Claims (17)
- Behälterverschluß (10; 110; 210) aus Kunststoff mit einem verschwenkbaren Deckel (14; 114; 214), der über wenigstens eine Scharnierverbindung aus der Deckel-Schließstellung in eine Deckel-Öffnungsstellung verschwenkbar an einer auf dem Behälter aufsetzbaren Deckelhalterung (12; 112; 212) oder dem Behälter selbst angelenkt ist, wobei zusätzlich eine am Deckel (14; 114; 214) einerseits und der Deckelhalterung (12; 112; 212) bzw. dem Behälter selbst andererseits angreifende Feder (52; 152; 252) vorgesehen ist, welche in bezug auf die durch die Scharnierverbindung definierte Deckel-Schwenkachse so angeordnet ist, daß der Deckel (14; 114; 214) durch die Vorspannung der Feder (52; 152; 252) beim Verschwenken aus seiner Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung nach Durchlaufen einer Totpunktlage in Öffnungsrichtung gedrängt wird.

daß am verschwenkbaren Deckel (14; 114; 214) und an der Deckelhaltetung (12; 112; 212) bzw. dem Behälter selbst jeweils wenigstens ein integral angesetztes Anschlagelement in Form von jeweils wenigstens einem vom Deckel (14; 114; 214) einerseits und einem diesem jeweils zugeordneten, von der Deckelhalterung (12; 112; 212) bzw. dem Behälter selbst andererseits vorstehenden Ansatz (54, 56; 154, 156; 254; 256) vorgesehen ist, welche in einer vorgegebenen Deckel-Öffnungsstellung aneinander zur Anlage kommende Anschlagflächen (62, 60; 162, 160) aufweisen und durch die am Deckel (14; 114; 214) angreifende Feder (52; 152; 252) in Anlage aneinander gedrängt sind, wobei die an den Ansatzen ausgebildeten zusammenwirkenden Anschlagflächen so angeordnet sind, daß eine auf den Deckel im Sinne einer ihn über die vorgegebene Deckel-Öffnungsstellung hinaus weiter in Öffnungsrichtung zu verschwenken suchende ausgeübte Kraft in den aneinanderliegenden Anschlagflächen eine im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu den Anschlagflächen verlaufende Reaktionskraft hervorruft.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Ansätze derart elastisch ausgebildet ist, daß er beim ersten Schließen des Deckels (14; 114; 214) aus einer jenseits der bestimmungsgemäßen Öffnungsstellung liegenden Öffnungsstellung durch den jeweils mit ihm zusammenwirkenden Ansatz am anderen verschwenkbaren Teil bei Annäherung in die bestimmungsgemäße Öffnungsstellung elastisch beiseite gedrängt wird und nach Erreichen der Öffnungsstellung in seine bestimmungsgemäße Anschlagstellung mit aneinander in Anlage gedrängten Anschlagflächen (62, 60; 162, 160) zunückfedert.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharnierverbindung von wenigstens einem den Deckel (14; 114; 214) und die Deckelhalterung (12; 112; 212) bzw. den Behälter integral verbindenden Filmscharnier (50; 150; 250) gebildet wird.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (52; 152; 252) eine zumindest an einem der über die Scharnierverbindung verschwenkbar miteinander verbundenen Teile des Behälterverschlusses (10; 110; 210) integral angesetzte Biegefeder ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Anschlagflächen an der Unterseite einer hakenförmigen Abwinklung (58; 158) des Ansatzes bzw. der Ansätze (56; 156) ausgebildet ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Unterseite der Abwinklung(en) (58; 158) gebildete(n) Anschlagfläche(n) (60) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Biegeebene des zugehörigen elastisch verbiegbaren Ansatzes (56; 156) verläuft bzw. verlaufen.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vom Deckel (214) vorstehende Ansatz (254) mit wenigstens einer ihn gegen Verbiegung versteifenden Rippe (254a, 254b) und an seinem deckelabgewandten Ende mit einem die Anschlagfläche tragenden kurzen Vorsprung (259) versehen ist, und daß der von der Deckelhalterung (212) bzw. dem Behälter selbst vorstehende Ansatz (256) die Form von zwei voneinander beabstandeten, quer zu ihrer Längserstreckung verbiegbaren stabförmigen Abschnitten (256a, 256b) hat, deren freie Enden durch einen Quersteg (258) verbunden sind, an dessen Unterseite die Anschlagfläche ausgebildet ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beim Schließen des Deckels (214) aus einer jenseits der bestimmungsgemäßen Öffnungsstellung liegenden Öffnungsstellung bei Annäherung an die vorgegebene Deckel-Öffnungsstellung aneinander zur Anlage kommenden Flächenbereiche des Vorsprungs (259) und des Querstegs (258) so geformt sind, daß eine in Schließrichtung auf den Deckel (214) ausgeübte Kraft in diesen Flächenbereichen eine die stabförmigen Abschnitte (256a, 256b) des von der Deckelhalterung (212) bzw. dem Behälter selbst vorstehenden Ansatzes (256) verbiegende Reaktionskraft erzeugt.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der vorgegebenen Deckel-Öffnungsstellung aneinander in Anlage gehaltenen Anschlagflächen so angeordnet sind, daß der Deckel (14; 114; 214)) in bezug auf seine ganz geschlossene Stellung in der Öffnungsstellung exakt um einen Winkel zwischen 80° bis 100° hochgeklappt steht.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der behälterzugewandten Deckel-Unterseite ein stopfenartiger Ansatz (36; 136; 256) vorgesehen ist, welcher in der Deckel-Schließstellung passend in die Mündung einer Durchgangsöffnung in der Deckelhalterung (12; 112; 212) bzw. im Behälter selbst eingreift und die Mündung dicht verschließt.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der stopfenartige Ansatz die Form einer an ihrer Außenkontur zumindest in einem Teilbereich leicht ballig ausgestalteten Ringwand (36; 236) aufweist, und daß die Durchgangsöffnung in einer Ringwand (32; 332) in der Deckelhalterung (12; 212) ausgebildet ist, deren lichter Innendurchmesser in bezug auf den Außendurchmesser des balligen Teilbereichs der den stopfenartigen Ansatz bildenden Ringwand (36; 236) des Deckels (14; 114) mit leichtem Übermaß bemessen ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der deckelzugewandte Endabschnitt der an der Deckel-Halterung (12; 212) vorgesehenen Ringwand (32; 232) sich im Durchmesser in Richtung auf sein freies Ende (bei 34; 234) erweitert.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der lichte Innendurchmesser der Ringwand (32; 232) bzw. der Durchgangsöffnung (132) wenigstens 8 mm beträgt.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile des Behälterverschlusses (10; 110; 210) aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff wie Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polyoximethylen, Polyethylenterephtalat, Polybutylenterephtalat und Styrol-Butadien-Copolymeren gespritzt sind.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegefeder (52; 252) in dem nach der Erstarrung in der zugehörigen Spritzgußform entstandenen ungespannten Zustand die Form einer bogenförmig gekrümmten Blattfeder hat, deren eines Ende integral am Deckel (14; 214) und deren anderes Ende integral an der Deckelhalterung (12; 212) bzw. dem Behälter selbst angespritzt ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegefeder in zwei seitlich voneinander beabstandete Biegefedern (52; 252) unterteilt ist, die in gleichem Abstand auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten einer rechtwinklig zur Deckelschwenkachse durch den Behälterverschluß (10; 210) gelegten senkrechten Symmetrieebene angeordnet sind.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegefeder (152) die Form eines Winkelstücks aus zwei im wesentlichen ebenflächigen, entlang eines gemeinsamen Randes unter einem Winkel stehend integral miteinander verbundene Winkelarmen (152a, 152b) hat.
