Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Neigen des Kopfendes und/oder des Fußendes eines Bettes, welches zwei Auflagemittel oder Gestellteile, die eines an dem bzw. auf das andere schwenkbar sind, sowie ein Steuermittel zwischen den Gestellteilen aufweist, um ihren relativen Abstand zu steuern, wobei die Vorrichtung in einer unbeweglichen Art an einem Bett (2) installiert werden kann, das einen Träger (3) und eine Matratze (4) umfaßt; wobei ein "unbeweglich" (ruhend) zu bezeichnender Gestellteil dazu bestimmt ist, auf dem Träger (3) zu ruhen, während ein "beweglich" zu nennender Gestellteil dazu bestimmt ist, ein Ende der Matratze (4) zu stützen; wobei die Gestellteile V-förmig mit steuerbarer Öffnung angeordnet sind; wobei der "unbewegliche" Gestellteil zwei Rohre (9,109) umfaßt, die sich parallel in derselben Ebene erstrecken, und der "bewegliche" Gestellteil als Rahmen (5,105) in U-Form ausgebildet ist, der schwenkbar auf und zwischen den Rohren (9,109) montiert ist; wobei das Steuermittel an dem unbeweglichen Gestellteil angebracht und geeignet ist, mit Hilfe von Endlosschraubelementen (11,111) die Längsbewegung von Schuhen oder Schlitten (10,100) zu steuern, die entlang der Rohre (9,109) gleiten, und wobei diese Verstellung die Neigung des beweglichen Gestellteils in Bezug auf den unbeweglichen Gestellte steuert, dadurch gekennzeichnt, daß die Endlosschraubelemente (11,111), die den Schuhen oder Schlitten (10,110) zugeordnet sind, in den beiden Rohren (9,109) liegen, die sich längs erstrecken, und daß das Steuermittel außerhalb einer Fläche bzw. eines Innenraums gelegen ist, die/der von dem unbeweglichen Gestellteil umfaßt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unbewegliche Gestellteil ebenfalls durch einen U-förmigen Rahmen gebildet ist und die Steuermittel motorisch ausgebildet sind und einen Motor umfassen, der entlang dem Steg des U-förmigen Rahmens installiert ist, und zwar außerhalb der von dem letzteren eingenommenen Fläche.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (16) in einem Kasten (7) angeordnet ist, der sich entlang der Basis des genannten U-förmigen Rahmens erstreckt, und zwar außerhalb der von dem letzteren eingenommenen Fläche.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei eine Innenfläche des Kastens (7) sich in der Anlageebene des unbeweglichen Gestellteils erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Welle (14) des Motors (16) an ihren Enden zwei Ritzel oder kleine Zahnräder (13) trägt, die jedes mit einem kleinen Zahnrad (12) in Eingriff steht, das sich jeweils an dem Ende des in jedem Rohr (9) angeordneten Endlosschraubelements (11) befindet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unbewegliche Gestellteil ebenfalls durch einen U-förmigen Rahmen gebildet ist, die Steuermittel motorisiert sind und einen Motor umfassen, welcher Motor (22,122) entlang der Seite des U-förmigen Rahmens installiert ist, und zwar außerhalb der von letzterem umfaßten Fläche.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Welle (21,121) des Motors (22,122) an ihrem Ende ein Ritzel oder ein kleines Zahnrad (20,120) trägt, das in Eingriff mit einem kleinen Zahnrad (19,119) steht, welches sich an dem Ende einer Welle (18,118) befindet, die zwei (weitere) kleine Zahnräder (17,117) aufweist, welche sich jeweils in Eingriff mit einem kleinen Zahnrad (12,112) an den Enden der Endlosschraubelemente (11, 111) befinden, die jeweils in den Rohren (9,109) liegen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem einen zweiten beweglichen Gestellteil (24) umfaßt, der an dem unbeweglichen Gestellteil angelenkt und so angepaßt ist, daß er das andere Ende der Matratze (4) stützt; daß die Steuermittel (16;22) eine Verlängerung (21) umfassen, die geeignet ist, mit den Schuhen oder Schlitten (32) für die Steuerung des Winkels des zweiten beweglichen Gestellteils (24) zusammenzuwirken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Mittel (30) zum Inaktivieren der Steuerung umfaßt, welche auf den zweiten beweglichen Gestellteil (24) einwirkt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Schuh oder Schlitten (10,32,110), dessen einer Teil das Rohr (9,109) vermittels eines in diesem eingearbeiteten Schlitzes (147) durchdringt, ein Hebel (8,23,108,208) zugeordnet ist, dessen eines Ende schwenkbar an dem Schuh (10,32,110) montiert ist, während dessen anderes Ende schwenkbar an einer der Seiten des zugehörigen beweglichen Gestellteils (5,24,105) montiert ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohre (9,109) des unbeweglichen Gestellteils über die Anlenkstellen des beweglichen Gestellteils hinaus verlängert sind, wobei ihre Enden über ein flexibles Querband (144) zum Halten der Vorrichtung (1,101) auf dem Bett verbunden sind.
