Claims (7)
- Falzschwert für eine Bogenfalzmaschinemit einem Aufnahmekörper (20), der mit einem Schwertantrieb (21) verbindbar ist und eine ebene Anlagefläche (22) aufweist, die in einer Längskante (23) ausläuft, undmit einem Schwertblatt (30), das an der Anlagefläche (22) gehalten ist und sich über ihre Längskante (23) hinaus erstreckt,daß die Anlagefläche (22) parallel zur Längsmittelebene (26) des Aufnahmekörpers (20) um eine halbe Dicke des Schwertblatts (30) so versetzt vorgesehen ist, daß die Längsmittelebene (36) des Schwertblattes (30) mit der Längsmittelebene (26) des Aufnahmekörpers (20) zusammenfällt.
- Falzschwert nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Aufnahmekörper (20) auf seiner der Anlagefläche (22) gegenüberliegenden Außenfläche zur Längskante (23) der Anlagefläche (22) hin verjüngt.
- Falzschwert nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwertblatt (30) aus Federbahnstahl mit einer Dicke von 0,3 bis 0,5 mm besteht.
- Falzschwert nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke des Schwertblattes (30) 0,4 mm beträgt.
- Falzschwert nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwertblatt (30) durch Kleben an der Anlagefläche (22) befestigt ist.
- Falzschwert nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei welchem das Schwertblatt (30) mit dem Aufnahmekörper (20) durch Schrauben (33) verbunden ist, die sich durch fluchtende Bohrungen (24, 31) im Aufnahmekörper (20) und im Schwertblatt (30) erstrecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen (24) im Aufnahmekörper (20) Gewindebohrungen sind und daß das Schwertblatt (30) an der Anlagefläche (22) durch die Köpfe (33) der Schrauben (32) gehalten ist.
- Falzschwert nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Schwertblatt (30) und den Köpfen (33) der Schrauben (22) ein Bohrungen (45) für den Durchgang der Schrauben (32) aufweisender ebener Fixierungsabschnitt (41) eines Federblatts (40) angeordnet ist, das ausgehend von seinem Fixierungsabschnitt (41) einen sich zunächst vom Schwertblatt (30) weg erstreckenden Abschnitt (42) und daran anschließend einen darauf zuführenden Abschnitt (43) hat, der mit seiner freien Endkante (44) an dem Schwertblatt (30) im Bereich der auslaufenden Längskante (23) der Anlagefläche (22) mit gegen diese gerichteter Vorspannung angreift.
