Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen im Bogenausleger einer die Bogen wahlweise einseitig oder zweiseitig bedruckenden Druckmaschine, mit einem Bogenstraffer (6), welcher einen ersten Verformungsbereich (11) und einen zweiten Verformungsbereich (12) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bogenstraffer (6) mit seiner Oberfläche in eine angrenzende Bogenförderebene (1, 2) integriert ist und bei Schöndruck und Schön- und Widerdruckbetrieb mit einem Luftpolster (31) überspült wird und daß der erste Verformungsbereich (11) mit Saugluft beaufschlagbar ist. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die angrenzenden Bogenförderebenen (1, 2) mit Luftdüsen (3, 16, 19, 20) versehen sind. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die angrenzenden Bogenförderebenen (1, 2) mit Niederdruckluft beaufschlagbar sind. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bogenstraffer (6) Halterungen (7, 8) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verformungsbereiche (11, 12) einander gegenüber liegen. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verformungsbereiche (11, 12) mit Luftdüsen (22, 23) ausgestattet sind. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der zweite Verformungsbereich (12) des Bogenstraffers (6) mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar ist. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Druckniveau in den Bogenförderebenen (1, 2) niedriger liegt als die Druckniveaus für Saugluft im ersten Verformungsbereich (11) bzw. für Blasluft im zweiten Verformungsbereich (12). - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Luftdüsen (23) im unteren Bereich des ersten Verformungsbereiches (11) des Bogenstraffers (6) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halterungen federbelastete Schnappverschlüsse (7, 8) sind, mit welchen der Bogenstraffer (6) in Seitenwändern (17) der Druckmaschine arretierbar ist. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Schöndruck und Schön- und Widerdruckbetrieb im Bogenstraffer (6) zwischen den Verformungsbereichen (11, 12) durch die Beaufschlagung der Luftdüsenreihen (22, 23) mit Saug- bzw. Blasluft eine gegenläufige Luftströmung erzeugt wird. - Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der in Bogenförderrichtung (18) gesehen erste Verformungsbereich (11) mit Saugluft beaufschlagt und der in Bogenförderrichtung (18) zweite Verformungsbereich (12) mit Blasluft beaufschlagbar wird.
