Claims (30)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines pastenförmigen Produkts in Form eines Stifts, die folgendes umfaßt:
    ein rohrförmiges Element (1) mit Gleitführung (2), in dem ein Napf (3) verschiebbar montiert ist, der zur Aufnahme des Produktstifts bestimmt ist und mindestens eine in eine Gleitführung (2) eintretende Nase (4) aufweist,
    eine zylindrische Hülle (11), in deren Wand mindestens eine schraubenförmige Nut vorgesehen ist und die auf das rohrförmige Element (1) aufgesteckt ist und auf diesem durch eine axiale Anschlagseinrichtung zurückgehalten wird, wobei die Nase des Napfs in eine schraubenförmige Nut (13) der Hülle (11) eintritt,
    und einen Außenmantel (14-14d, 114-314), in dem die Hülle blockiert ist, während das rohrförmige Element sich bezüglich der Hülle und des Mantels drehen kann,
    wobei zwischen den beiden aus Hülle (11) und rohrförmigem Element (1) bestehenden Teilen eine biegsame Reibeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die eine bezüglich der Achse des Rohrs axial angeordnete und durch mindestens einen axialen Schlitz (16) abgegrenzte Zunge (15-15d, 115-315) aufweist, die in radialer Richtung biegsam ist, auf einem der beiden Teile vorgesehen ist und mit einer gegen die Achse des rohrförmigen Elements geneigten und auf dem anderen Teil vorgesehenen Auflagefläche (20-20d, 120-320) durch Auflage auf dieser geneigten Fläche zusammenwirken kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus der bzw. den Zungen (15-15d, 115-315) und der geneigten Auflagefläche (20-20d, 120-320) bestehende biegsame Reibeinrichtung (F) in axialer Richtung jenseits des unteren Endes des Außenmantels (14-14d, 114-314) gelegen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reibfläche (20) kegelstumpfförmig ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reibfläche (20a) von einer nach außen konkaven Fläche gebildet wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei diametral einander entgegengesetzte elastische Zungen (15-15d, 115-315) vorgesehen sind, um mit der geneigten Auflagefläche (20-20d, 120-320) zusammenzuwirken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geneigte Auflagefläche eine kegelstumpfförmige Fläche (20, 20a, 20b, 220, 225, 320) oder dergleichen ist, die auf der Basis (6, 6b, 206, 306) des rohrförmigen Elements vorgesehen ist, während die Zunge bzw. Zungen (15, 15b, 215, 315) auf der zylindrischen Hülle vorgesehen sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kegelstumpfförmige Fläche (20, 120, 320) so gerichtet ist, daß sich ihr großer Durchmesser unten befindet, wobei die Zunge bzw. Zungen (15, 115, 315) im unteren Teil der Hülle (11, 111, 311) vorgesehen sind und bezüglich der Hülle radial nach außen versetzt sind, so daß auf der Außenfläche der Hülle an der Wurzel der Zungen eine ringförmige Schulter (17, 117, 317) gebildet wird, die einen axialen Anschlag für den Außenmantel (14, 114, 314) bildet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Basis (6b) vorgesehene kegelstumpfförmige Fläche (20b) so gerichtet ist, daß sich ihr großer Durchmesser oben befindet, wobei diese Fläche (20b) konkav ist, während die im unteren Teil der Hülle (11b) vorgesehene Zunge bzw. vorgesehenen Zungen (15b) von der kegelstumpfförmigen Fläche (20b) radial nach innen beaufschlagt werden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite (18) der im unteren Teil der zylindrischen Hülle vorgesehenen Zungen (15, 15b, 115, 315) im wesentlichen auf derselben Zylinderfläche wie der Boden (19, 119, 319) der schraubenförmigen Nut (13, 113, 313) gelegen ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geneigte Auflagefläche eine kegelstumpfförmige Fläche (20c, 20d) ist, die im unteren Teil der mit der schraubenförmigen Nut versehenen Hülle (11c, 11d) vorgesehen ist, während die Zungen (15c, 15d) auf der Basis (6c, 6d) des rohrförmigen Elements vorgesehen sind und nach oben gerichtet sind, so daß sie nach außen oder nach innen mit der kegelstumpfförmigen Fläche (20c, 20d) zusammenwirken.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geneigte Auflagefläche (120, 220) einen Teil einer Nut (25) oder einer Rippe (225) mit V-förmigem oder kurvenbogenförmigem Querschnitt bildet, mit dem ein ergänzend geformter Teil (27, 28) der oder jeder Zunge (115, 215) zusammenwirkt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (15b, 15c, 15d, 315) eine sich in der axialen Richtung ändernde radiale Dicke haben, wobei diese Dicke in Richtung des freien Endes der Zunge abnimmt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (415) sowohl hinsichtlich ihres Umrisses als auch hinsichtlich ihres Profils längs einer durch die Achse der Vorrichtung gelegten Ebene eine gekrümmte Form haben.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen an ihren Enden eine Einrichtung aufweisen, die das Gleiten verbessert und die Reibung verringert, und zwar insbesondere Wülste (21, 27) oder Aussparungen (28).
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rohrförmige Element (601) mit Gleitführung mindestens ein relativ elastisches Band (33) aufweist, das durch zwei zur Achse des rohrförmigen Elements im wesentlichen parallele Längsschlitze (34, 35) abgegrenzt wird und an seinen Enden (36, 37) geringer Breite mit dem rohrförmigen Element (601) verbunden ist, während der Napf (603) und/oder das Band (33) mindestens einen radial vorstehenden äußeren und/oder inneren Vorsprung (39) aufweist, der sich an der Fläche des Teils, mit dem er zusammenwirkt, abstützen kann, wobei das Band (33) auf den Napf (603) eine elastische Kraft ausübt, so daß das Querspiel nachgestellt wird und zwischen dem Napf (603) und einem Teil der Innenfläche des rohrförmigen Elements (601) ein Kontakt aufrechterhalten wird.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsprofil (38) der Innenfläche des Bandes (33) nach innen konvex ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rohrförmige Element (1) mit Gleitführung einen geschlossenen Boden (7) aufweist, der seine Starrheit erhöht und seine Befestigung an einem Sockel (9) insbesondere durch Verklebung erleichtert.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (6) des rohrförmigen Elements unterhalb der biegsamen Reibeinrichtung radial vorstehende ringförmige Scheiben (8) aufweist, die die Einhakung des rohrförmigen Elements in einem Sockel (9) gewährleisten.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (506) des rohrförmigen Elements (501) mindestens einen elastischen Vorsprung (30) aufweist, der an ihrer äußeren Seitenfläche radial vorstehen kann und elastisch nach innen verformbar ist, während ein Sockel (509), der dazu bestimmt ist, auf den unteren Teil des rohrförmigen Elements aufgesteckt zu werden, zugeordnete Einhakmittel aufweist, und zwar insbesondere eine auf der Innenfläche des Sockels vorgesehene Aussparung (31), in die der entsprechende elastische Vorsprung (30) einrasten kann.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (706) des rohrförmigen Elements (701) ein zentrales Loch (40) aufweist, mit dem sie unter Klemmung auf einen am Boden des Sockels (709) vorstehenden Zapfen (41) aufgesteckt werden kann.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (806, 906) ein zentrales Loch (840, 940) und radiale Schlitze (42, 942) aufweist, die sternförmig von diesem Loch ausstrahlen und verformbare Sektoren (43, 943) abgrenzen, während der Sockel (809, 909) einen Zapfen (841, 941) aufweist, an dem sich die inneren Enden (45, 945) der Sektoren (43, 943) des Bodens der Basis (809, 909) verhaken.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (306) des rohrförmigen Elements auf ihrer Außenfläche eine axiale Anschlagseinrichtung (29) aufweist, die bezüglich der Reibeinrichtung (F) radial außen angeordnet ist und mit dem unteren Ende von Zungen (315a) zusammenwirken kann, die im unteren Teil der zylindrischen Hülle (311) vorgesehen sind, so daß die axiale Einführung des rohrförmigen Elements (301) in die zylindrische Hülle begrenzt wird.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (315, 315a) in zwei Gruppen mit verschiedenen Höhen und Profilen vorgesehen sind, wobei die Zungen (315) der einen Gruppe zu der Reibeinrichtung gehören und dazu bestimmt sind, mit ihren Enden auf der geneigten Auflagefläche (320) aufzuliegen, während die Zungen (315a) der zweiten Gruppe radial außerhalb der Auflagefläche (320) angeordnet sind, so daß sie nur mit der axialen Anschlagseinrichtung (29) der Basis zusammenwirken können, wobei die Zungen (315a) der zweiten Gruppe eine größere Höhe als die der ersten Gruppe (315) besitzen.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite der Zungen der zweiten Gruppe (315a) sich von oben nach unten allmählich von der Achse der zylindrischen Hülle (311) entfernt, während die Außenseite zu dieser Achse im wesentlichen parallel ist, während die Zungen (315) der ersten Gruppe eine andere Form haben, wobei ihre Innenseite zur Achse im wesentlichen parallel ist und ihre Außenseite sich von oben nach unten allmählich der Achse nähert.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der maximale Außendurchmesser der gesamten Reibeinrichtung (F) im wesentlichen gleich dem Außendurchmesser des Mantels (14-14d, 114-314) ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstoff, der für die die schraubenförmige Nut oder Nuten aufweisende zylindrische Hülle (11-311) verwendet wird, aus der Gruppe der Polystyrole, Polyolefine, Polyacetale, Polytetrafluorethylen-Derivate und Polyester ausgewählt ist.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formungsmaterial des rohrförmigen Elements (1-601) aus der Gruppe der Polyolefine, Polystyrole, Celluloseacetate und-propionate, Vinylpolymere, Polyacetale und Polytetrafluorethylen-Derivate ausgewählt ist.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstoff, der für die Formung des rohrförmigen Elements (1-601) einerseits und/oder der mit der schraubenförmigen Nut versehenen zylindrischen Hülle (11-311) andererseits verwendet wird, 0,2 bis 20 % Gleitmittel wie Bornitrid, Molybdändisulfid, Graphit oder Silicone enthält.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis (6) an ihrem Umfang mit übereinander angeordneten Scheiben (8) mit einem so großen Außendurchmesser versehen ist, daß eine gute Verhakung der Basis (6) in einem äußeren Sockel (9) gewährleistet wird.
  29. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (50) des äußeren Sockels (9') abnehmbar ist und daß das rohrförmige Element (1) nach unten herausgezogen werden kann, wenn der Boden (50) entfernt ist, um durch eine Nachladung ersetzt zu werden, worauf der Boden wieder eingesetzt wird.
  30. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (53) des Sockels (509') in diesem Sockel verschiebbar montiert ist, jedoch bezüglich Drehung mit dem Sockel verbunden ist, wobei zwischen dem Boden (53) und dem unteren Teil des rohrförmigen Elements (501) eine elastische Einrichtung (57) vorgesehen ist und der Boden (53) mit einem zylindrischen Kragen versehen ist, dessen oberer Innenrand eine Kegelstumpfform (59) hat, die der kegelstumpfförmigen Fläche des bzw. der Vorsprünge (30) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Einheit so ausgelegt ist, daß der obere Rand (59) des Bodens in normaler Stellung auf den Vorsprung (30) und das rohrförmige Element (501) eine Bremswirkung ausübt, während man durch axiales Eindrücken des Bodens (53) die Verbiegung des bzw. der Vorsprünge (30) radial nach innen bewirkt, wobei das rohrförmige Element (501) ausgehakt wird, das von oben herausgezogen und durch eine Nachladung ersetzt werden kann.
