Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2), der im Inneren (INT) eines mit Öffnungsmitteln (MO) versehenen Behälters (3), z. B. in der Art einer zylindrischen Dose, angeordnet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung folgendes umfaßt:ein Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4), das zwischen einer freien Stellung (A), in der das Ende (2a) des Strohhalms (2), den es stützt, in die Öffnung (5) der Öffnungsmittel (MO) des Behälters (3) hineinragt, und einer verriegelten Stellung (B), in der dieses Ende im Inneren (INT) des Behälters (3) angeordnet ist, bewegbar ist,Betätigungsmittel (MS) für das Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4), die dieses in seiner verriegelten Stellung (B) zu seiner freien Stellung (A) hin betätigen sollen,Verriegelungsmittel (MV), die dazu dienen, das Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4) in seiner verriegelten Stellung (B) zu blockieren, undEntriegelungsmittel (MDV), die dazu dienen, das Stützorgan (4) aus seiner verriegelten Stellung (B) freizugeben.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung der Öffnungsmittel (MO) des Behälters (3) die Betätigung der Entriegelungsmittel (MDV) steuert, die das Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4) freigeben.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strohhalm-Stützorgan aus einem Stützarm (4) besteht, der mit Mitteln zum Halten des Strohhalms (2) an seinem Ende (4a) versehen ist, wobei der Arm zwischen seiner freien Stellung (A) und seiner verriegelten Stellung (B) auf einem unabhängigen, fest mit dem Behälter (3) verbundenen Zwischenstück verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel (MS) für den Strohhalm (2) durch das Gelenk (13) des Strohhalm-Stützarms (4) am unabhängigen Zwischenstück (9) und/oder durch den Stützarm selbst gebildet werden und aufgrund der Flexibilität und der Elastizität des zur Herstellung des Arms, des Zwischenstücks und des diese verbindenden Gelenks verwendeten Materials erhältlich sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsmittel (MV) aus einem sekundären Verriegelungsarm (8) bestehen, der an seinem Ende (8a) eine Anordnung von Anschlagflächen (11, 11a, 11b, 11c) aufweist, die mit komplementären Anlageflächen (12, 12a, 12b, 12c) zusammenwirken sollen, die vom Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4) getragen werden, wenn sich dieses in seiner verriegelten Stellung (B) befindet.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entriegelungsmittel (MDV) aus einer Entriegelungsklinke (15) bestehen, die vom sekundären Verriegelungsarm (8) getragen wird und dazu dient, mit den Öffnungsmitteln (MO) des Behälters (3) zusammenzuwirken, um eine Verschiebung des sekundären Arms (8) in eine Freigabe-Endstellung (D) zu bewirken, in der ihre Anschlagflächen (11, 11a 11b, 11c) nicht mehr mit den komplementären Anlageflächen (12, 12a, 12b, 12c) des Strohhalm-Stützorgans (4) zusammenwirken.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strohhalm-Stützorgan (4), die Betätigungsmittel (MS), die Verriegelungsmittel (MV) und die Entriegelungsmittel (MDV) aus ein und demselben Stück bestehen, das als unabhängiges Zwischenstück (9) bezeichnet wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das unabhängige Zwischenstück (9) die Form eines Kreisrings aufweist, der unter der oberen Wand oder dem Deckel (16) eines Behälters (3) in Form einer zylindrischen Dose anzubringen ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (9) Dichtmittel umfaßt, die dazu dienen, die Dichtigkeit zwischen dem Deckel (16) und der Umlaufwand (21) der Dose (3) zu erhalten, wobei diese Dichtmittel bei ihrer Montage zum Einsatz kommen.
- Trinkbehälter (3) der Art mit einer Vorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Herausziehen eines Strohhalms (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
