Definitions
- the invention relates to a press, in particular for Pressing plate-shaped workpieces with the characteristics the preamble of claim 1.
- Presses with a pressure chamber are known, in particular for pressing plate-shaped workpieces.
- presses with a fixed press table known that have a pressure chamber on both sides, i.e. a each through the fixed press table and one above and limited movable lifting table arranged underneath Pressure chamber.
- These pressure chambers can usually can be opened and closed independently of each other, so that these pressure chambers independently of each other with pressed material can be fed to the pressed material independently of the to be able to edit the second pressure chamber.
- the conventional presses offer the one Possibility of different, previously described presses with only to arrange a pressure chamber next to each other or in a row, doing so with a significant economic disadvantage goes hand in hand, i.e. it takes an immense high space and associated high costs both in terms of required space as well as the resulting Transport routes.
- Multi-daylight press Another solution is a so-called Multi-daylight press, which should offer the possibility open individual pressure rooms independently of each other.
- DE-U-9 413 113 is a press with at least two superimposed pressure rooms known at at least two pressure spaces are arranged one above the other at which a lower fixed press table is provided on which is then followed by a so-called lower lifting table, which delimits the lower pressure chamber and in which another, above the lower lift table, arranged and over the Additional lifting table supporting the lifting cylinder is provided, which delimits an upper pressure chamber, between them two lifting tables are arranged directly lifting cylinders, i.e. in a press with e.g. two pressure rooms are the individual lifting tables coupled via the lifting cylinders, i.e. as it were connected in series, so that at a possible Change in the press and / or e.g.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a press, especially for pressing plate-shaped workpieces ready to provide, which is characterized by a small footprint with high efficiency and the possibility of stacking, i.e. Layering two or more presses on top of each other distinguished without being of a high constructive nature Effort requires and this while maintaining the possibility control of the individual presses, i.e. Retention the advantages of single presses and ultimately the possibility a simple disassembly, i.e. the possibility of to separate layered presses again, i.e. one needs-based design.
- the press a device designed with at least one plug-in means in at least one table arranged and this least partially penetrating breakthrough, it is possible the press by simply coupling or stacking to couple further of the presses according to the invention in such a way that the presses are stacked on top of each other can without the functionality of anyone who is so arranged presses suffers from it. Rather, it is The usual usability of the individual presses remains guaranteed and this in the smallest space, as well as Possibility of introduced material at this work station lead to different pressure chambers or pressure rooms can and during the pressing process, i.e. editing a press with another press to be processed To supply material without this material workstation positioned elsewhere, i.e. Single press would have to be fed.
- the inventive design of the press in addition e.g. Stacking or layering of Single presses according to the invention achieved that simultaneously all pressure rooms can be closed and / or opened or to close individual pressure rooms if necessary and others have to be opened, i.e. the press or the stacked Individual presses can be moved to zero, i.e. as set out above e.g. be closed overall.
- the configuration according to the invention makes it possible to reduce any pressure spaces that may be present, that is to say to reduce the existing pressure spaces to zero, for example by stacking the presses according to the invention, ie to close them completely without it being necessary for one or more pressure spaces to remain open, ie it is as explained, it is possible to close and / or open all existing pressure rooms at the same time.
- the press according to the invention offers the possibility of increasing the workstation as needed, ie there is no need, as has been the case up to now, to provide a press designed for the growth of the material to be processed, ie to have to commit itself at this stage and / or unnecessarily capital to tie.
- the workstation in Modular construction can be upgraded piece by piece, i.e. be adjusted as needed.
- a press is also provided, in which the Devices for coupling with other presses like this are designed so that the other presses on each other simplest but all the more effective way to connect can and at the same time a forced positioning experienced without there being a common Machine frame, i.e. that with each opening or Disassembly for a constructive conversion of the entire system is coming.
- the device has five breakthroughs, it will on the one hand a firm fit is guaranteed and on the other hand a optimal positioning of the one above the other Press.
- the tables can be arranged so that they can be arranged this feature to a high degree of flexibility in terms of Connectivity as well as the design of the press according to the invention.
- the pressure chambers, with a pressing pressure provisioning facilities is the facility provided with pull and / or guide rods and are the pull and / or Guide rods guide the lift table in with it Effectively arranged, so this enables a Guiding the lifting table through the press pressure loading device itself, i.e. the lift table will moved without tilting, without it being external, i.e. additional guides are required, i.e. be here too constructive designs chosen that are extremely enable compact design of the press.
- the facilities have one Pressure cylinder, the pressure cylinder stands over piston rods with the pull and / or guide rods in action and is the pressure cylinder on / or in the fixed table with which Piston rod pioneered by the lifting table, so also achieved in that the device for generation of a press pressure is arranged to save space, i.e. also here a constructive design is chosen, which due to low design effort combined with high Efficiency and compact design.
- Is the hole with a spanning the entire hole height extending slot provided is achieved in that with appropriate movement of the lifting table on the Pressure cylinders not arranged supply lines be damaged, i.e. the supply lines the simplest way to arrange them on the impression cylinder without the risk of damage.
