Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof tile fuse according to the preamble of claim 1.
- brackets are used for this additionally hold the roof tiles on the roof battens and thereby lifting the projections from the roof battens counteract.
- hangers are used in everything Usually attached and lying when covering the roof in the finished roof under the covering because it is on the edges of the pans facing the roof battens to press.
- brackets in the form of cramps with one leg are driven into the roof batten and with her other leg on the roof tiles act as described.
- Such in general U-shaped brackets must be made of metal, which is why usually used steel wire sections that to be pointed at one end of one of her U-legs, to facilitate driving into the roof batten.
- DE-U-90 16 795 is a fastening clip for roof tiles known or plates, which is designed as a U-shaped bracket, wherein the two legs of the clamp embrace the roof tile and the batten and press against each other via a spring force, so that a non-positive connection between the roof tile and the batten.
- the mounting bracket according to DE-U-90 16 795 on the at Legs lying on the roof batten have a head-like bend, which also has a Form-fit generated between the roof batten and the mounting bracket.
- the essential The disadvantage of this mounting bracket is, however, that due to the positive connection between the roof batten and the fastening clip this can only be used for those roofs where the dimensions the roof batten and the roof tile to the dimensions of the mounting bracket are coordinated.
- the bracket is attached through a clasp, which makes the strap and clasp existing unit simultaneously with the roof tile reaches over the bracket and reaches behind the roof batten, in order to determine the structural unit non-positively, whereby one of the previously unused for the adhesion Pages, e.g. used the back of the roof batten becomes. Usually you don't need anything special Tool. By the opposite movement the clasp and the bracket can be removed and reuse if necessary.
- the out the clasp and the bracket existing unit can have significantly higher stiffness exerts stronger holding forces on the roof tile than it does has been possible with the wire staples so far.
- This stiffness can be further increased if one the assembly consisting of clasp and bracket profiled with the features of claim 2. In in this case you get one in the main bending direction increased section modulus.
- the thereby achieved increased security can be with the features of claim 3 further improve, in particular if still use the features of claim 4 is made. Because this doesn't get you just a cheap web profile, but also one Reinforcement at the clamped end of the stirrup leg, that presses on the roof tile.
- the features of the claim contribute to this 5 at. Because here the E-shape turns the Clasp and bracket existing unit better Clasping the roof batten with improved at the same time Dimensional rigidity according to the roof tile protection achieved the invention.
- a further embodiment of the invention (Claim 12) enables the new roof tile protection not just the definition of the overlapped roof tile with the bracket, but also this roof tile roof tile covering at least partially is held by the same bracket for which the Provide bracket with an additional hold-down device is. That means that in the roof covering the Upper and lower edges of all roof tiles with consistent Attachment of the roof tile protection according to the invention secured against lifting off the roof battens are.
- the invention therefore has the advantage that the roof tiles even with extreme wind loads on the The roof remains lying and roof damage is largely excluded can be. That happens with the the clamp interacting hold-down, which in comparison with the simple roof tile protection the main patent basically no major manufacturing and material expenditure means.
- the clamp is also used as a unit can form their own assembly, it means one Simplify the temple if the already existing Parts for the clamp can be used. Therefore, the group of features of claim 15 is appropriate because the clamp uses the stirrup, to bring about the clamping effect.
- the invention is particularly simple if one provides an open hook in the clamp, which according to the feature of claim 16, the edge of the overlying Reaches over the roof tile. Then you can the roof tile from top to bottom insert into the clamp and then does not need any further operation to bring about the adhesion.
- the depth of the hook jaw allows the Compensation for differences in the roof tiles and their laying on the roof.
- the roof tile protection shown at 1 in Fig. 1 has a bracket 2 in the unit, which for holding a roof tile, not shown, on a roof batten serves, and a clasp 3, which the unit 1 holds on the roof batten.
- the unit is after placing the roof tile on the roof batten the top edge of the roof tile and the roof batten pushed on and reaches under with its outer leg 4 the roof batten. With the inside 5 it goes one positive connection with the bottom of the Roof batten.
- connection of the clasp and the bracket in the assembly 1 is done by a web 6, the profile according to the embodiment against deflection after above, i.e. in the lifting direction of the roof tile and thus is reinforced in the main bending direction.
- a rib 7 which is also a generally rectangular Has profile, but at their with the Top of the web profile 6 common bottom is narrower than the web, that is, a smaller one Width b as the width B of the web 6 in this dimension.
- the arrangement of the two fused web and rib profiles is such that there is a centrally symmetrical Arrangement of the rib profile on the web profile results. Perpendicular to the drawing plane of FIG. 2 arises thereby an increased section modulus of the Web 6 in the main bending direction.
- the rib profile extends according to the embodiment not just over the length L of the web 6, but also over a certain length of the outer web 8 of the bracket in the assembly 1. This length forms the web root 9 and is designated by 1 in FIG. 1. This also means the section modulus of the bracket leg 8 at the clamping point in the Web 6 reinforced and the holding force on the roof tile enlarged.
- the inside of the outer leg 4 is with provide friction-increasing agents. These are on a rib 12, which is also rectangular Profile with the rectangular profile of the outer leg 4 is united.
- the means to increase friction exist thereby from a toothing 14, which according to the illustrated Embodiment as helical teeth is trained.
- This helical toothing has tooth backs 15, which in the withdrawal direction of the unit 1 from the roof tile and the roof batten rising are.
- the object shown in the figures is a Shaped body, which is preferably made of plastic in the Injection molding process is produced.
- the thermoelastic Plastic can be made inert, so that there is no fear of corrosion of the roof tile protection are.
- the holding forces that the assembly 1 on the roof battens are extremely high, so that adequate security can be achieved. It is therefore sufficient, usually for each roof batten to provide a structural unit 1. It will hang up the roof tile onto the roof batten from above on this Parts pushed on and then holds firmly with her clasp 3 on the roof batten.
- the roof tile protection generally designated 31 3 and 4 according to the embodiment in unit a bracket 32 for holding one a roof batten A resting roof tile B against lifting Wind forces and also realizes one Clasp 33, which the assembly 31 on the roof batten A holds.
- the structural unit is placed on the roof tile B pushed onto the roof batten A and reaches under it with its outer leg 34 the roof batten A.
- the inside 35 of the leg 34 goes with the Underside of the roof batten A a non-positive connection on.
- a rib 37 is used also has a generally rectangular profile, however at their with the top of the web profile 36th common bottom formed narrower than the web 36 is a smaller width than that Has width of the web in this dimension.
- the Arrangement of the two fused webs and rib profiles is made so that a centrally symmetrical arrangement of the rib profile results on the web profile. In the drawing plane arises thereby an increased section modulus of the Web 36 in the main bending direction, through the lifting tendency of the roof tiles from the roof battens given is.
- the rib profile not only extends over the Length of the web 36, but also over a certain Length of an outer web 38 of the bracket 32. This length forms the bridge root 39. This also causes the section modulus of the bracket leg 38 at the clamping point reinforced in the web 36 and the holding force enlarged to the roof tile B.
- the inside of the outer leg 34 is with friction-increasing Means. They consist of a toothing 44, which according to the illustrated embodiment is designed as helical teeth and thereby increased resistance in the pull-off direction on the roof batten A.
- the bracket 32 shown in the figures points to Securing the roof batten C a hold-down 45 on.
- the leg 38 is in the essentially by the overlying length of the roof tile C. extended. This enables the hold-down device 45 and the assembly 31 from the bracket 32 and the clip 33 a one-piece molded body 46 can form.
- the hold-down device 45 is designed as a clamp that the roof tile C on the Outer web 38 of the bracket 32 holds.
- the clamping effect comes about because the leg 38, the underlying roof tile B holds, the lower edge of the engages under the roof tile and thereby Support in the area of the roof batten A forms.
- the clamp is more open Hook 47 formed, the hook tip 48 of the resting Roof tile C rests in the in the Installation direction open hook jaw 49 are inserted can.
- the friction on the roof tile C is carried out between the hook tip 48 and the rib 39 on the retaining strap 38.
- the object shown in the figures is a Shaped body, for example made of plastic in the Injection molding process can be produced.
- the thermal load can be made inert, so that corrosion of the Roof tile protection are not to be feared.
- the molded body 46 can also are made of metal. In any case, the holding forces which he exercises on the roof batten, extraordinary high, so that adequate backup of both Roof tiles B and C can be reached.
- the unit 46 After placing the underlying roof tile B on the roof batten A, the unit 46 is pushed on and then holds the underlying roof tile firmly B on the roof batten A. In the following position is followed accordingly, with the overlying Roof tiles C into the open hook jaws 49 inserted and thereby held firmly become.
- the Shaped body 46 with a so-called snow nose 50 Mistake Snow noses generally follow the Purpose that occurs when thaw occurs Roof avalanches or slipping snowboards in harmless Separate parts so that on the eaves no people are endangered.
- the snow nose 50 also forms the described molded body 46 is a structural unit, wherein the molded body in the case of the embodiment preferably realized with a plastic injection molded part is.
- This molded body which basically consists of the bracket 32 and the clasp 33 is made according to the embodiment of a multi-angled and curved band 56 at hook tip 48 formed, which is in the fall line 54 (Fig. 4) of the Extends roof.
- the fall line 54 gives the Roof pitch.
- Snow nose 50 is on the leg 51 of the hook 47 arranged, which overlaps the roof tile, and so can the described avalanches or capture snowboards. To subdivide them forms the snow nose according to the illustrated embodiment a wedge 52, the cutting edge on the Fall line 54 of the roof is aligned. This Cutting edge is from two converging wedge surfaces 57, 58 formed, which is the outline of an isosceles follow triangle. The back of the wedge 55 starting from the cutting edge 53 to the hook leg 51 beveled, causing the snow nose in view receives a favorable profile for their demands.
- the hook 47 is S-shaped and lies with its end curvature 59 of the upper edge 60 of the overlying Roof tile C on.
- the snow nose 50 extends from the hook tip 48 to the turning point 61 of the S-shaped Curvature of the hook 47.
- the elasticity of the Hakens is enough for a sufficient adhesion the bridge root 39, since this only the upper edge 62 overlaps the roof tile B.
