Claims (10)
- Falzschwertantrieb für eine Falzmaschine, mit einem Falzschwert (10), das an einem Ende einer von einem pneumatischen Hubantrieb für eine Auf- und Abbewegung angetriebenen Antriebsstange (14) angebracht ist, wobei der pneumatische Hubantrieb über eine Saugleitung (36) und ein Schaltventil (40) mit einem Unterdruckerzeuger (44) so in Verbindung steht, daß die Antriebsstange (14) bei geöffnetem Schaltventil (40) durch Unterdruck nach unten bewegt wird, und eine Rückstelleinrichtung (32) vorgesehen ist, die die Antriebstange (14) bei geschlossenem Schaltventil (40) nach oben bewegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine erste Erfassungeinrichtung (60) vorgesehen ist, die bei Erreichen einer oberen Position des Falzschwerts (10) ein erstes Signal an die Steuereinrichtung abgibt,eine zweite Erfassungeinrichtung (58) vorgesehen ist, die bei Erreichen einer unteren Position des Falzschwerts (10) ein zweites Signal an eine mit der Falzmaschine in Verbindung stehende Steuereinrichtung (64) abgibt,
wobeidie Steuereinrichtung (64) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie die Falzmaschine abschaltet, wenn das erste oder das zweite Signal nicht zu einem vorher bestimmten Zeitpunkt abgegeben werden. - Falzschwertantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterdruck des Unterdruckerzeugers (44) durch die Steuereinrichtung (64) regelbar ist.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterdruckerzeuger (44) einen Kompressor aufweist, dessen Drehzahl durch die Steuereinrichtung (64) regelbar ist.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erfassungseinrichtungen von induktiven Näherungsensoren (58, 60) gebildet werden.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsstange (14) von einem in Axialrichtung zusammendrückbaren Faltenbalg (26) umgeben ist, dessen eines Ende an der Antriebsstange (14) und dessen anderes Ende an einem Widerlager (24) so angebracht ist, daß zwischen Antriebsstange (14), Faltenbalg (26) und Widerlager (24) ein luftdichter Raum (27) gebildet ist.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstelleinrichtung von einer innerhalb des Faltenbalges (26) die Antriebsstange (14) umgebenden Rückstellfeder (32) gebildet wird, deren eines Ende sich an der Antriebsstange (14) und deren anderes Ende sich an dem Widerlager (24) abstützt.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager von einer in einem Träger (16) angebrachten Führungsbuchse (24) gebildet wird, in der ein Abschnitt (18) der Antriebsstange (14) mit vergrößertem Durchmesser axial verschieblich geführt ist, und daß die Saugleitung (36) oberhalb des Abschnitts (18) mit vergrößertem Durchmesser in die Durchgangsöffnung der Führungsbuchse (24) mündet.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (16) horizontale und vertikale Seitenwände aufweist und seine Mittelachse senkrecht zur Axialrichtung der Antriebstange (14) verläuft, daß die Führungsbuchse (24) in der untereren horizontalen Seitenwand des Trägers (16) angebracht ist, daß das andere Ende (22) der Antriebsstange in der oberen horizontalen Seitenwand des Trägers (16) geführt ist und daß der Faltenbalg (26) in dem Hohlraum (17) des Trägers (16) angeordnet ist.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Unterdruckerzeuger (44) und Schaltventil (40) ein durch die Steuereinrichtung (64) regelbares Drosselventil (42) vorgesehen ist.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch elastische Dämfungseinrichtungen (54, 56), die die Falzschwertbewegung kurz vor der oberen und/oder unteren Endposition abdämpfen.
