Claims (6)
- Korpuspresse zum Zusammenfügen und Pressen von einzelnen Korpusteilen zu Möbelkorpussen, wie beispielsweise ein Hoch-, Ober- oder Unterschrank, miteinem verwindungssteifen, aufrechtstehenden Ständerrahmen (1) mit einer Vorder- und einer Rückseite,einem Senkrechtpresswangenpaar mit einer unteren (6) und einer oberen Presswange (7),die beide vom Ständerrahmen (1) vorderseitig vorstehen,wovon eine (7) mittels eines Antriebs senkrecht verstellbar ist und sich am Ständerrahmen (1) abstützt,die andere (6) mit dem Ständerrahmen (1) starr verbunden ist,einem Waagrechtpresswangenpaar mit einer rechten (8) und einer linken Presswange (9),die beide vom Ständerrahmen (1) vorderseitig vorstehen,die jeweils über am Ständerrahmen (1) mittels eines Antriebs horizontal verfahrbaren Supporten (10, 11) in dem Zwischenraum zwischen dem Senkrechtpresswangenpaar (6, 7) verfahrbar sind.
- Korpuspresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die rechte und die linke Presswange aus mehreren, in vertikaler Richtung an den Supporten (10, 11) verfahrbaren Presswangengliedern (8, 9) zusammensetzen, deren Abstände zueinander veränderbar sind.
- Korpuspresse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presswangenglieder (8, 9) auf den Supporten (10, 11) in senkrechten Führungen (12, 13) laufen, die zur Abstützung bei einer Druckausübung in horizontaler Richtung ausgestaltet sind.
- Korpuspresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Presswange (6) starr mit dem Ständerrahmen (1) verbunden ist und die obere Presswange (7) an senkrechten Seitenteilen (3, 4) des Ständerrahmens (1) in der Höhe veränderbar geführt ist.
- Korpuspresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Presswange (7) über zwei an den senkrechten Ständerrahmen-Seitenteilen (3, 4) angeordneten Spindeln (17, 18), die miteinander gekoppelt sind, mittels eines Antriebs vertikal verfahrbar ist.
- Korpuspresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Presswange (7) über an den Supporten (10, 11) befindlichen Führungen (41) und ebenfalls an den Supporten angeordneten Spindeln, die miteinander gekoppelt sind, mittels eines Antriebs (42) vertikal verfahrbar ist.
