Claims (6)
- Falzschwertantrieb für eine Falzmaschine, mit einem Falzschwert (24), das an einem Ende einer von einem pneumatischen Hubantrieb für eine Auf- und Abbewegung angetriebenen Antriebsstange (18) angebracht ist, wobeider pneumatische Hubantrieb einen Zylinder (16) und einen in dem Zylinder (16) auf- und abbewegbaren Kolben (26) umfasst,eine erste Leitung (72) mit dem Zylinder (16) unterhalb des Kolbens (26) verbunden ist, die über ein erstes Schaltventil (54) wahlweise mit einem Überdruckerzeuger oder einem Unterdruckerzeuger verbindbar ist,eine zweite Leitung (74) mit dem Zylinder (16) oberhalb des Kolbens (26) verbunden ist, die über ein zweites Schaltventil (52) wahlweise mit einem Überdruckerzeuger oder einem Unterdruckerzeuger verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Schaltventile (52, 54) so schaltbar sind, dass zur jeweiligen Abwärtsbewegung des Falzschwertes (24) die erste Leitung (72) mit dem Unterdruckerzeuger in Verbindung steht, wenn die zweite Leitung (74) mit dem Überdruckerzeuger verbunden ist, oder die Schaltventile (52, 54) so schaltbar sind, dass zur jeweiligen Aufwärtsbewegung des Falzschwertes (24) die erste Leitung (72) mit dem Überdruckerzeuger in Verbindung steht, wenn die zweite Leitung (74) mit dem Unterdruckerzeuger verbunden ist.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltventile von Magnetventilen (52, 54) gebildet werden, die mit einer Steuereinrichtung verbunden sind.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstange (18) oberhalb und unterhalb des Zylinders (16) in einem Gleitlager (20, 22) mit Spiel gelagert ist.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spiel 0,015 bis 0,1 mm beträgt.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Außenfläche des Kolbens (26) eine Umfangsnut (28) ausgebildet ist, in der eine Dachmanschettendichtung (30) schwimmend gelagert ist.
- Falzschwertantrieb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb und unterhalb des Kolbens (26) Dämpfungselemente (32, 34) vorgesehen sind, die die Antriebstange (18) umgeben.
