Claims (24)
- Garniturring für eine Auflösewalze einer Offenend-Spinnmaschine auf dessen Außenumfang eine Garnitur aus Zähnen oder Nadeln angeordnet ist, mit zwei stirnseitigen axialen Anschlagflächen (120,130; 713,714) und einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Innenfläche (140), die teilweise als radiale Zentrierfläche (150,160; 718; 421) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garniturring (20) zumindest einen Vorsprung (6) oder eine Aussparung (7; 715,716; 422) im Bereich der Anschlagflächen (120,130; 713,714) besitzt, und die beiden Anschlagflächen (120,130; 713,714) unterschiedlich ausgebildet sind.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Längsnuten (170, 180, 190) vorgesehen sind.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich jeder axialen Anschlagfläche (120, 130) jeweils eine radiale Zentrierfläche (150, 160) vorgesehen ist.
- Garniturring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Längsnuten (170, 180, 190) wenigstens das Zweifache ihrer Tiefe beträgt.
- Garniturring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (715, 716, 422) eine Positionierungsfläche (718, 424) enthält.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung eine umlaufende Ringnut (715, 716) mit zylindrischen Ringflächen (717, 718) ist, von denen eine (18) die als Zentrierfläche (718, 421) ausgebildete Positionierungsfläche (718, 424) ist.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringfläche (718) kleineren Durchmessers die Zentrierfläche ist.
- Gamiturring nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder stirnseitigen Anschlagfläche (713, 714) eine Ringnut (715, 716) mit einer Zentrierfläche (718) zugeordnet ist.
- Garniturring nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Aussparungen in Form von sich in radialer Richtung erstreckenden Durchgangsschlitzen (422) mit seitlichen Begrenzungsflächen (423, 424) vorgesehen sind, von denen eine die als Mitnahmefläche in Umfangsrichtung (A) ausgebildete Positionierungsfläche ist.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der radialen Zentrierung dienende Zentrierfläche (421) außerhalb des Bereiches der Durchgangsschlitze (422) vorgesehen ist.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine Wandstärke im Bereich der Durchgangsschlitze (422) verringert ist.
- Garniturring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Aussparung als die Anlagefläche (814) unterbrechende und deren Länge überschreitende Längsnut (816, 817, 818) ausgebildet und als Zentrierhilfe in Umfangsrichtung der Innenfläche (813) vorgesehen ist.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die wenigstens eine Längsnut (816, 817, 818) über die gesamte Länge der Innenfläche (813) erstreckt.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Längsnuten (816, 817, 818) gleichmäßig über den Umfang der Innenfläche (813) verteilt sind.
- Garniturring nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsnuten (816, 817, 818) unterschiedlich tief sind.
- Gamiturring nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gamiturring (20) zumindest einen Vorsprung (6) oder eine Aussparung (7) besitzt, welche/r bei Betrieb der Auflösewalze mit dem Grundkörper (12) oder dem Garniturhalter (3) eine formschlüssige Verbindung herstellt.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (6) oder die Aussparung (7) an der zylindrischen Innenwand (44) des Garniturrings (41) ausgebildet ist.
- Garniturring nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (6) oder die Aussparung (7) an der zylindrischen Mantelfläche (45) des Gamiturrings (41) ausgebildet ist.
- Garniturring nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (6) oder die Aussparung (7) im Bereich des Randes (46) des Garniturrings (41) ausgebildet ist.
- Garniturring nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (6) oder die Aussparung (7) im Bereich des Randes (46) des Garniturrings (41) ausgebildet ist, der im Betrieb der Auflösewalze dem Grundkörper (12) zugewandt ist.
- Garniturring nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Befestigungsmittel (5) axial formschlüssig Grundkörper (12) und Garniturhalter (3) miteinander verbindet.
- Garniturring nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (5) einen axialen Druck auf den Garniturträger (4, 41) ausübt.
- Garniturring nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (5) aus zwei zusammenwirkenden Teilen besteht, die eine Clipverbindung bilden.
- Garniturring nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garniturhalter (3) in axialer Richtung an einem Anschlag (8) des Grundkörpers (12) anschlägt.
