importants pour la circulation couvrent au moins la position et la vitesse du véhicule, ainsi que des données de temps.
  10.   11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le central de service utilise en supplément des données provenant d'autres systèmes d'enregistrement de données de circulation.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que dans le central, on fait concorder les données de circulation enregistrées avec une carte routière mise en mémoire par voie numérique.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le logiciel pour le fonctionnement du terminal est fourni par l'intermédiaire d'une carte à puce, d'interfaces mécaniques séparées ou par interfaces radiotéléphoniques.
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le central permet d'optimiser le procédé d'enregistrement et la régulation de la circulation grâce à une communication par diffusion de données avec les terminaux.
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les données recueillies sont transmises directement du véhicule à d'autres abonnés, par l'intermédiaire du réseau de télécommunication par radiotéléphonie.
  16. Dispositif pour obtenir des informations dynamiques sur la circulation par radiotéléphonie, dans lequel on prévoit dans un véhicule de l'abonné une unité de localisation par satellite destinée à localiser automatiquement le véhicule, et grâce à une unité d'enregistrement, d'autres attributs concernant le véhicule et importants pour la circulation sont enregistrés automatiquement, par interrogation à distance ou manuellement, étant précisé qu'on prévoit une unité de communication par radiotéléphonie qui transmet directement les données recueillies à un central de service, par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de télécommunication par radiotéléphonie, en vue de leur traitement, étant précisé que grâce à l'unité d'enregistrement, un enregistrement de longue durée de données de circulation relatives aux trajets et/ou aux événements a lieu, étant précisé qu'on commande cet enregistrement de données de circulation du côté du véhicule, en joignant des points d'enregistrement virtuels, et qu'on crée dans le central de service une banque de données de circulation historique qui contient les données de circulation de longue durée recueillies ainsi que des données supplémentaires provenant d'autres systèmes d'enregistrement de données de circulation, et il est prévu des fonctions de réseau techniques de radiotéléphonie pour la commande et la recherche d'informations dynamiques sur la circulation à l'aide de véhicules sélectionnés par le central de service.
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de guidage de cible automatique.
