Claims (6)
- Oberflächenbeschichtungsverfahren zur Erzielung eines Wurzelholzimitat-Effektes mit folgenden Schritten:Auftragen einer Füllerschicht, wobei die Farbe der Füllerschicht den Grundton des späteren Imitats bestimmt;Ablüften der Füllerschicht;Aufbereiten einer dünnflüssigen, in Wasser gelösten Teiglasur derart, daß sich eine Durchlaufzeit im DIN-Becher von 10-18 sec, vorzugsweise 12-15 sec ergibt;sattes Auftragen der Teiglasurlösung auf die Füllerschicht;Aufträufeln oder punktuelles Aufbringen von Alkohol, Spiritus, Isopropanol, Aceton, Äthylacetat od. verteiltes Aufbringen von Salzkörnern auf die noch nicht getrocknete Teiglasurschicht zur Wurzelholzmuster-Ausbildung;schnelles, unterbrechungsfreies Trocknen der vorhandenen Schichten im Durchlaufofen bei im wesentlichen 60°C in einer Zeit von im wesentlichen 2 Minuten;Auftragen mindestens einer einfärbaren Klarlackschicht und Trocknen derselben sowieAuftragen mindestens einer Klarlack-Decklackierung.
- Oberflächenbeschichtungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Erzielen einer bräunlichen Wurzelholzstruktur die Farbe der Füllerschicht beige und daß die mindestens eine Klarlackschicht beige bis braun eingefärbt ist. - Oberflächenbeschichtungsverfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Teiglasurlösung durch Streichen oder Spritzen aufgebracht wird. - Oberflächenbeschichtungsverfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß anstelle von Teiglasur wasserlösliche Kaseinfarben verwendet werden. - Oberflächenbeschichtungsverfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch die Dicke der Teiglasur oder Kaseinfarbenschicht die spätere Farbigkeit und Struktur des Wurzelholzimitats einstellbar ist. - Oberflächenbeschichtungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Teiglasurschicht durch Spritzen aufgetragen und anschließend ein gezieltes Überstreichen der Lasurschicht zur Einstellung unterschiedlicher Schichtdicken und strukturellen Verteilung der gelösten Bestandteile in der Teiglasurschicht erfolgt, wodurch das Erscheinungsbild des Holzimitats variierbar ist.
