Claims (11)
- Als Einhand Klappverschluß ausgebildete Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe umfassend
einen zur fluiddichten Befestigung an einer Behälteröffnung ausgebildeten Verschlußkappenkörper (10), dessen obere Begrenzungswandung (12) einen erhöhten Bereich (14) mit einer darin angeordneten Austrittsöffnung (16) für das im Behälter befindliche Medium aufweist,
einen mit dem Verschlußkappenkörper (10) gelenkig verbundenen Klappdeckel (18) zum Verschließen der Austrittsöffnung (16),
eine am Verschlußkappenkörper (10) und am Klappdeckel (18) ausgebildete Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 22, 24, 38, 42), und
ein an der gelenkigen Verbindung (28) wirksames, aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material bestehendes Element (30), das zwischen dem Verschlußkappenkörper (10) und dem Klappdeckel (18) eine Vorspannung erzeugt, um den Klappdeckel (18) in eine aufgeklappte Position zu bringen, und
das beim manuellen Schließen des Klappdeckels (18) zwischen dem Verschlußkappenkörper (10) und dem Klappdeckel (18) elastisch verformt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Klappdeckel (18) einen Verriegelungsfortsatz (22; 38) aufweist, den in Schließstellung ein vorgespanntes Verriegelungselement (24; 42) nach Art eines Schnappverschlusses hintergreift, wobei das Verriegelungselement (24; 42) in einem aus dem elastisch verformbaren Material bestehenden Bereich (26) des Verschlußkappenkörpers (10) angeordnet ist und der Klappendeckel (18) nach dem manuellen Entriegeln der Verriegelungseinrichtung mit einer durch das elastische Element (30) vorgegebenen Kraft selbständig in die geöffnete Position springt,
daß der Klappdeckel (18) in Schließposition zumindest am Rand der Austrittsöffnung (16) dichtend anliegt und den erhöhten Bereich (14) in Schließrichtung mit einer Anpreßkraft beaufschlagt, und daß
zumindest der erhöhte Bereich (14) der oberen Begrenzungswandung (12) des Verschlußkappenkörpers (10), das elastisch verformbare Element (30) an der gelenkigen Verbindung (28) zwischen dem Verschlußkappenkörper (10) und dem Klappdeckel (18) und der elastisch verformbare Bereich (26) der Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 22, 24, 38, 42) aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer (TPE) oder Silikon bestehen. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Klappdeckel (18) an seinem Randbereich eine nach unten weisende Zunge (20) mit einem sich einwärts oder auswärts erstreckenden Verriegelungsfortsatz (22; 38) aufweist, den in Schließstellung ein vorgespanntes, sich auswärts bzw. einwärts erstreckendes Verriegelungselement (24; 42) in einem elastisch verformbaren Bereich (26) des Verschlußkappenkörpers (10) nach Art eines Schnappverschlusses hintergreift, wobei das Verriegelungselement (24; 42) durch manuelle Druckeinwirkung auf den elastisch verformbaren Bereich (26) mit dem Verriegelungsfortsatz (22; 38) der Zunge (20) außer Eingriff bringbar ist. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die nach unten weisende Zunge (20) in Schließstellung des Klappdeckels in eine Ausnehmung (44) an oder innerhalb der Außenwandung (46) des Verschlußkappenkörpers (10) eingreift. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der elastisch verformbare Bereich (26) innerhalb der Ausnehmung (44) ausgebildet ist. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
am elastisch verformbaren Bereich (26) ein Betätigungsknopf (48) zur Entriegelung der Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 22, 24, 38, 42) angeordnet ist. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der erhöhte Bereich (14) eine runde oder ovale Grundfläche aufweist und sich etwa trichterförmig zur Austrittsöffnung (16) hin verjüngt. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der erhöhte Bereich (14) nach außen gewölbt ist. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Klappdeckel (18) nach außen gewölbt ausgebildet ist und dessen Innenwandung (32) die Austrittsöffnung (16) in der Schließposition dichtend verschließt. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Klappdeckel (18) an seiner der Austrittsöffnung (16) zugewandten Innenwandung (32) einen Fortsatz (34) aufweist, der in Schließposition des Klappdeckels (18) zumindest teilweise in die Austrittsöffnung (16) hineinreicht und/oder am Rand der Austrittsöffnung (16) dichtend anliegt, wobei sich der Rand der Austrittsöffnung (16) und/oder der erhöhte Bereich (14) elastisch verformen. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßzumindest der erhöhte Bereich (14) der oberen Begrenzungswandung (12) des Verschlußkappenkörpers (10) und das elastisch verformbare Element (30) an der gelenkigen Verbindung (28) zwischen dem Verschlußkappenkörper (10) und dem Klappdeckel (18) einen zusammenhängenden, aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer (TPE) oder Silikon einstückig ausgebildeten Bereich bilden. - Aufklappbare Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1 bis 10
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die aus dem thermoplastischen Elastomer (TPE) bestehenden Bereiche (14; 26; 30) jeweils aus einem TPE-Film gebildet sind.
