  10. Drain element according to any one of claims 1 through 9,
    characterized in that
    the drain housing (4) is overlapped during its arrangement in the concrete floor (2) on its side opposing the drain pipe (9) by a in particular recyclable mounting plate (19), which is directly or indirectly fixed in a separable manner on the concrete floor (3) in such a way that plaster floor and insulation material applied on the concrete floor (3) is prevented from penetrating into the drain housing (4).
  11. Drain element according to any one of claims 7 through 10,
    characterized in that
    the drain element (1), on its side opposing the drain pipe (9), is sealed by means of a film (22) arranged between the insulation material and a thereon arranged floor layer, in particular a tile layer (21), towards the outside against the insulation material applied onto the concrete floor (3), which film, in its area of contact with the base flange body (18), is being pressed against the base flange body (18) in a hermetically sealing manner by a pressure flange (25) connectable by means of a screw means (20).
  12. Drain element according to any one of claims 7 through 11,
    characterized in that
    between the base flange body (18) and the drain grating frame (27), a tube piece shaped levelling element (26) is provided for height-levelling of the insulation material.
