Claims (9)
- Druckwerkszylinder (1) einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, der mit seinen Zapfen (2) wenigstens mittelbar in oder an zwei Seitenwänden gelagert ist und auf den bzw. von dem durch eine Öffnung in einer Seitenwand eine Hülse hindurchschiebbar ist, nachdem die Lagerung am zur Öffnung zeigenden Zapfen (2) freigelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerung (10) mehrere ineinanderliegende Ringe (11, 12, 13) enthält, von denen mindestens einer (12) exzentrisch ausgebildet ist, in der Weise, daß er im Betriebszustand bei seiner Verdrehung die Achse des Druckwerkszylinders (1) verschieben kann, und während des Hülsenwechsels der genannte Ring (12) gegen Verdrehung fixiert wird, insbesondere dadurch, daß er mit dem Zapfen (2) verbunden wird.
- Druckwerkszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerung mehrere ineinanderliegende, zueinander wälzgelagerte Ringe (11, 12, 13) enthält, von denen mindestens einer (12) exzentrisch ausgebildet ist, in der Weise, daß er im Betriebszustand bei seiner Verdrehung die Achse des Druckwerkszylinders (1) verschieben kann, und eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die während des Hülsenwechsels den genannten Ring (12) gegen Verdrehen gegenüber dem Zapfen (2) sichert.
- Druckwerkszylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die den exzentrischen Ring (12) gegen Verschieben gegenüber dem Zapfen (2) sichert.
- Druckwerkszylinder nach einer der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem exzentrischen Ring (12) ein weiterer exzentrischer Ring (17) in Umfangsrichtung verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Druckwerkszylinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere exzentrische Ring (17) wälzgelagert im Ring (12) angeordnet ist.
- Druckwerkszylinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der exzentrische Ring (12) als Büchse (18) ausgebildet ist, an der eine Stange (19) befestigt ist, die drehbar am Zapfen (2) des Druckwerkszylinders (1) gelagert ist, daß die Büchse (18) weiterhin die erste Kupplungshälfte (22) einer Schaltkupplung (23) beherbergt, deren zweite Kupplungshälfte (26) an der Stirnseite des Zapfens (2) befestigt ist, daß die erste Kupplungshälfte (22) unverdrehbar und schiebbar in der Büchse (18) lagert und sich unter Zwischenschaltung von Federn am Boden der Büchse (18) abstützt, daß die erste Kupplungshälfte (22) eine Umfangsnut (27) trägt, in die eine in der Büchse (18) gelagerte Schaltgabel (28) eingreift, die von der Seitenwand (4) derart betätigt wird, daß sie beim Freilegen der Lagerung (10) die Schaltkupplung (23) einkuppelt.
- Druckwerkszylinder (1) einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, der mit seinen Zapfen (2) wenigstens mittelbar in oder an zwei Seitenwänden gelagert ist und auf den bzw. von dem durch eine Öffnung in einer Seitenwand eine Hülse hindurchschiebbar ist, nachdem die Lagerung am zur Öffnung zeigenden Zapfen (2) freigelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerung (42) mehrere ineinanderliegende Ringe (45, 46) enthält, von denen wenigstens zwei (45, 46) axial zueinander verschiebbar sind und eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die während des Hülsenwechsels den äußeren Ring (46) zum Zapfen (38) in eine Nullstellung stellt und/oder in dieser hält.
- Druckwerkszylinder nach Anpruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringe (45, 46) zueinander wälzgelagert sind.
- Druckwerkszylinder nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Ring (46) in einer Büchse (48) lagert, durch deren Boden eine Stange (49) gesteckt ist, die gegen die Kraft von Federn (50, 51) in ihrer Längsrichtung verschiebbar ist und drehbar am Zapfen (38) des Druckwerkszylinders (37) gelagert ist.
