Description
Claims (10)
- Schleifvorrichtung für Walzen eines Walzgerüsts mit einer parallel zu der zu schleifenden Walze (16) verlaufenden Führung (7), auf der eine längs der Walze (16) mittels Verschiebeantrieb (13) verschiebbares Schleifmittel (8) vorgesehen und mittels Anstellantriebe (5) gegen die Walze (16) anstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Führung (7) ein Drehantrieb (10) zugeordnet ist, der die Führung (7) um ihre Längsachse in Drehbewegung zu versetzen vermag,daß das Schleifmittel von einem rotationssymmetrischen Schleifelement (8) gebildet wird und mit der Führung (7) drehfest verbunden ist,daß die Führung (7) als Hohlwelle (7') ausgebildet ist, in der eine Mutter (14) angeordnet ist, die über einen durch einen Schlitz in der Hohlwelle (7') geführten Mitnehmer (15) mit dem Schleifelement (8) zusammenwirkt,daß die Mutter (14) eine Spindel (11) umschließt, unddaß die Spindel (11) vom Verschiebeantrieb (13) in Drehbewegung versetzbar ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß es sich bei der Mutter um eine Kugelumlaufmutter (14) handelt, die mit einer Gewindespindel (11) zusammenwirkt. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen dem Verschiebeantrieb (13) und der Spindel (11) eine Kupplung (18) vorgesehen ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Sensoren (17, 17') zur Überwachung der Verschiebebewegung des Schleifelements (8) vorgesehen sind, auf deren Ansprechen der Verschiebeantrieb (13) umgesteuert wird. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Antriebskraft sowohl vom Drehantrieb (10) als auch vom Verschiebeantrieb (13) über Schwingungen ausgleichende Elemente (Zahnriemen 9, 12) übertragen werden. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führung (7) an die zu schleifende Walze (16) anstellbar ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führung (7) zwischen zwei Armen einer Schwinge (4) angeordnet ist, an die der Anstellantrieb (5) angreift. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Drehpunkte der Schwingen (4) in den die zu schleifende Walze (16) tragenden Walzen-Einbaustücken (1, 1') eines Walzgerüstes gehalten sind. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schleifvorrichtung in einer Wechselkassette (2, 2') vorgesehen und über diese im Walzgerüst untergebracht ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schleifvorrichtung in einer Wechselkassette vorgesehen und über diese zwischen den Walzeneinbaustücken (1, 1') untergebracht ist.
