Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein industriell vorgefertigtes Gebäudeelement und insbesondere eine Wand-, Dach-, Decken- oder Bodenplatte mit darin eingegossenen Rohren für eine sogenannte Bauteilaktivierung sowie eine Formvorrichtung zur Herstellung eines solchen Gebäudeelements. Unter „Bauteilaktivierung“ ist dabei eine in das Gebäudeelement integrierte Flächenheizung oder -kühlung zu verstehen. Die Rohre haben damit an der Austrittstelle in die Anschlussaussparung Spiel und sind entsprechend gepolstert. Gleichzeitig dient der weichelastische Hüllkörper in Verbindung mit der erfindungsgemäß laut Anspruch 5 vorgesehenen Formvorrichtung als einfache, aber wirkungsvolle Abdichtung der Rohre im Bereich der Durchführungsöffnungen im Aussparungskörper gegen ein Eindringen von Betonmaterial in die Anschlussaussparung.
