Claims (16)
- Feuerschutz-Tür mit einem Rahmen (2) und einem an dem Rahmen (2) schwenkbeweglich angeordneten Türblatt (6), bei der Rahmen (2) und Türblatt (6) aus feuerfesten Materialien bestehen, wobei der Rahmen (2) aus Stahl und das Türblatt (6) aus Stahl oder aus Stahl und feuerfestem Glas besteht, wobei zwischen dem Rahmen (2) und dem Türblatt (6) mehrere Türbänder (9) angeordnet sind und wobei zwischen dem Rahmen (2) und dem Türblatt (6) zumindest bereichsweise, vorzugsweise entlang des vertikal im Bereich der Türbänder (9) verlaufenden Rahmenteils, ein sich bei durch einen Brand verursachtem Temperaturanstieg ausdehnendes Dichtelement (25, 27) angeordnet ist, wobei das Dichtelement (25, 27) formschlüssig mit dem Türblatt (6) oder dem Rahmen (2) verbunden ist und derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass das Türblatt (6) im Brandfall durch das sich ausdehnende Dichtelement (25, 27) im Rahmen (2) so festgesetzt oder verkeilt wird, dass das Türblatt (6) auch dann im Rahmen (2) gehalten wird, wenn die Türbänder (9) bereits zerstört oder wesentlich beschädigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Türbänder (9) aus einem gegenüber dem Rahmen (2) und Türblatt (6) unterschiedlichen, eine verringerte Feuerbeständigkeit gewährleistenden Material, nämlich aus Leichtmetall, bestehen. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Dichtelement (25, 27) über die gesamte vertikale Länge des Rahmenteils im Bereich der Türbänder (9) erstreckt. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rahmenteil an seiner im Bereich der Türbänder (9) verlaufenden, dem Türblatt (6) zugewandten Fläche eine vorzugsweise hinterschnittene Ausnehmung (24) aufweist, in die das Dichtelement (25) eingesetzt ist. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türblatt (6) an seiner im Bereich der Türbänder (9) verlaufenden, dem Rahmen (2) zugewandten Fläche eine vorzugsweise hinterschnittene Ausnehmung (26) aufweist, in die das Dichtelement (29) eingesetzt ist. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein Dichtelement (25, 27) in die Ausnehmung (24) des Rahmens (2) und in die Ausnehmung (26) des Türblattes (6) eingesetzt ist. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl an der im Bereich der Türbänder (9) als auch im Bereich des Schlosses (11) vertikal verlaufenden Kante ein Dichtelement angeordnet ist, um das Türblatt (6) im Brandfall bei bereits zerstörten oder beschädigten Türbändem (9) im Rahmen zu halten. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türblatt (6) zum Vermeiden eines einseitigen Absackens desselben an seiner im Bereich der Türbänder (9) vertikal verlaufenden Fläche zumindest einen Bolzen (28) aufweist, der bei geschlossener Tür (1) in eine korrespondierende Öffnung im Rahmen (2) eingreift. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (28) ein freies konisches Ende (29) hat und an seinem zweiten Ende ein Schraubgewinde (30) aufweist, welches in einer mit einem Innengewinde ausgebildeten Bohrung im Türblatt (6) eingeschraubt ist. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Rahmen (2) und dem Türblatt (6) eine Schließeinrichtung (19) angeordnet ist, welche das Türblatt (6) nach dem Öffnen in die Schließstellung überführt. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Türbänder (9) aus Aluminium bestehen. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Rahmen (2) und dem Türblatt (6) zumindest im Bereich der Türbänder (9) Halteelemente (32) angeordnet sind, welche im Schließzustand des Türblattes (6) sowohl in den Rahmen (3) als auch in das Türblatt (6) eingreifen, das Türblatt (6) im Brandfall in vertikaler Richtung stützen und entweder am Türblatt (6) oder am Rahmen (2) festgelegt sind. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Halteelemente (32) zwischen Türblatt (6) und Rahmen (2) angeordnet sind, wobei zwei Halteelemente (32) im Bereich der Türbänder (9) und ein Halteelement (32) zwischen den Türbändern (9) angeordnet sind. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (32) als Sicherheitsbolzen, vorzugsweise aus Stahl, ausgebildet sind. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (32) aus einem Flachstahl bestehen. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (32) zweifach gekröpft ausgebildet sind, wobei die Halteelemente (32) vorzugsweise im Türblatt (6) befestigt und in korrespondierenden Öffnungen (36) im Rahmen (2) geführt sind. - Feuerschutz-Tür nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (32) im Bereich der den Türbändern (9) gegenüberliegenden Flächen des Türblattes (6) und/oder Rahmens (2) angeordnet sind.
