Definitions
- the present invention relates to an opening roller for an open-end spinning device according to the preamble of the patent claim 1 and 11.
- Opener rollers are used for separating open-end spinning devices of fibers to be spun, the opening roller be fed in the form of a sliver. This rotates at high speed and triggers with her set that Teeth or needles can consist of individual fibers from the sliver out, which are then fed to a spinning organ.
- the set an opening roller is in fact not available for all fiber materials suitable so that when converting a spinning machine on a new starting material the opening roller or its set needs to be replaced. Otherwise the set is subject to wear, so that is why an exchange of the Garnish is required.
- the Set is interchangeable.
- the opening roller is on a shaft arranged, which is supported by a bearing, so that the opening roller is rotatable in this way, at least a part of the opening roller consists of several parts directly is connected to the shaft. This is usually done using a Press fit.
- DE-OS 25 28 485 it is known for Zwekke the interchangeability of the set the opening roller in several parts to train, wherein it has a basic body that over a Press fit is attached to a shaft and the set over a Set holder is attached to the opening roller so that a Fixed assignment between base body and clothing holder guaranteed is. Loosening or turning the set is excluded.
- Fasteners e.g.
- Another embodiment is also shown here, in which the clothing holder by means of a screw on the end facing away from the bearing is screwed onto the opening roller.
- the second embodiment is similar to that of DE-OS 25 28 485.
- the first-mentioned embodiments have the disadvantage that their production is expensive is, or the connection between the base body and the clothing holder is either not secure enough or the connection is difficult to solve again.
- CH 661 535 A5 is a generic opening roller known, the clothing holder without Fasteners is attached. This is also how the base body shrunk onto the shaft. This has the disadvantage that a replacement of the set is time consuming. Furthermore can the shaft on which the opening roller is supported by the repeated pressing of a press fit can be damaged.
- the object of the present invention is therefore an opening roller to design for an open-end spinning unit such that the Set can be replaced easily and quickly, its structure and the fasteners are simple and the Opening roller is designed and fasteners arranged in this way are that does not cause disturbances in the yarn quality become.
- This object is achieved by the features of Claim 1 solved.
- the invention is based on knowledge from that it is not enough for the fasteners as far as possible edge-free training, but surprisingly also that it it is important on which of the two faces of the opening roller the fasteners are arranged.
- the Fiber transport not only in the circumferential direction as before to perform in the area of the set, but for certain Applications also give the fibers the opportunity to take a path in the opening roller housing that runs along it the front of the opening roller leads. It was provided to guide the fibers along the face of the opening roller, facing away from storage. This finding has led that new standards for the development of opening rollers are to be applied.
- the disassembly roller can be on your for disassembly end face facing away from the bearing, then the clothing holder removed and then the ring-shaped clothing carrier be removed.
- This simple handling makes the The risk of damage to the clothing is significantly reduced.
- the base body covers with its end face facing away from the bearing the wave off.
- the base body or clothing holder are particularly cheap designed when they have an opening for a fastener included, the breakthrough for example can be a bore that is parallel to the shaft on the the opening roller is mounted, extends.
- the fastening means For example, a screw, which then extends into the Set holder extends where the thread for this screw is placed is.
- the clothing holder has such a shape that it has an im has essential cylindrical lateral surface, which in the axial Direction roughly corresponds to the width of the set and this Set applied to the outer surface of the set holder is. This can be done, for example, with a toothed wire, or also, for example, by a firmly pressed-on clothing carrier, who has needles or teeth, for example.
- this is a receptacle with which a ring-shaped clothing carrier is radial is supported.
- the holder has a stop that axially one The clothing carrier is acted upon and this on the base body holds. It is also possible that the clothing holder both has a recording as well as a stop.
- the fastener is in the form of Designed screws, it is particularly favorable if these are arranged at a substantially uniform distance from one another are. It is particularly advantageous to ensure that that the mass distribution on the opening roller is uniform, so that it doesn't run unbalanced.
- Fastening means if it is ensured that the opening roller is balanced.
- countersunk screws are used, they have the advantage of that with a corresponding design of the end face, through which they are guided, the flatness of the end face only completely minor disturbance.
- An embodiment of the is particularly favorable Opening roller, in which the thread for the screws in the clothing holder is arranged, because this ensures that when exchanging the opening roller receives a new thread.
- the set holder is often made of aluminum is also achieved by frequently replacing the set, that the attachment is always equally possible because the fasteners can work with an unused thread.
- the Set holder has an axial hole, which is made using a cover is closed during the operation of the opening roller.
- This The lid is placed in the clothing holder in such a way that this front surface of the opening roller practically a perfect one forms a smooth surface. If the clothing holder has this axial Hole, namely, is achieved that if the set at his Manufacture to be coated, several clothing holders on a beam can be received through this axial bore, which makes coating easier and cheaper is feasible. It is particularly favorable if the cover is removed then the inside of the opening roller is cleaned can without having to disassemble the clothing carrier. For the Installation of clothing holders on the base body, it is advantageous if an adjustment device is provided on the opening roller, which makes it easier to assemble the openings through the the fasteners, e.g. the screws are guided, exactly to set up the associated thread so that it does not have to be searched first.
- a stop is provided for this the correct position from the clothing holder to the base body is signaled. If the stop works on with a spiral edge Base body together, there is the advantage that the clothing holder can be placed on the base body and for so long is turned until the stop fits. By turning in In the same direction of movement, the stop is in its end position led, which then marks the correct assignment.
- a spiral edge has the advantage that when turning in the wrong direction does not strike, but only Stiffness and ultimately jamming. Especially It is favorable if at least the end face facing away from the bearing the opening roller has a spiral groove, so is arranged that by the rotation of the opening roller air from Area of the axis of rotation of the end face conveyed radially outwards becomes. In an advantageous development, at least to design the clothing holder as an extruded component. This enables a pore-free surface to be achieved the component in particular can be coated more cost-effectively can.
- the opening roller 1 of Figure 1 is mounted on a shaft 2, which is stored in a warehouse 3.
- the shaft 2 carries a whorl 21, with the With the help of a belt the opening roller is driven.
- the opening roller 1 yourself, cut in the lower half of the drawing is shown, consists of a base body 11 and a clothing holder 12. Via a fastener 4, which as Screw 41 is designed, the clothing holder 12 with the Base body 11 connected.
- the base body 11 has a hub 111, which is pressed onto the shaft 2 via a press fit.
- the base body 11 has an opening 112, which is the shape has a hole through which the screw 41 is passed and extends into the clothing holder 12, where it with a Thread 117 works together.
- the opening 112 extends parallel to axis 22 of shaft 2.
- the attachment of the clothing holder 12 takes place according to the invention from the bearing 3 facing Side of the end face 14 of the opening roller 1. This means, that the surface of the end face facing the bearing 14 is interrupted because the fastener 4 by their Protruding surface.
- the screw 41 is Countersunk screw, however, is the disorder of flatness and smoothness the surface of the end face 14 is kept as low as possible.
- the opening 112 is in the Area of the end face 14 countersunk.
- Ribs 114 reinforced.
- the base body is particularly advantageous 11 air ducts 115.
- the shaft 2 has on its entire Length of an axially parallel bore 23, whereby the air duct 115 through the bore 23 with the outside air, i.e. the air outside an opening roller housing is connected.
- This has the Advantage that the sealing gap 9 between the base body 11 and the sleeve 31 of the bearing 3 communicates with the outside air. This allows air to flow through the bore 23 via the air duct 115 flow into the area in front of the end face 14 facing the bearing.
- the base body 11 has to hold the clothing holder 12 Receiving surfaces 116 over that of the clothing holder 12 on the base body 11 is centered.
- the clothing holder 12 has a cylindrical Shell surface 121, which has an axial length that the Width of the set 8 applied to the jacket surface corresponds.
- the clothing holder 12 is with the cylindrical outer surface 121 formed in one piece, which is a particularly cheap and simple embodiment results.
- the cylindrical surface 121 has grooves 122 in which the foot of the clothing wire is fitted.
- the end face 15 of the opening roller facing away from the bearing 3 1 is particularly advantageously completely by the Set holder 12 formed.
- the clothing holder 12 of Figure 1 has an axial Bore 123, which is closed by the cover 124, so that the end face 15 facing away from the bearing 3 is completely flat, the transition between the cover 124 and the clothing holder 12 has such a small gap that it does not interfere with the Can lead to spinning.
- the axial bore 123 makes sense during the manufacture of the clothing holder 12, its manageability to facilitate. Especially when the set 8 is coated due to the presence of the axial bore 123 several clothing holder 12 to be threaded on a mandrel to be able to coat them together.
- the base body 11 carries the end face 14 facing bearing 3.
- the camp 3 would have opposite end face 15. This would have been appropriate as a result that the clothing holder facing the bearing 3 would have end face 14.
- the set holder would then have to over the bearing 3 the base body be fed. Then the base body would have that Thread for screwing in the screws and the set holder would have an opening for inserting the screws.
- the Figure 1 shown embodiment has this embodiment compared but the advantage that with the replacement of the clothing holder 12 a new thread 112 is also used each time.
- the opening roller is mostly made of aluminum, as is well known is not that hard and the thread is more likely to wear out accordingly can, this is particularly advantageous.
- the opening roller partially shown in Figure 2 in section also contains a fastener 4, with the help of which Attachment of the end face 14 facing the bearing 3 is carried out.
- the opening roller of Figure 2 has an annular Garnier obviously 7, with the help of the clothing holder 12 and the fastener 4 with the base body 11 of the opening roller 1 is connected.
- the clothing holder 12 has a receptacle 125, which guides the ring-shaped clothing carrier radially. At the same time the clothing holder 12 has a stop 126 which the annular clothing carrier 7 leads axially.
- the clothing rack 7 is in the embodiment shown in Figure 2 with a set 8 provided, which consists of a wound clothing wire. However, the clothing carrier 7 can also have a clothing that is made from the solid, i.e.
- the clothing holder 12 has no axial bore (123, FIG 1). To guide the air through the bore 23 of the shaft 2 in the area the clothing holder 12 has one, not shown Guide groove for the air, so that the air duct 115 of the Base body 11 through the bore 23 of the shaft 2 with the outside air communicates.
- FIG. 3 shows a top view of the opening roller of FIG. 1, from the side facing away from the bearing 3, the clothing holder in the area of line A-A, Figure 1, is shown in section.
- the adjustment device essentially consists of an adjustment stop 61, which is attached to the clothing holder 12 and from a Edge 62, which is formed on the base body 11.
- the edge 62 is in the form of a slightly from a circular line, centered in Center of the opening roller, deviating, spiral-shaped line is formed.
- the opening roller of Figure 3 has three such spiral Edges 62 and the clothing holder 12 corresponding to three Adjustment stops 61.
- each spiral Edge 62 results from the changed distance of the edge 62 a paragraph 63 to the center, on which the adjustment stop 61st for adjusting the tool holder to the base body 11.
- the Spiral shape of the edge 62 has the advantage that when it is put on of the holder 12 on the base body 11 of the adjustment stop 61 usually lies in an area where the distance the adjustment stop 61 to the center of the opening roller smaller is 62 as the distance of the edge. This means that the clothing holder 12 does not snap onto the base body 11. Only by Turn the clothing holder 12 clockwise in relation to the base body 11 comes the adjustment stop 61 in an area where between the Adjustment stop 61 and the edge 62 game prevails, so that the Set holder sits on the base body 11.
- FIG. 4 shows a top view of the end face 14 of the opening roller, which faces away from the camp.
- This version is the End face 14 provided with a spiral groove 140, the this is done by rotating the opening roller air from the area To promote the axis of rotation of the opening roller radially outwards.
- the spiral Groove 140 does not have to reach the center of the End face 14 run. It is sufficient if at least outdoors a curved groove 140 is arranged on the end face 14, which is suitable for the one used in the operation of the opening roller Direction of rotation (arrow P) To convey air radially outwards.
- A is a shorter groove, not shown in FIG. 4 especially in the face of the opening roller facing the bearing suitable. When the groove 140 is formed, this is the case make sure that it has no edges on which fibers are attached can fix.
