Claims (11)
- Saugluftsteuerung für Verbraucher einer Zuführeinrichtung zum Zuführen von Bogen zu einer Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Druckmaschine, wobei ein Druckanschluß (32) des Verbrauchers über eine Zuführleitung vom Unterdruck einer Unterdruckquelle (49) beaufschlagbar ist, wobei an dem Druckanschluß (32) des Verbrauchers unmittelbar ein Auslaß eines elektrisch steuerbaren Ventils angeschlossen ist, das von einer Steuereinrichtung (12) ansteuerbar ist, wobei der Verbraucher ein mit einer vom Unterdruck der Unterdruckquelle (49) beaufschlagbaren Saugfläche (26) versehener Sauger ist und wobei das elektrisch steuerbare Ventil von einer elektronischen Steuereinheit (12) abhängig von den der Steuereinrichtung (12) eingebbaren Parametern des Drehwinkels und des Takts der Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine ansteuerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektrisch steuerbare Ventil ein 3/2-Wegeventil ist, in dessen erster Schaltstellung die Zuführleitung (4) mit dem Druckanschluß (32) des Verbrauchers verbunden und in dessen zweiter Schaltstellung die Zuführleitung (4) abgesperrt und Druckanschluß (32) des Verbrauchers mit einer Überdruckquelle (48) verbunden bzw. verbindbar ist.
- Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Auslaß des elektrisch steuerbaren Ventils die Druckanschlüsse mehrerer Verbraucher angeschlossen sind.
- Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verbraucher und elektrisch steuerbares Ventil eine Baueinheit bilden.
- Steuerung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verbraucher und elektrisch steuerbares Ventil ein gemeinsames Gehäuse (18) besitzen.
- Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektrisch steuerbaren Ventil ein Magnetventil ist.
- Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Parameter durch Sensoren erfaßbar und der elektronischen Steuereinheit (12) zuführbar sind.
- Steuerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Parameter manuell der elektronischen Steuereinheit (12) eingebbar sind.
- Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektrisch steuerbare Ventil ein Wege- und ein Druckregel- und/oder ein Mengenregelventil ist.
- Steuerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der zweiten Schaltstellung der Druckanschluß (32) des Verbrauchers über ein Steuerventil mit einer Überdruckquelle (48) verbindbar ist.
- Steuerung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerventil ein elektrisch steuerbares Steuerventil ist.
- Steuerung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerventil ein 2/2-Wegeventil (50) ist, dessen Durchlaß in der ersten Schaltstellung gesperrt ist und in der zweiten Schaltstellung die Überdruckquelle (48) mit dem elektrisch steuerbaren Ventil verbindet.
