Claims (6)
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung an Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit einer parallel zu einem zylindrischen Bauteil (1) verlaufenden in Seitengestellen gelagerten Welle (4), einem daran angeordneten Schutz: (3, 3, 3) und einer Steuerkurve (2) mit mindestens einem zugeordneten Endschalter (5) und einer federbelasteten Rasteinrichtung (16),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die an der Welle (4) fixierte Steuerkurve (2) in Eingriff mit der federbelasteten Rasteinrichtung (16) eine elektrisch abgesicherte erste Raststellung (13) für den Schutz (3) und eine zweite Raststellung (13) für den Schutz (3 ) und auf einem benachbarten Kurvenast (14) eine elektrisch abgesicherte Sicherheitsstellung (15) für den Schutz (3'') aufweist, wobei die Steuerkurve (2) ein Bewegungsgesetz aufweist, welches in der ersten und zweiten Raststellung (13) für den Schutz (3, 3 ) bei anliegender Kraft (F) der Rasteinrichtung (16) einen Hebelarm (h) = 0 und nach Überwindung des Druckpunktes der dem Kurvenast (14) benachbarten zweiten Raststellung (13) zur Erreichung der Sicherheitsstellung (15) für den Schutz (3 ) eine ansteigende Kraft der Rasteinrichtung (16) bei abnehmenden Hebelarm (h) besitzt. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der ersten und zweiten Raststellung (13) und in der Sicherheitsstellung (15) die am Schutz auf die Finger/Hand wirkende Kraft relativ konstant ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schutz (3 bis 3'') über eine Koppel (12) mit einer Maschinenverschutzung (11) verbunden ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der ersten Raststellung (13) für den Schutz (3) dieser eine Bogenführungseinrichtung für den Druckbetrieb ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der zweiten Raststellung (13) für den Schutz (3') die Druckmaschine im Tippbetrieb/Schleichgang gesteuert ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rasteinrichtung (16) aus der Sicherheitsstellung (15) für den Schutz (3'') in die benachbarte zweite Raststellung (13) federbelastet rückstellbar ist.
