Description
- une frette présentant un premier axe et destinée à être montée sur le col du flacon,
- un capot de fermeture rigide muni d'un sommet et d'une paroi latérale cylindrique apte à se placer autour d'une partie de la frette,
- un étrier rigide présentant deux extrémités reliés par une partie centrale, les extrémités étant montées sur la frette, pivotantes autour d'un second axe, perpendiculaire au premier axe, de sorte que, par pivotement, la partie centrale de l'étrier puisse venir en appui contre le sommet du capot, et
- des moyens aptes à mettre en appui le sommet contre l'étrier. Selon l'invention les moyens aptes à mettre en appui le sommet contre l'étrier comprennent des moyens élastiques permettant un déplacement axial du sommet du capot par rapport à l'étrier et les moyens élastiques sont constitués par au moins une zone du capot, déformable élastiquement, cette zone formant avec le capot une seule pièce.
Claims (17)
- Capsule de fermeture (1, 101, 201) pour un flacon (2) à col (20) comportant :une frette (4) présentant un premier axe (X) et destinée à être montée sur le col (20) du flacon,un capot de fermeture (60, 260) rigide muni d'un sommet (76, 276) et d'une paroi latérale cylindrique (64, 264) apte à se placer autour d'une partie de la frette (4),un étrier rigide (8) présentant deux extrémités (12a, 14a) reliés par une partie centrale (10), les extrémités étant montées sur la frette, pivotantes autour d'un second axe (B), perpendiculaire au premier axe X, de sorte que, par pivotement, la partie centrale (10) de l'étrier (8) puisse venir en appui contre le sommet du capot (60, 260),des moyens (72, 272) aptes à mettre en appui le sommet (76, 276) contre l'étrier (8) caractérisée en ce que les moyens aptes à mettre en appui le sommet contre l'étrier comprennent des moyens élastiques permettant un déplacement axial du sommet du capot par rapport à l'étrier, et en ce que les moyens élastiques sont constitués, par au moins une zone du capot, déformable élastiquement, cette zone (72, 272) formant avec le capot (60, 260) une seule pièce.
- Capsule (1, 101, 201) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'étrier (8) se présente sous forme d'un 〈〈 U 〉〉, constitué d'une partie centrale (10) et deux parties latérales (12, 14), les parties latérales formant un angle d'environ 90° avec la partie centrale.
- Capsule (1, 101, 201) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le capot (60, 260) est réalisé en polypropylène ou en polyoxymèthylène.
- Capsule (1, 101, 201) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le capot (60, 260) porte un capot d'habillage (6, 206) situé entre le capot (60, 260) et l'étrier (8), lorsque celui-ci est en appui sur le sommet (76, 276).
- Capsule (1, 101, 201) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le capot d'habillage (6, 206) est constitué d'un matériau plastique rigide.
- Capsule (1, 101, 201) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le capot d'habillage (6, 206) est constitué d'un matériau plastique galvanisable.
- Capsule (1, 101, 201) selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que la frette (4) est réalisée en un matériau plastique galvanisable.
- Capsule (1, 101, 201) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'étrier (8) est réalisé en un matériau plastique galvanisable.
- Capsule (1, 101, 201) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le matériau plastique galvanisable est choisie parmi l'ABS (copolymère acrylonitrile - butadiène - styrène) et le polypropylène additionné de charges de carbonate de baryum.
- Capsule (1, 101, 201), selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le matériau plastique galvanisable est recouvert d'une surface externe métallique.
- Capsule (201) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens élastiques comprennent une zone (272) du sommet (276), élastiquement déformable axialement, une partie de cette zone étant apte à venir en appui contre l'étrier (8).
- Capsule selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le capot d'habillage (206) comporte une ouverture centrale (275), au travers de laquelle un picot (276), porté par la zone (272) élastiquement déformable, est en contact avec l'étrier (8).
- Capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les moyens élastiques comportent au moins une languette (72) élastiquement déformable axialement, située sur la base du capot (60), cette languette (72) étant en appui contre une portion (40) en salle radiale, portée par la frette (4).
- Capsule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les extrémités (12a, 14a) de l'étrier (8) sont liés à la frette (4) par deux articulations (12b, 12c; 14b, 14c) diamétralement opposées.
- Capsule selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que les articulations sont des articulations à goupille (12c, 14c).
- Flacon de parfum comportant un col, caractérisé en ce que le col porte une capsule conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Flacon de parfum selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le col porte un organe de distribution (24) muni d'une buse de pulvérisation (30).
