Claims (31)
- Verfahren zum Magazinieren von Kannen, insbesondere an einer faserbanderzeugenden Maschine, wobei einerseits aus dem Magazin einzelne, leere Kannen zu dieser Maschine abgeführt und von dieser Maschine aus gefüllte Kannen dem Magazin zugeführt werden, und bei dem andererseits die gefüllten Kannen aus dem Magazin entnommen und durch leere Kannen ersetzt werden und das Magazin als solches zur Aufnahme bzw. Abgabe der Kanne hin- und her verschoben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Abführen, Zuführen oder Entnehmen der Kannen aus bzw. zu dem Magazin je nach Bedarf ein leerer Kannenstellplatz, eine leere Kanne oder eine volle Kanne einer während des Magazinierens stationär angeordneten Kannengreifvorrichtung jeweils am selben Ort zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit gefüllten Kannen versehene Magazin gegen ein mit leeren Kannen versehenes Magazin an der Maschine ausgewechselt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine gefüllte Kanne während des Füllvorganges einer anderen Kanne aus dem Magazin entnommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß für eine entnommene volle Kanne eine leere Kanne in das Magazin abgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gefüllten Kannen auf einer Seite des Magazins und die leeren Kannen auf der anderen Seite des Magazins abgestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste an die Reihe voller Kannen anschließende leere Kanne zum Füllen aus dem Magazin entnommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Aufnehmen einer vollen Kanne aus dem Magazin eine leere Kanne in das Magazin auf den Stellplatz der momentan zum Füllen entnommenen Kanne gestellt wird (Fig.-6a-6c).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste an die Reihe leerer Kannen anschließende volle Kanne aus dem Magazin entnommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Magazin zuerst zugeführte volle Kanne dem Magazin zuerst wieder entnommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Austausch mehrerer Kannen während eines Kannenwechselvorganges die der Anzahl der auszutauschenden Kannen entsprechende Anzahl ältester Kannen ermittelt und unter Berücksichtigung kürzester Verschiebewege dem Magazin entnommen werden (Fig.8).
- Verfahren zum Magazinieren und Entnehmen von Kannen, mit einem, insbesondere neben einer kannenfüllenden Maschine angeordneten Magazin, mit einer Reihe leerer und einer Reihe voller Kannen, wobei das Magazin als solches zur Aufnahme bzw. Abgabe der Kanne hin- und her verschoben wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den vollen und leeren Kannen auf dem Magazin ein Kannenstellplatz nicht besetzt ist, daß ein Kannentransportfahrzeug an dem Magazin positioniert wird, daß eine leere Kanne aus dem Fahrzeug in das Magazin auf den leeren Kannenstellplatz gegeben wird, daß eine volle Kanne aus dem Magazin auf das Fahrzeug gegeben wird, und daß das Magazin um eine Kannenteilung in Richtung der Stellplätze für die leeren Kannen verschoben wird, so daß ein leerer Kannenstellplatz auf dem Magazin sich relativ zum Kannentransportfahrzeug wieder an der ursprünglichen Stelle befindet.
- Verfahren zum Magazinieren und Entnehmen von Kannen, mit einem, insbesondere neben einer kannenfüllenden Maschine angeordneten Magazin mit einer Reihe Kannen, wobei wenigstens eine Kanne gefüllt ist, und wobei das Magazin als solches zur Aufnahme bzw. Abgabe der Kanne hin- und her verschoben wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kannen' transportfahrzeug mit einem leeren Kannenstellplatz und einer leeren Kanne an dem Magazin positioniert wird, daß eine volle Kanne aus dem Magazin auf das Fahrzeug gegeben wird, daß das Magazin um einen Kannenstellplatz verschoben wird, so daß die leere Kanne des Kannentransportfahrzeuges dem soeben geleerten Kannenstellplatz auf dem Magazin gegenübersteht, daß die leere Kanne aus dem Kannentransportfahrzeug auf das Magazin abgegeben wird, und daß das Magazin bei Bedarf wieder um eine Kannenteilung entgegen seiner zuvor verschobenen Richtung verschoben wird (Fig.7a-7c).
- Verfahren zum Magazinieren und Entnehmen von Spinnkannen, mit einem, insbesondere neben einer kannenfüllenden Maschine angeordneten Magazin, mit wenigstens einer leeren und einer vollen Kanne, wobei das Magazin als solches zur Aufnahme bzw. Abgabe der Kanne hin- und her verschoben wird dadurch gekennzeichnet daß zwischen der vollen und leeren Spinnkanne auf dem Magazin ein Kannenstellplatz nicht besetzt ist, daß ein Kannentransportfahrzeug mit einem leeren Kannenstellplatz und einer leeren Kanne an dem Magazin positioniert wird, daß das Magazin um eine Kannenteilung in Richtung der Stellplätze für die leeren Kannen verschoben wird, so daß ein leerer Kannenstellplatz auf dem Magazin der leeren Kanne auf dem Kannentransportfahrzeug gegenübersteht, daß eine leere Kanne aus dem Fahrzeug in das Magazin auf den leeren Kannenstellplatz gegeben wird, und daß eine volle Kanne aus dem Magazin auf das Fahrzeug gegeben wird (Fig.6a-6c).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wechsel der leeren Kanne gegen die volle Kanne derart erfolgt, daß auf dem Magazin zwischen den leeren Kannen und den vollen Kannen nach dem Wechsel ein Stellplatz frei ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kannentransportfahrzeug so neben dem Magazin positioniert wird, daß die von dem Kannentransportfahrzeug mitgeführte leere Kanne auf der Seite der leeren Kannen des Magazines ist, und daß sich der leere Kannenstellplatz des Kannentransportfahrzeuges auf der Seite der vollen Kannen des Magazines befindet.
- Vorrichtung zum Magazinieren von Kannen, insbesondere an einer faserbanderzeugenden Maschi-ne, mit einem Magazin für volle und leere Kannen, wobei das Magazin als Wagen (10) ausgebildet ist, der zur Aufnahme und Abgabe von Kannen (1, 2) verschiebbar ist, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Wagen im Bereich einer Haltestelle für ein Kannentransportfahrzeug (3) angeordnet ist, und daß er zur Aufnahme und Abgabe von Kannen (1, 2) entlang der Haltestelle in die jeweils erforderliche Position verschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuerung des Wagens (10) und das Kannentransportfahrzeug (3) an der Haltestelle mit einem Kommunikationsmittel (31, 32) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kommunikationsmittel Lichtschranken (31, 32) sind mit jeweils einem Sender und einem Empfänger.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Wagen (10) leere und/oder volle Kannen (1, 2) derart angeordnet sind, daß an einem Ende des Wagens (10) die leeren Kannen (1) und am anderen Ende des Wagens (10) die vollen Kannen (2) abgestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den leeren und den vollen Kannen (1, 2) ein freier Kannenstellplatz (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (10) beidseitig seiner Längsrichtung mit Kannen (1, 2) beund entladbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (10) mittels einer an einer Reibfläche (11) des Wagens (10) angreifenden Reibradantriebes (24) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reibfläche (11) an einer Gegenwalze (26) abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (10) in seiner Ladehöhe bezüglich einer Be- und Entladeeinrichtung ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (10) mittels einer abgesetzten Gegenwalze (26) des Reibradantriebes (24) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Wagen (10) Kannenstellplätze (5) mit seitlichen Führungen (14) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Wagen (10) ein Kannenstellplatz mehr als zu füllende Kannen (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wagenbreite kleiner als der Kannendurchmesser bzw. die Kannenlänge ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (10), insbesondere mit vollen Kannen (2) mit einem anderen Wagen, insbesondere mit leeren Kannen (1) an der Magaziniervorrichtung austauschbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Kannenstellplatz des Wagens (10) ein Mittel (28) zum Positionieren des Kannenstellplatzes im Bezug auf eine Kannengreifvorrichtung zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Führung (23) zur genauen Positionierung des Wagens (10) an der Magaziniervorrichtung angeordnet ist.
