Description
Claims (7)
- Bogendruckmaschine mit einer Einrichtung zum Eindrucken, mit einer wenigstens eine Reihe von Greifern aufweisenden Bogenführungstrommel (3), der ein oder mehrere radial zur Bogenführungstrommel (3) angeordnete Laseroder Tintenstrahldrucker (7, 8) zugeordnet sind, durch welche die Bogen unmittelbar anschließend an das Bedrucken mit Strichcodes, Nummerierung oder dgl. bedruckbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Bogenführungstrommel (3) zu jeder Reihe von Greifern (4) eine Reihe von Saugköpfen (6) aufweist, durch welche die Bogenenden mittels Unterdruck an der Bogenführungstrommel (3) fest anliegend gehalten werden, und dass die Baugruppe aus Bogenführungstrommel (3) und Laser- oder Tintenstrahldrucker zwischen dem letzten Druckwerk und einem Auslagesystem (2) angeordnet ist. - Bogendruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Saugköpfe (6) relativ zu den Greifern (4) in Umfangsrichtung auf unterschiedliche Bogenlängen motorisch oder manuell einstellbar sind. - Bogendruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Saugköpfe (6) zur Straffung der Bogen relativ zur Bogenführungstrommel (3) beweglich ausgebildet sind. - Bogendruckmaschine mit einer Einrichtung zum Eindrucken, mit einer wenigstens eine Reihe von Greifern aufweisenden Bogenführungstrommel (3), der ein oder mehrere radial zur Bogenführungstrommel (3) angeordnete Laser-oder Tintenstrahldrucker (7, 8) zugeordnet sind, durch welche die Bogen unmittelbar anschließend an das Bedrucken mit Strichcodes, Nummerierung oder dgl. bedruckbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Bogenführungstrommel (3) im Bereich der Übernahme der Bogen auf die Bogenführungstrommel (3) eine Einrichtung (11) zum elektrostatischen Aufladen der Bogenführungstrommel (3) und der Bogen zugeordnet ist, durch welche die Bogen an der Bogenführungstrommel (3) fest anliegend gehalten werden, und dass die Baugruppe aus Bogenführungstrommel (3) und Laser- oder Tintenstrahldrucker zwischen dem letzen Druckwerk und einem Auslagesystem (2) angeordnet ist. - Bogendruckmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass im Bogenlauf hinter der Bogenführungstrommel (3) eine Einrichtung (12) zum elektrostatischen Entladen der Bogen vorgesehen ist. - Bogendruckmaschine nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Laser- oder Tintenstrahldrucker (7, 8) im Gehäuse (5) der Bogendruckmaschine (1) mittels Führungen (9) und Rollen (10) parallel zur Achse der Bogenführungstrommel (3) verstellbar angeordnet ist. - Bogendruckmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Abstand des Laser- oder Tintenstrahldruckers (7, 8) von der Bogenführungstrommel (3) auf unterschiedlich dicke Bogen einstellbar ist.
