Description
Claims (6)
- Zungenvorrichtung an einer Rillenschienenweiche, bei welcher die Zungen (2) mit Regelschienen lösbar verbunden sind und die Zunge (2) im Einspannbereich (3) über wenigstens einen von oben einsetzbaren Spannkeil (5) festgelegt ist, welcher gegen eine Seitenkante der Zunge (2) in im wesentlichen auf die Fahrkante normaler Richtung spannbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Spannkeil (5) gegenüberliegende Seitenkante der Zunge als schräge Anlagefläche (7) ausgebildet ist und von einer Schrägfläche (8) eines Tragkörpers (6) oder Halteteiles für die Zunge (2) im Einspannbereich (3) übergriffen ist, und daß diese Schrägfläche (8) des Tragkörpers (6) unter einem spitzen Winkel α gegen die Fahrebene geneigt ist, welcher kleiner ist als der Außenwinkel β der mit dem Spannkeil (5) zusammenwirkenden Schrägfläche (10) des Tragkörpers (6).
- Zungenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (2) an ihrer der Fahrkante gegenüberliegenden Grundfläche Ausnehmungen oder Erhebungen aufweist, welche mit Erhebungen, Einlagen (15) oder Ausnehmungen (17) im Tragkörper (6) in Längsrichtung der Zunge (2) nach Art eines die Verschiebung begrenzenden Anschlages zusammenwirken.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannkeil (5) über einen Schraubbolzen (12) mit dem Tragkörper (6) verbunden ist.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannkeil (5) und der Schraubbolzen (12) mittels eines mit dem Tragkörper (6) verbundenen Füllkeiles (13) bündig abgedeckt sind.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge für die Begrenzung der Längsbewegung der Zunge (2) von mit dem Tragkörper (6) verbundenen Einlagen (15) gebildet sind, welche von Ausnehmungen der Grundfläche der Zunge (2) mit Spiel umgriffen werden.
- Zungenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannkeil (5) wenigstens ein Gewindeloch aufweist, welches parallel zur Achse des Schraubbolzens (12) im Spannkeil orientiert ist.
