Claims (31)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Falzbruches (78) an Signaturen (71), wobei die Signaturen (71) links und rechts der vorgesehenen Falzlinie (74) zwischen oberen und unteren Transportbändern (6, 7; 5, 10) eingeklemmt einer Längsfalzvorrichtung (1; 80) zugeführt und dort nachfolgend mittels einer lotrecht zur Transportrichtung (C) der zu falzenden Signatur (71) wirkenden Stoßeinrichtung (87, 89, 93, 94) in einem Einlaufzwickelraum bewegt in einen zwischen zwei rotierenden Falzwalzen (2; 3) befindlichen Falzwalzenspalt (86) gedrückt werden, wobei die Rotationsachsen (83; 84) der Falzwalzen (2; 3) parallel zum Falzwalzenspalt (86) verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Signaturen (71) der Längsfalzvorrichtung (1; 80) bereits vorgefalzt zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Signaturen (71) vor dem Einlauf in die Längsfalzvorrichtung (1; 80) entlang ihrer vorgesehenen Falzlinie (74) V-förmig vorgeformt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die V-förmig vorgeformten Teile der Signaturen (71) in einen zwischen der Stoßeinrichtung (87, 89, 93, 94) und dem Falzwalzenspalt (86) befindlichen Raum hineinbewegt werden, daß anschließend die so vorgeformten Signaturen (71) durch eine aus dem Inneren dieses Einlaufzwickelraumes beginnende Bewegung der als Falzmesser (87) ausgebildeten Stoßeinrichtung in den Falzwalzenspalt (86) gedrückt und fertiggefalzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Signaturen (71) im Bereich des vorgesehenen Falzbruches (78) von den Falzwalzen (2; 3) mittelbar oder unmittelbar ergriffen werden und zur Erzeugung des endgültigen Falzbruches (78) durch den Falzwalzenspalt (86) transportiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die V-förmig vorgeformten Signaturen (71) nach ihrem Einlauf in den Einlaufzwickelraum gegen einen Anschlag laufen und dort ihre Bewegung in Transportrichtung (C) beenden, bevor die lotrecht wirkende Stoßeinrichtung (87) wirksam wird.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Teile (72; 73) der Signatur (71) mit ihren Enden (76; 77) in einen vorwählbaren Abstand (b2, b3) aufeinander zubewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (76; 77) der Signaturen (71) während ihrer Zuführung (z) zur Falzeinrichtung (80; 88; 90; 99) entlang der vorgesehenen Falzlinie (78) in den vorwählbaren Abstand (b2, b3) gebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Teile (72, 73) der Signatur (71) mindestens symmetrisch zur vorgesehenen Falzlinie (78) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit ihrem untersten Bogen (69) der Signatur (71) in die von der glattgestrichenen Signatur (71) beabstandete Lage (f1; f2) gebrachte und so vorgeformte Signatur (71) anschließend in einen der Falzeinrichtung (80; 88; 90; 99) hineinragend zur Erzeugung eines Falzbruches (78) zugeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen eines Falzbruches (78) an Signaturen (71), wobei rechts und links der vorgesehenen Falzlinie (74) die Signaturen einklemmende obere und untere Transportbänder (6, 7; 5, 10) so angeordnet sind, daß die Signaturen zwischen den oberen und unteren Transportbändern (6, 7; 5, 10) eingeklemmt einer Längsfalzvorrichtung (1; 8) zugeführt werden, wobei die Längsfalzvorrichtung (1; 8) eine auf die zu falzende Signatur wirkende Stoßeinrichtung (87; 89; 93; 94) und zwei mit dieser zusamenwirkende, links und rechts der Falzlinie (74) und zu dieser achsparallel mit ihren Rotationsachsen (83, 84) voneinander gleichmäßig beabstandete, gestellfest gelagerte, rotierende Falzwalzen (2; 3) aufweist, und wobei die Stoßeinrichtung (87; 89; 93, 94) lotrecht zur Transportrichtung der Transportbänder (6, 7; 5, 10) zum Drücken der Signaturen in einen zwischen den zwei Falzwalzen (2; 3) befindlichen Falzwalzenspalt (86) wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsfalzvorrichtung eine Vorfalzeinrichtung (24; 82) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Falzmesser (87) ausgebildete Stoßeinrichtung derart antreibbar angeordnet ist, daß seine Falzmesserkante aus einer Wartestellung innerhalb des Einlaufzwickelraumes auf den Falzwalzenspalt (86) hin und zurück zur Wartestellung bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzwalzen (2, 3) jeweils über ihre Peripherie (91, 92) hinausragende, sich in achsparalleler Richtung (83, 84) erstreckende Mitnehmer (93, 94) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß links und rechts der Falzlinie (74) jeweils eine Anzahl von Falzwalzen (101, 102, 103, 104; 106, 107, 108, 109) angeordnet sind, deren Rotationsachsen (111, 112, 113, 114; 116, 117, 118, 119) senkrecht zur Transportrichtung (C) in y-Richtung verlaufen, daß die Falzwalzen (101, 102, 103, 104; 106, 107, 108, 109) zumindest in x-Richtung paarweise gleiche Abstände zueinander aufweisen, daß die Falzwalzen (101, 102, 103, 104; 106, 107, 108, 109) mindestens im unmittelbaren Bereich der Falzlinie (74) auf die Signaturen (71) wirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmer (93, 94) im Mantel der Falzwalzen (2, 3) auf einer Leiste angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmer (93, 94) im Mantel der Falzwalzen (2, 3) auf in achsparalleler Richtung hintereinander angeordneten Stücken von Leisten verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 12, 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmer (93, 94) starr ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 12, 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmer (93, 94) abgefedert ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung (C) der Signaturen (71) zwischen zwei Einlaufblechen (121, 122) ein Einlaufkanal (18) gebildet ist, daß deren erste Längskanten (123, 124) formschlüssig mit einem Maschinengestell (16, 17) verbunden sind, daß deren zweite Längskanten (19, 21) in Richtung Kanalgrund des Einlaufkanals (18) abgebogen sind, daß über dem Kanalgrund des Einlaufkanals (18) eine sich in Transportrichtung (C) erstreckende, in ihrer Neigung einstellbare Längsführung (82) angeordnet ist, daß die Einlaufbleche (121, 122) sich in Transportrichtung (C) der Signaturen (71) bewegbare Festhaltemittel (6, 7; 5, 10) aufnehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsführung (82) als Schwert ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsführung (82) als Rollenträger ausgebildet ist mit einer Anzahl hintereinander fluchtend auf einer Schiene (44) gelagerter Führungsräder (46).
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 18 und 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene (44) mit ihrem ersten Ende (53) schwenkbar auf einer gleichzeitig eine Bandwalze (12) aufnehmenden Welle (54) gelagert und mit ihrem zweiten Ende (56) mittels einer seitengestellfesten Einstellvorrichtung (57) federnd gegen eine untere Gegenhalteeinrichtung (24) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsräder (46) angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 20 und 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsräder (46) an ihrem Umfang eine im Querschnitt halbkreisförmige Nut aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 20, 21 und 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsräder (46) auf ihrer der Gegenhalteeinrichtung (24) zugewandten Seite in ihrer Nut ein unteres Trum (47) eines endlosen Riemens (48) führen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 20, 21 und 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsräder (46) an ihrem Umfang eine Nut mit v-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, in welcher ein unteres Trum (47) eines endlosen Riemens mit rautenförmigen Querschnitt geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenhalteeinrichtung (24) aus einer Anzahl fluchtend auf einer Schiene (29) gelagerter Laufrollen (31) besteht, welche ein oberes Trum (32) eines endlosen angetriebenen Bandes (33) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 21 und 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene (29) der Gegenhalteeinrichtung (24) mit ihrem ersten Ende (38) schwenkbar auf einer gleichzeitig eine Bandwalze (13) aufnehmenden Welle (39) gelagert und mit ihrem zweiten Ende (41) mittels einer seitengestellfesten Einstellvorrichtung (57) gegen die Längsführung (82) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 18, 20 und 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine durch eine Rotationsachse (59) einer auf der Schiene (29) der Gegenhalteeinrichtung (24) angeordneten Laufrolle (31) gezogene Gerade (61), die zum Einlaufkanal (18) rechtwinklig verläuft, einen Abstand (a) zwischen zwei auf der Schiene (44) der Räderanordnung (43) angeordneten benachbarten Führungsrädern (46) halbiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Anzahl der Führungsräder (46) zur Anzahl der Laufrollen (31) 1:1 beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der Anzahl der Führungsräder (46) zur Anzahl der Laufrollen (31) 2:1 beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Festhaltemittel (6, 7; 5, 10) aus oberen und unteren Transportbändern (6, 7; 5, 10) bestehen, die die Signaturen (71) an ihren linken und rechten Teilen (72, 73) sandwichartig erfassen.
