Claims (17)

  1. Verschlußkapsel (1, 101, 201) für einen Flakon (2) mit Hals (20), die aufweist:
    eine Zwinge (4), die eine erste Achse (X) aufweist und auf den Hals (20) des Flakons montiert wird,
    eine steife Verschlußkappe (60, 260) mit einer Oberseite (76, 276) und einer zylindrischen Seitenwand (64, 264), die sich um einen Teil der Zwinge (4) legen kann,
    einen steifen Bügel (8), der zwei durch einen zentralen Bereich (10) verbundene Enden (12a, 14a) aufweist, wobei die Enden um eine zweite, zur ersten Achse X senkrecht liegende Achse (B) schwenkbar auf die Zwinge montiert sind, so daß der zentrale Bereich (10) des Bügels (8) durch eine Schwenkbewegung gegen die Oberseite der Kappe (60, 260) in Anlage gelangen kann,
    Mittel (72, 272), die die Oberseite (76, 276) gegen den Bügel (8) in Anlage bringen können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, die die Oberseite gegen den Bügel in Anlage bringen können, elastische Mittel aufweisen, die eine axiale Verschiebung der Oberseite der Kappe in Bezug auf den Bügel ermöglichen, und daß die elastischen Mittel aus mindestens einer elastisch verformbaren Zone der Kappe bestehen, wobei diese Zone (72, 272) mit der Kappe (60, 260) aus einem Stück besteht.
  2. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (8) die Form eines U hat, das aus einem zentralen Bereich (10) und zwei Seitenbereichen (12, 14) besteht, wobei die Seitenbereiche mit dem zentralen Bereich einen Winkel von etwa 90° bilden.
  3. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (60, 260) aus Polypropylen oder aus Polyoxymethylen besteht.
  4. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (60, 260) eine Aufmachungskappe (6, 206) trägt, die sich zwischen der Kappe (60, 260) und dem Bügel (8) befindet, wenn dieser auf der Oberseite (76, 276) aufliegt.
  5. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufmachungskappe (6, 206) aus einem steifen Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  6. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufmachungskappe (6, 206) aus einem galvanisch behandelbaren Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  7. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwinge (4) aus einem galvanisch behandelbaren Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  8. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (8) aus einem galvanisch behandelbaren Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  9. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das galvanisch behandelbare Kunststoffmaterial ausgewählt wird aus ABS (Acrylonitril-, Butadien-, Styrol-Copolymer) und Polypropylen mit einem Zusatz von Bariumcarbonat-Füllstoffen.
  10. Kapsel (1, 101, 201) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das galvanisch behandelbare Kunststoffmaterial mit einer äußeren Metallschicht bedeckt ist.
  11. Kapsel (201) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Mittel eine axial elastisch verformbare Zone (272) der Oberseite (276) enthalten, wobei ein Teil dieser Zone gegen den Bügel (8) anliegen kann.
  12. Kapsel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufmachungskappe (206) eine zentrale Öffnung (275) aufweist, durch die hindurch eine Spitze (276), die auf der elastisch verformbaren Zone (272) sitzt, mit dem Bügel (8) in Kontakt steht.
  13. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Mittel mindestens eine axial elastisch verformbare Zunge (72) aufweisen, die sich an der Basis der Kappe (60) befindet, wobei diese Zunge (72) gegen einen radial vorstehenden Abschnitt (40) anliegt, der von der Zwinge (4) getragen wird.
  14. Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (12a, 14a) des Bügels (8) mit der Zwinge (4) durch zwei einander diametral entgegengesetzt liegende Gelenkverbindungen (12b, 12c; 14b, 14c) verbunden sind.
  15. Kapsel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkverbindungen Stift-Gelenkverbindungen (12c, 14c) sind.
  16. Parfümflakon mit einem Hals, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hals eine Kapsel gemäß einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche trägt.
  17. Parfümflakon nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hals ein Ausgabeorgan (24) mit einer Zerstäuberdüse (30) trägt.
