Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Wiederbefüllen eines durch Bestreichen einer Oberfläche Produkt abgebenden Stifts (14), wobei der wiederbefüllte Stift besteht aus einer endseitig eine Öffnung aufweisenden Hülse (15) mit einem geschlossenen Boden (16), in den ein um seine Längsachse drehbewegbarer Stift eingelassen ist, der über die gesamte Hülsenlängsachse ragend jenseits der einen Seite des Bodens (16) als Gewindespindel (17) und jenseits der anderen Seite des Bodens (16) außerhalb der Hülse (15) als handbetätigbare Rändelmutter (18) ausgebildet ist, und einem Vorschubelement, das gegen Rotation in der Hülse (15) gesichert über die in eine durchgehende Gewindebohrung (21) des Vorschubelements greifende Gewindespindel (17) entlang der Hülsenlängsachse zur Abgabe einer in der Hülse (15) befindlichen Produktmasse verschiebbar ist, und gegebenenfalls einer über den oberen Hülsenrand aufschiebbaren Abdeckkappe, bei welchem Verfahren zur Wiederbefüllung des Stiftes ein an das für die Aufnahme der Produktmasse freie Innenvolumen und die Innenkonfiguration der Hülse angepasster, gegebenenfalls eine konzentrisch zur Längsachse ausgebildete Bohrung, vorzugsweise eine Sackbohrung (13), aufweisender Formkörper (2) aus der Produktmasse (23) von der endseitigen Öffnung her in die Hülse eingeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorschubelement ein napfartiger Kolben (19) und die Produktmasse (23) eine streichfähige, weichplastische Klebstoffmasse ist und, dass zur Wiederbefüllung des Stiftes (14) zunächst ein im Stift (14) angeordneter Kolben aus der produktentleerten Hülse (15) entfernt wird und anschließend ein Rohr (22), das einen Kolben (19) an seinem oberen Rand (19a) erfasst und an diesem Ende mit einer den Kolben (19) ringförmig im Abstand umgebenden Muffe (27) verbunden ist, deren Innendurchmesser so bemessen ist, dass die Muffe (27) über den oberen Hülsenaußenmantel aufschiebbar ist und eine ringförmige Anschlagfläche (27a) für die Hülsenstirnandseite (15a) aufweist, mit darin angeordnetem, endseitig den Kolben (19) aufweisendem Formkörper (2) auf die Hülse (15) aufgesetzt und anschließend durch Betätigung der Rändelmutter (18) der Kolben (19) mit dem Formkörper (2) bis zum Hülsenboden (16) in die Hülse (15) eingezogen wird, wobei das Rohr (22) mit Muffe (27) von dem Formkörper (2) vollständig abgezogen und abschließend entfernt wird. - Nachfüllpatrone (1e) für einen durch Bestreichen einer Oberfläche Produkt abgebenden Stift (14), der eine endseitig eine Öffnung aufweisende Hülse (15) mit einem geschlossenen Boden (16), in den ein um seine Längsachse drehbewegbarer Stift eingelassen ist, der über die gesamte Hülsenlängsachse ragend jenseits der einen Seite des Bodens (16) als Gewindespindel (17) und jenseits der anderen Seite des Bodens (16) außerhalb der Hülse (15) als handbetätigbare Rändelmutter (18) ausgebildet ist, und gegebenenfalls eine über den oberen Hülsenrand aufschiebbare Abdeckkappe aufweist, wobei der wiederbefüllte Stift ein Vorschubelement, das gegen Rotation in der Hülse (15) gesichert über die in eine durchgehende Gewindebohrung (21) des Vorschubelementes greifende Gewindespindel (17) entlang der Hülsenlängsachse zur Abgabe einer in der Hülse (15) befindlichen Produktmasse (23) verschiebbar ist, aufweist und wobei die Nachfüllpatrone (1e) einen an das für die Aufnahme der Produktmasse (23) freie Innenvolumen und die Innenkonfiguration der Hülse (15) angepaßten, gegebenenfalls eine konzentrisch zur Längsachse ausgebildete Bohrung, vorzugsweise eine Sackbohrung (13), aufweisenden Formkörper (2) aus der Produktmasse (23) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorschubelement ein napfartiger Kolben (19) und die Produktmasse (23) eine streichfähige, weichplastische Klebstoffmasse ist und, dass der Formkörper (2) endseitig den Kolben (19) aufweist und in einem den oberen Kolbenrand (19a) erfassenden und an diesem Ende mit einer den Kolben (19) ringförmig im Abstand umgebenden Muffe (27) verbundenen Rohr (22) angeordnet ist, wobei der Innendurchmesser der Muffe (27) so bemessen ist, dass die Muffe (27) über den oberen Hülsenaußenmantel aufschiebbar ist und eine ringförmige Anschlagfläche (27a) für die Hülsenstirnseite (15a) aufweist. - Nachfüllpatrone nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Muffenende mit dem Kolbenboden abschließt oder diesen geringfügig überragt. - Nachfüllpatrone nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (27) und das Rohr (22) einteilig ausgebildet sind. - Nachfüllpatrone nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (27) und das Rohr (22) über eine vorzugsweise ringförmige Rast- oder Schnappverbindung miteinander verbunden sind. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (19) und die Muffe (27) über beim Ziehen des Kolbens (19) in Richtung des Hülsenbodens (16) lösbare Rast- bzw. Schnappverbindungen miteinander verbunden sind. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebohrung (21) durch eine mittels der Gewindespindel (17) durchstoßbare Haut (24) verschlossen ist. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebohrung (21) ein ein- oder mehrgängiges Gewinde aufweist. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolbenboden einen Innenkegel (25) als Einführhilfe für die Spindelspitze (17a) aufweist. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (22) an dem dem Kolben (19) gegenüberliegenden Ende (22a) verschlossen ist. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (22) eine höchstens gleich starke (dicke) Wandung wie die Hülse (15) aufweist. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (22) und/oder der Kolben (19) aus Papierkarton oder Kunststoff bestehen. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (22) bzw. der Rohrinnenmantel leicht konisch ausgebildet ist, wobei die konische Verjüngung zu dem dem Kolben (19) gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Konuswinkel von maximal 3° bildet. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (22) eine der freien Hülseninnenhöhe des Stiftes (14) angepaßte Länge und einen dem Innendurchmesser der Hülse (15) angepaßten Innendurchmesser und einen als Kolben (19) für den Stift (14) ausgebildeten Boden aufweist. - Nachfüllpatrone nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper (2) an seinem Außenumfang eine Längsrille oder -kerbe (4) aufweist.
