Claims (5)
- Farbwerk für eine Tiefdruckrotationsmaschine mit einer Farbwanne (2), einer Einfärbewalze (3), einem Formzylinder (4) und einer auf die Mantelfläche des Formzylinders (4) wirkenden Rakeleinrichtung (27), wobeidie Farbwanne (2) unterhalb des in Tiefdruckfarbe (1) eintauchenden Formzylinders (4) angeordnet ist,eine lichte Länge (l) der Farbwanne (2) kleiner ist als eine Ballenlänge (m) des Formzylinders (4),jede Stirnseite (8, 9) der Farbwanne (2) an ihrer dem Formzylinder (4) zugewandten Seite eine Aussparung aufweist, mit einem an einen Radius (s) des Formzylinders (4) angepaßten, unterhalb des höchsten Niveaus der Tiefdruckfarbe (1) liegenden Spalt (11).
- Farbwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ballenlänge (m) des Formzylinders (4) gleich der Länge (l) der Farbwanne (2) ist plus beidseitiger äußerer Überstände (x, y).
- Farbwerk nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Überstände (x, y) gleichlang sind, d. h. x gleich y.
- Farbwerk nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Überstände (x, y) verschieden lang sind, d. h. x ungleich y.
- Farbwerk nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Bereich der über die Farbwanne (2) hinausragenden Überstände (x, y) des Formzylinders (4) gerichtete Düsen (31, 32) zum Besprühen dieser Überstände (x, y) mit Lösungsmittel für Tiefdruckfarbe (1) angeordnet sind.
