Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln von Schärbändern (19), die von einer Fadenzuführanordnung (10, 11, 15) zugeführt und in wenigstens zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Sektionen (8, 28) auf die Trommel (9) einer Schäranlage (1) aufgewikkelt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ende des Aufwickelvorgangs einer Sektion (8, 28) die Fäden (5) des Schärbands (19) abgetrennt und dabei sowohl am der Fadenzuführanordnung (10, 11, 15) zugewandten Bandanfang (29) als auch am dem Sektions-Wickel (8) zugewandten Bandende (13) des Schärbands (19) durch wenigstens ein quer zur Fadenlaufrichtung verlaufendes Flächengebilde (18, 18a) verbunden und dabei fixiert werden, und dass sodann der der Fadenzuführanordnung (10, 11) zugewandte Bandanfang (29) mit Hilfe des Flächengebildes (18, 18a) an der Trommel (9) im nächstfolgenden Sektionsbereich bzw. im Bereich der nächsten Folgewicklung (28) befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden des Schärbands (19) mittels eines Flächengebildes (18, 18a) etwa parallel zur Trommel (9) fixiert werden und dass sodann das Flächengebilde (18a) zusammen mit den fixierten Fäden (5) parallel zur Trommel (9) in zwei Teile geteilt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden (5) durch wenigstens zwei verkleb-, verkrall- oder verschweissbare Flächengebilde (18, 18a) von beiden Seiten des Schärbands (19) her fixiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flächengebilde (18) mit einem Haftband (24) auf die Trommel (9) geheftet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schärband (19) durch zwei Flächengebilde (18, 18a) fixiert wird, die im Abstand von einem Wickelumfang auf dem Schärband (19) angebracht werden, so dass beim Aufwickeln das zweite der Flächengebilde (18, 18a) nach einer Wickelumdrehung auf dem ersten Flächengebilde (18, 18a) liegt und auf diesem befestigtbar, vorzugsweise verklebbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Flächengebilde (18, 18a) der Breite einer Sektion (8) entsprechen und dass der seitliche Abstand der Fäden (5) des Schärbands (19) vor der Verbindung mit dem Flächengebilde (18, 18a) verringert wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln von Schärbändern (19), die von einer Fadenzuführanordnung (10, 11, 15) geführt und in wenigstens zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Sektionen (8, 28) auf die Trommel (9) einer Schäranlage (1) aufgewickelt werden, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung (17, 17a, 20, 20a, 22) zum Aufbringen wenigstens eines Flächengebildes (18, 18a) auf das Schärband (19) etwa quer zur Fadenlaufrichtung vorgesehen ist, dass eine Trennvorrichtung (25) zum Trennen der Fäden und/oder des Flächengebildes (18) oder der Flächengebilde (18, 18a) vorgesehen ist, und dass ein Manipulator (16, 26) zum Aufbringen des der Fadenzuführ-Anordnung zugewandten Bandanfangs an der Trommel (9) mit Hilfe des Flächengebildes (18, 18a) im nächstfolgenden Sektionsbereich bzw. im Bereich der nächsten Folgewicklung (28) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Aufbringen des Flächengebildes wenigstens eine Wärmeerzeugungs-Einrichtung (20, 20a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmeerzeugungs-Einrichtung (20, 20a) für eine Erwärmung des Flächengebildes (18, 18a) auf dessen Plastifizierungstemperatur ausgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmeerzeugungs-Einrichtung (20, 20a) am Manipulator (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Manipulator (16, 26) eine Trennvorrichtung (25) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Fixieren der Fäden auf Flächengebilde wenigstens eine Klebebandzuführeinrichtung hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum fixieren der Fäden auf Flächengebilde eine Vernäheinrichtung hat.
