Description
In Bezug auf die Verarbeitung der Winnowings beruhen die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile darauf, daß durch einen einfachen Prozeß, nämlich durch die Konditionierung und das anschließende Walzen der Winnowings, ein Tabakmaterial hergestellt wird, das ohne jeden weiteren Verarbeitungsschritt mit dem Blattmaterial und dem Rippenmaterial gemischt und dann geschnitten und getrocknet werden kann. Auf diese Weise wird der wertvolle Rohstoff "Winnowings" mit geringem Aufwand an Investitionen und Betriebskosten der Tabakverarbeitung zugeführt.

Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Behandlung von Tabakblättern für die Herstellung von Schnittabak für rauchbare Artikel, bei dema) ungewalzte Rippen getrennt vom Blattmaterial konditioniert und vorgeschnitten werden,b) Blattmaterial getrennt von den Rippen konditioniert wird,c) Rippen- und Blattmaterial anschließend gemischt und dannd) Blattmaterial und Rippen gemeinsam geschnitten und getrocknet werden,e) die ungewalzten Rippen vor und/oder nach dem Vorschneiden und/oder das Blattmaterial nach dem Konditionieren mit Casing versehen werden, und daßf) Blattmaterial und Rippen nach dem gemeinsamen Schneiden erwärmt, auf eine Feuchte von etwa 18% bis etwa 39% befeuchtet und dann getrocknet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen vor dem Vorschneiden auf eine Feuchte von etwa 22% bis etwa 26%, insbesondere von etwa 24%, konditioniert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konditionierten Rippen vor dem Vorschneiden mindestens 1,5 Stunden, insbesondere etwa 2 Stunden, in einer geschlossenen Umhüllung gelagert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen mit einer Schnittbreite von etwa 0,1 bis 0,3 mm, insbesondere von etwa 0,2 mm, vorgeschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgeschnittenen Rippen expandiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Herstellung von Cigaretten das Blattmaterial auf eine Feuchte von etwa 17% bis etwa 25%, insbesondere von etwa 17,5%, konditioniert wird, während für die Herstellung von Feinschnitt das Blattmaterial auf eine Feuchte von etwa 23% bis 25%, insbesondere von etwa 24%, konditioniert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Blattmaterial maximal 30% vorgeschnittene Rippen, insbesondere etwa 5% bis 25% vorgeschnittene Rippen, jeweils bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge, zugesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Herstellung von Cigaretten Blattmaterial und Rippen mit einer Schnittbreite von etwa 0,5 mm bis 2 mm, insbesondere etwa 0,85 mm, geschnitten werden, während für die Herstellung von Feinschnitt Blattmaterial und Rippen mit einer Schnittbreite von etwa 0,35 mm bis etwa 0,5 mm, insbesondere etwa 0,45 mm, geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Blattmaterial und Rippen nach dem Schneiden auf eine Feuchte von etwa 19,5 % bis etwa 24 %, bevorzugt etwa 22 %, gebracht und dann auf eine Feuchte von etwa 13 % bis etwa 16 %, insbesondere etwa 14 %, getrocknet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Winnowings getrennt vom Blattmaterial konditioniert und gewalzt werden, daß die gewalzten Winnowings, das konditionierte Blattmaterial und das vorgeschnittene Rippenmaterial gemischt werden, und daß Blattmaterial, Rippenmaterial und Winnowings gemeinsam geschnitten und getrocknet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konditionierten Winnowings mit einer Spaltbreite von weniger als 0,1 mm, insbesondere mit einer Spaltbreite von etwa 0 mm, gewalzt werden
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die gewalzten Winnowings eine Feuchte von etwa 25 % bis etwa 40 %, insbesondere von etwa 30 bis etwa 35 % haben.
- Anlage zur Behandlung von Tabakblättern für die Herstellung von Schnittabak für rauchbare Artikela) mit einer Konditioniervorrichtung für die von dem Blattmaterial getrennten Rippen der Tabakblätter,b) mit einer Konditioniervorrichtung für das Blattmaterial der Tabakblätter,c) mit einer Schneidvorrichtung für eine Mischung aus den konditionierten, ungewalzten, vorgeschnittenen Rippen und dem konditionierten und ungeschnittenen Blattmaterial, undd) mit mindestens einem Trockner für die geschnittene Mischung aus Blattmaterial und Rippen,e) eine Soßiervorrichtung für das Aufbringen von Casing auf die Rippen vorgesehen ist, daßf) eine Soßiervorrichtung für das Aufbringen von Casing auf das konditionierte Blattmaterial vorgesehen ist, und daßg) hinter der Schneidvorrichtung für die Mischung aus den konditionierten, ungewalzten, vorgeschnittenen Rippen und dem konditionierten und ungeschnittenen Blattmaterial eine Vorwärmeinrichtung, insbesondere eine Vorwärmtrommel, zum Erwärmen und zum Befeuchten der geschnittenen Mischung aus Blattmaterial und Rippen auf eine Feuchte von etwa 18% bis etwa 39% angeordnet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mischungsbehälter (Blattmischbox) für das konditionierte, ungeschnittene Blattmaterial, dem die konditionierten, ungewalzten, vorgeschnittenen Rippen zugeführt werden.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Soßiervorrichtung für das Aufbringen von Casing auf die Rippen der Vorrichtung zum Konditionieren der Rippen vorgeschaltet und/oder der Rippenschneidvorrichtung nachgeschaltet ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Soßiervorrichtung für das Blattmaterial zwischen der Konditioniervorrichtung für das Blattmaterial und dem Mischungsbehälter angeordnet ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorwärmtrommel ein Trockner, insbesondere ein Heißlufttrockner, nachgeschaltet ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Expandiervorrichtung für die Rippen vorgesehen ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Expandiervorrichtung zwischen der Schneidvorrichtung für die Rippen und dem Mischungsbehälter für das Blattmaterial und die Rippen angeordnet ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 19, gekennzeichnet durch eine Konditioniervorrichtung für Winnowings und eine Walzeinrichtung für die konditionierten Winnowings, die nach dem Walzen mit den vorgeschnittenen Rippen und dem konditionierten Blattmaterial gemischt werden.
