Abstract
用于轧机机座之轧辊的磨削装置具有带槽的被转动的空心轴,它支承一圆柱形磨削元件并通过调节驱动装置相对被磨轧辊可调节,通过设置于带槽空心轴中的螺杆/螺母传动装置实现磨削元件的轴向移动,该螺杆/螺母传动装置通过结合杆作用于磨削件。
Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分的用于轧机机座的轧辊的磨削装置。
如DE-PS3406160公开了此类型的磨削装置,它采用了一种砂带,该砂带通过费用高的驱动-异向组件与被磨削的轧辊相接触,并且此处不涉及循环的砂带,其缺点在于,其砂带很快就要从备用滚中退出,接着必须麻烦地卷绕或更新。
另外被旋转驱动的磨削元件也是公知的,然而由电机驱动的多数磨削元件置于支架上,这些磨削元件是这样被驱动的,即它们在沿要磨削轧辊的短区域上摆动,为此,必须设有用于驱动的易损的柔性输电装置,以能够补偿所述轴向运动。
本发明的任务在于设置一种此类型的简单、可靠且价廉的磨削装置。
权利要求1的特征方案解决了这一任务,即在轴向上固定设有用于在异向件上纵向运动的磨削元件的旋转驱动装置。此外,必要的话多个磨削元件可由一个电机驱动。
权利要求2的由空心轴形成的可承受旋转的导向件以及伸入空心轴的结合件实现了移动驱动件与磨削元件的简单结合。权利要求4或5的螺杆螺母及传动装置提供了特别易于维修的可能性,同时,把转动变成轴向移动。
如权利要求5的离合器,优选摩擦保险离合器以防止在异常驱情况出现时损坏磨削装置。如权利要求6的一般作为开关结构的传感器通过控制装置使轴向的移动方向转向。
由于在磨削过程中,会出现不是因为干扰造成的不规则性,按照权利要求7,该驱动移动通过可平衡摆动的元件如带齿皮带传到磨削元件上。
权利要求8至11给出了其它优选实施例。
参照示意图对本发明作进一步描述。
附图是部分断面图,它示出了轧机机座结构件1,1′的一部分,其中装有转换箱2,2′。转换箱2,2′支承回转杆4的轴颈3,3′。调节驱动装置5保持在转换器2上并通过传动装置6作用于轴颈3。
导向件7可旋转地支承在回转杆4上,在导向件7上安装一个抗扭的但可轴向移动的磨削元件8,如磨削轮。异向件7是一纵向开有槽的空心轴7′,它通过带齿皮带9可由旋转驱动装置10而驱动。
在空心轴7′中支承有一螺杆11,它通过带齿皮带12可由移动驱动装置13旋转驱动,该移动驱动装置13支承在回转杆4上。在螺杆上支承有一滚珠轴承螺母14,它通过结合杆15与磨削元件8连接,该结合杆穿入空心轴7′的缝槽区域中(未示出)。
该磨削装置如下工作:
通过调节驱动装置5可使回转杆4这样回转,即使得磨削元件8相对轧辊16被调节。通过旋转驱动装置10使导向件7转动,由此使磨削元件8转动,同时移动驱动装置13驱动螺杆11。
如果导向件7和螺杆11以同样的转速被驱动时,则通过结合杆15和滚珠轴承螺母14而与螺杆11处于作用连接的磨削元件停留在轴向静止位置;若移动驱动装置13使螺杆11的转速大于或小于导向件7的转速时,则滚珠轴承螺出14在螺杆11上移动,从而,磨削元件8移动。
若磨削元件到达导向件7的一个端部,则进入传感器17,17′的一个区域,该传感器由跳闸凸轮构成。这样,传感器17,17′根据旋转驱动装置10的转速通过未示出的控制装置而调节移动驱动装置13的转速,以便使磨削元件8以相反的方向运动。
如果传感器17,17′反应慢或由于出现故障而根本不起作用,则滚珠螺母就靠在螺杆11两侧的凸缘19上,从而避免损坏螺杆11和空心轴7′的安装件。此外,摩擦保险离合器18的作用是为了从旋转驱动装置10通过带齿皮带9、异向件7、结合杆15、滚珠螺母14、螺杆11、带齿皮带12到移动驱动装置13的作用传递不是完全刚性的,从而避免损坏磨削装置。
Claims (12)
1.用于轧机机座之轧辊的磨削装置,它具有与被磨轧辊(16)平行布置的导向件(7),在该导向件上设有借助移动驱动装置(13)在轧辊(16)的纵向可移动的磨削工具(8)并借助调节驱动装置(5)使磨削工具(8)相对于轧辊(16)可以调节,
其特征在于:
与该导向件(7)对应设置一个旋转驱装置(10),该驱动装置(10)可使导向件(7)绕其纵向轴转动,
该磨削工具由旋转对称的磨削件(8)构成,
磨削件(8)与导向件(7)作抗扭连接。
2.如权利要求1的磨削装置,
其特征在于:
导向件7由空心轴(7′)构成,
磨削工具(8)与结合杆(15)共同作用,结合杆(15)穿入空心轴(7′)的缝槽中,和
移动驱动装置(13)为结合杆(15)而工作。
3.如权利要求2的磨削装置,
其特征在于:
在空心轴(7)中设置一螺母(14),该螺母与结合杆(15)共同作用,
所述螺母(14)围绕一个螺杆(11),和
所述螺杆(11)可由移动驱动装置(13)转动。
4.如权利要求1至3之一的磨削装置,其特征在于,
所述螺母是一滚珠轴承螺母(14),它与螺杆(11)配合作用。
5.如权利要求3或4的磨削装置,
其特征在于,
在所述移动驱动装置(13)和螺杆(11)之间设置一离合器(18)。
6.如权利要求1至5之一的磨削装置,其特征在于,
设置监控磨削件(8)移动的传感器(17,17′),根据它的反应可使移动驱动装置(13)转向。
7.如权利要求1至6之一的磨削装置,其特征在于:
转动驱动装置(10)和移动驱动装置(13)的驱动力通过可补偿振动的元件(带齿皮带9,12)传递。
8.如权利要求1至7之一的磨削装置,其特征在于,
导向件(7)可相对被磨轧辊(16)调节。
9.如权利要求1至8之一的磨削装置,其特征在于,
导向件(7)设置在回转杆(4)两臂之间,调节驱动装置(5)与回转杆相接合。
10.如权利要求1至9之一的磨削装置,其特征在于,
所述回转杆(4)的旋转点保持在支承被磨轧辊的轧机机座的轧辊结构件(1,1)上。
11.如权利要求1至9之一的磨削装置,其特征在于,
磨削装置置于转换箱(2,2′)中,并通过它安置于轧机机座上。
12.如权利要求1至9之一的磨削装置,其特征在于,
磨削装置置于转换箱中并通过它装于轧辊结构件(1,1′)之间。
