Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de revêtement de surface pour obtenir un effet de finition bois de racine, comprenant les phases suivantes :

    évaporation partielle de la couche de pigments de charge ;

    application copieuse de la solution de glacis en pâte sur la couche de pigments de charge ;
    versement goutte à goutte ou application ponctuelle d'alcool, d'esprit de vin, d'isopropanol, d'acétone, d'acétate d'éthyle ou application répartie de grains de sel sur la couche de glacis en pâte pas encore séchée pour la réalisation du modèle de bois de racine ;
    séchage rapide, sans interruption, des couches disponibles dans un four à passage à essentiellement 60°C en un temps d'essentiellement 2 minutes ;
    application d'au moins une couche de vernis clair pouvant être colorée et séchage de cette dernière ainsi que
    application d'au moins une couche finale de vernis clair.
  2. Procédé de revêtement de surface suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couleur de la couche de pigments de charge est beige pour obtenir une structure de bois de racine brunâtre, et en ce que la couche au moins de vernis clair est teintée d'une couleur beige à brune.
  3. Procédé de revêtement de surface suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la solution de glacis en pâte est appliquée par enduction ou pulvérisation.
  4. Procédé de revêtement de surface suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des couleurs à caséine solubles dans l'eau sont utilisées au lieu du glacis en pâte.
  5. Procédé de revêtement de surface suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coloris ultérieur et la structure de la finition bois de racine peuvent être réglés par l'épaisseur du glacis en pâte ou de la couche de couleurs à caséine.
  6. Procédé de revêtement de surface suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de glacis en pâte est appliquée par pulvérisation et une enduction rationnelle de la couche de glacis est ensuite assurée pour régler différentes épaisseurs de couche et la répartition structurale des constituants dissous dans la couche de glacis en pâte, l'aspect de la finition bois étant de ce fait modifiable.
