Claims (10)
- Châssis de bogie comportant au moins une pièce, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce est en un matériau contenant majoritairement un alliage d'aluminium.
- Châssis de bogie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite pièce ou lesdites pièces en alliage d'aluminium sont forgées ou moulées et/ou usinées.
- Châssis de bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel ladite pièce ou lesdites pièces en alliage d'aluminium sont soudées, vissées, collées et/ou rivetées, entre elles.
- Châssis de bogie constitué d'éléments, caractérisé en ce que:lesdits éléments sont des éléments monoblocs etlesdits éléments monoblocs sont en un matériau contenant majoritairement un alliage d'aluminium.
- Châssis de bogie selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdits éléments en alliage d'aluminium sont forgées ou moulées et/ou usinées.
- Châssis de bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 et 5, dans lequel lesdits éléments en alliage d'aluminium sont soudées, vissées, collées et/ou rivetées, entre elles.
- Châssis de bogie constitué d'un premier et d'un second longeron (1), d'une première, d'une deuxième, d'une troisième et d'une quatrième demi-traverse (2), d'un premier et d'un second longeron auxiliaire (4), d'un premier et d'un second support frein (3), d'une première et d'une seconde attache d'entraínement (5) et d'un premier et d'un second support d'amortisseur (6), caractérisé en ce que:lesdits éléments (1 à 6) sont des éléments monoblocs etlesdits éléments (1 à 6) monoblocs sont en un matériau contenant majoritairement un alliage d'aluminium.
- Châssis de bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel lesdites pièces ou lesdits éléments (1 à 6) monoblocs sont obtenus pour certains par un procédé par forgeage et pour les autres par un procédé par fonderie.
- Châssis de bogie selon la revendication 8, dans lequel les éléments monoblocs obtenus par un procédé par forgeage sont les éléments monoblocs les plus sollicités et les éléments monoblocs obtenus par un procédé par fonderie sont les éléments monoblocs aux formes complexes et les moins sollicités.
- Châssis de bogie selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les éléments monoblocs obtenus par un procédé par forgeage sont obtenus par un procédé de matriçage ou de filage.
