Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée en ce que dans la zone de l'orifice de remplissage du récipient de pressage (2) au moins un élément de fermeture (19) pouvant être élargi est prévu, obturant l'orifice de remplissage lorsqu'il est dans sa position élargie.
  10. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le contour de sortie du tuyau de pressage ou du corps d'élargissement similaire (22, 22') est placé à l'intérieur du tracé extérieur prolongé de l'élément de fermeture (19).
  11. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture (19) présente une section carrée et quatre parties murales (20) reliées entre elles de manière articulée, de préférence par des essieux articulés (21).
  12. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture (19) peut être élargi transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du récipient de pressage, de préférence environ perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du récipient de pressage.
  13. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisée en ce que deux essieux articulés (21a) placés sur des côtés opposés de l'élément de fermeture sont guidés de manière coulissante, de préférence des deux côtés dans des guides coulissants orientés à peu près horizontalement.
  14. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que les guides coulissants des deux côtés de l'élément de fermeture s'ajustent au contour du récipient de pressage ou s'en rapprochent en formant à peu près un arc de cercle ou une courbe en direction de leurs positions finales extérieures de coulissement.
  15. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 9 à 14, caractérisée en ce que les parties murales inférieures (20a) de l'élément de fermeture, qui sont adjacentes les unes aux autres et sont placées à peu près en forme de V les unes par rapport aux autres, sont formées vers l'intérieur de manière concave ou à peu près en forme d'arc de cercle.
  16. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 9 à 15, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins les parties murales (20a) inférieures en forme de plaque présentent des fentes, trous ou orifices de passage similaires.
  17. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 16, caractérisée en ce qu'un panier d'égouttement (23) est prévu dans l'entonnoir de remplissage (5), dont les parois latérales présentent des orifices de passage et sont placées de préférence avec un moindre écart par rapport aux parois intérieures de l'entonnoir de remplissage (5).
  18. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que le panier d'égouttement (23) est placé de façon amovible dans l'entonnoir de remplissage (5).
  19. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 18, caractérisée en ce que le récipient de pressage (2) a des orifices de passage sur son pourtour, aussi dans la partie de pressage de l'élément de fermeture (19) pouvant être élargi.
  20. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 19, caractérisée en ce que la face terminale du récipient disposée en sens d'avancement (Pf1) en amont de l'élément d'avancement (4) est formée comme orifice d'expulsion (9).
  21. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 20, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice d'expulsion (9) peut être ouvert ou fermé au moyen d'une contre-plaque ou d'une culée (10) du même type et que cette culée est coulissante de préférence en direction à peu près radiale en amont de l'orifice d'expulsion (9).
  22. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 21, caractérisée en ce que la partie de la culée (10) dirigée vers l'orifice d'expulsion (9) est formée comme arête coupante (11).
  23. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 22, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs corps d'élargissement sont prévus qui peuvent être élargis séparément et de préférence avec différentes pressions de travail.
  24. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 23, caractérisée en ce que le(s) corps d'élargissement(s) est (sont) prévu(s) sur un couvercle du récipient (8) éventuellement à plusieurs volets, qui est placé sur le pourtour du récipient et est orienté de préférence dans le sens longitudinal du récipient.
  25. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 24, caractérisée en ce que l'axe longitudinal du récipient est à peu près horizontal.
  26. Presse pour l'extraction de lus selon l'une des revendications 2 à 25, caractérisée en ce qu'un récupérateur de jus est placé en dessous du récipient de pressage (2), ce récupérateur de jus s'étendant de préférence au-dessus de la zone d'avancement de l'élément d'avancement (4).
  27. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon la revendication 26, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un bac de récupération du jus (16, 16') est formé comme récupérateur de jus.
  28. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon la revendication 26 ou 27, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs bacs de récupération du jus (16, 16') sont prévus, chacun correspondant à une partie du récipient (2).
  29. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 26 à 28, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un bac de récupération du jus (16) est divisé par au moins une paroi de séparation (17) en plusieurs parties, de préférence étanches aux liquides et séparées les unes des autres, et qu'au moins une tôle d'introduction est prévue qui est introduite en dessous du tambour de pressage (2) et au-dessus du bac de récupération du jus (16) de manière coulissante ou est maintenue de manière similaire pour être réglable.
  30. Presse pour l'extraction de jus selon l'une des revendications 26 à 29, caractérisée en ce qu'une zone de bac séparée ou un bac de récupération du jus à part (16') est adjoint à la zone de remplissage du récipient de pressage (2).
