Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drain element for arrangement especially in concrete floors according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- Such drainage elements are used wherever Water that is no longer required for the purpose of disposal Downpipe or the like must be supplied.
- Typical areas of application are, for example, the arrangement of such Drain element in the floor of shower rooms, changing rooms and handling in swimming pools or swimming pools, where such drainage elements also for draining large quantities Water from public swimming pools can be used can.
- the first-mentioned purpose i.e. the provision of such Drain elements in shower rooms, changing rooms and walkways in swimming pools make it clear that it will also be necessary can, these process elements subsequently into an existing one To insert building construction, namely, if a shower room and the like should be retrofitted.
- Another Purpose is, for example, due to Corrosion damage to existing drain elements Exchange of these drain elements that can no longer be used with a new drain element. Both the new installation such a flow element as well as the exchange of a existing drain element makes it necessary that interferes with the building structure around a floor opening to create the insertion of the drain element.
- the floor bushing only with such a diameter open that the drain element can just be inserted or removed.
- the Drain element should therefore have an outer diameter that is only slight is smaller than the diameter of the floor duct.
- a generic drain element is disclosed in EP-A-0 457 012, which in essentially a drain grate, a drain grate receiving this Drain housing, in which an odor trap is arranged, and a Has receiving device for installing the drain housing, which Drain housing on the outlet side can be connected to a pipe section, which in turn is in the recording device is recorded.
- This sequence element must be due to the design of the receiving device introduced a hole in the ground be such that the contour in the drain-side area of this hole to the Contoured the receiving device. For this it is necessary to use the concrete floor targeted milling. Place in the course of a quick assembly of the drain elements such time-consuming processing steps represent a cost disadvantage.
- a similar flow element is disclosed in DE-A-345654, in which a existing drain element in a floor with a new drain element Combination purposes is combined. Such an arrangement proves itself in the Assembly is time-consuming due to its large number of components. Furthermore are the anchored in the concrete floor for renovation or retrofitting measures Drain elements cannot be reused for reasons of tightness if the arrangement is open once.
- the present invention Task based on a flow element of the type described above to train that a simpler and thus faster assembly is made possible and taking into account the requirements of the structural analysis on the one hand and on the other hand also a hermetic sealing of the concrete floor against water to be drained is ensured.
- the present invention is based on the essential idea that of the one-piece structure of Deviating the receiving device and drain housing so that the requirement of drilling large core holes.
- the drain element according to the invention has a drain grate, a drainage frame receiving this, an odor trap device, a receiving device and a drain housing on, the drain housing separate from the receiving device is trained and can be connected to it.
- the receiving device and the drain housing becomes more advantageous Way achieved that only one in the concrete floor
- Such core drilling is to be introduced, which is essentially the Corresponds to the outer dimensions of the drain housing, as in this Core hole not the complete receiving device of the drain element must be inserted.
- the receiving device forms the device that determines the flow element in or on the concrete floor is required.
- the drain housing is formed in several parts.
- This Drain housing can be a tubular body, one on one side on an inner end face of the base body provided annular disc and one the disc penetrating tubular insert body can be formed.
- This multi-part design of the drain housing ensures that that even difficult installation conditions in the concrete floor by, for example, a more or less strong axial displacement of the individual drain housing individual elements balanced can be.
- the Drain housing can be assembled on site which takes into account difficult installation conditions can by a completely one-piece drain housing cannot be met.
- the present invention can this drain housing also pre-assembled in one piece or molded in one piece be formed, this with "simple" installation conditions of the drain element in the concrete floor can suffice.
- drain pipe arranged such that the actual drain pipe in the example tubular insert body can be inserted inside, until there is a flush and secure system on this collar.
- the drain pipe can form, for example Material connection between the insert body and the drain pipe can also be glued into this.
- the receiving device from a fire-retardant material, for example fever silicate.
- the structure of the drain element according to the invention makes it clear that a Safe centering of the drain housing in the core hole and thereby at the same time easy assembly of the arrangement is ensured, in general the core hole for the installation of the floor drain element only one Must have a diameter that does not adversely affect the statics.
- a filler especially mortar
- the space between the drain housing and the inside of the core hole placed in the bottom area with a sealing medium, such as a flowing mortar is filled in, according to the invention also an additional sealing compound based on plastic has been introduced, for example, synthetic resin can be injected.
- synthetic resin can be injected.
- the drain housing on its side opposite the drain pipe a pipe-like insert on the inside of the drain housing having the sealing with the assembly frame can be connected.
- this insert in Base body axial direction seen over the end of the base body protrudes in the direction of the drain grate of the drain element.
- the drain housing in particular on its side opposite the drain pipe disc-shaped or square with at least one Bore provided on the base flange body of the drain housing spreads.
- a disc-shaped or provided with a central opening square flange body is provided, which is above the Base body of the drain housing can be provided, wherein this base flange body has an inner surface which the Largely inside surface of the main body of the drain housing corresponds in such a way that the base flange body advantageously extends to the pipe-like insert and be hermetically sealed can.
- This training ensures that the drain grate water to be discharged entering the drain housing only remains inside the drain housing and not, for example, the upper edge of the base body of the drain housing can overflow to connect with the concrete floor to get.
- the drain housing during its arrangement that is during its installation in the concrete floor on its the drain pipe opposite side by a particularly recyclable Mounting plate is overlapped, either immediately or can also be fixed indirectly on the concrete floor, thus the penetration of insulation material applied to the concrete floor is avoided in the drain housing.
- a particularly recyclable Mounting plate is overlapped, either immediately or can also be fixed indirectly on the concrete floor, thus the penetration of insulation material applied to the concrete floor is avoided in the drain housing.
- the drain element on his the drain pipe opposite side towards the outside the insulation material applied to the concrete floor one between the insulation material and one arranged thereon Floor layer, for example a tile layer, arranged Foil is sealed in the area of its support the base flange body of one with the base flange body hermetically connectable press flange via a screw connection is pressed sealingly against the base flange body.
