Definitions
- the invention relates to a handling device on a can changing car a spinning machine for translating rectangular cans from a run position of the spinning machine to a storage location of the wagon or vice versa, the wagon on one Transport route along the front of a number of on the machine running rectangular cans is movable and the rectangular cans the row of cans with the rectangular narrow side, for example stand parallel to the transport route.
- the roving becomes modern spinning machines in so-called rectangular cans delivered.
- the cans have standardized sizes basically cuboid. You will be using the wide rectangle sides facing each other under the spinning positions or spindles positioned on a spinning machine. In this so-called process position this will correspond to the respective spinning process prepared roving from a jug at each spinning position deducted. If a jug is empty, it will go through replaced a new jug. Because the cans in closed rows stand next to each other under the spinning positions, first becomes one empty jug (empty jug) pulled out of the row and then replaced by a full jug (full jug).
- So-called can changing trolleys are used to transport the cans in and out used.
- a can change car picks up and brings only so much full and empty cans that he always still has a free place. This is necessary because Change can on the spinning machine first remove an empty can must (to make room for a full jug) before he place a full can at a drain position of the spinning machine can.
- the can change car runs in a lane along the line of cans mostly between two rows of spinning machines. It should not - measured across the lane be much wider than the length of the can; with pitcher length becomes the largest side of the rectangle measured parallel to the can bottom designated, can width is that parallel to the can bottom measured length of the narrowest side of the rectangle.
- the can change car can have a width equal to the length of the can, if the cans are in the same orientation (across the lane) should pick up and transport, as in the can row the expiry positions are available.
- the car is supposed to not be much wider than the length of the can, otherwise the distance from spinning machine to spinning machine or Row of cans to row of cans of neighboring rows of spinning machines should be correspondingly larger.
- the can change is conventional manually, as there is free space on the path of the can change car not sufficient for mechanical solutions Seemed to offer space and grippers due to lack of space not in the front between the jugs standing close to each other each row of cans can reach.
- DE 40 15 938 A1 describes a special round can construction, which has a trough lever with a guide at one longitudinal end for a sliver, provided.
- the trough lever with the help of a stick on a narrow side of the jug attached.
- Each jug can be lifted from the bar by grabbing it Position under the spinning machine.
- To a can manipulator containing a telescope is provided, who grips the rod with the help of a slider and by a single telescopic movement from the central plane of the Spinning machine pulls away on the vehicle.
- the invention has for its object an automatic Handling device for exchanging rectangular cans between spinning machines and can transport carts, the rectangular cans first pull out of the bandage under the spinning machine and then put on the cart or in reverse Direction to be transported.
- the rectangular cans When pulling out the cans from the row of cans under the spinning machine (or when inserting in the row of cans) should reach under the cans or in the longitudinal direction laterally between the cans or over the jug may not be required.
- the solution is described in claim 1. It affects a handling device on a can changing carriage of a spinning machine for translating rectangular cans from a drain position the spinning machine to a storage location of the carriage and vice versa, the carriage on a transport route along the Front of the row of rectangular cans running on the machine is movable, the rectangular cans of the row of cans also with the rectangular narrow side approximately parallel to the transport route stand.
- the invention is in a rail guide Slidable on the can change car across the transport route stored, essentially one-piece, elongated Can sledge - a kind of "push and pull rod" - provided which is pivotally attached to the longitudinal ends Grippers to couple first and then the other side of the narrow side.
- the respective rectangular can acting as a one-piece push and pull rod Can sledge provided, one at its longitudinal ends has horizontally movable gripper.
- the device does not become four drives as in DE 40 15 938 A1, but only three drives, namely one drive for the Can slide and one drive each for the two grippers.
- the two grippers of the can slide according to the invention individually pivotally attached to the longitudinal edges of the sled , they can be folded up independently and on the on the Trolleys located in the car can be "driven past". You allow it is therefore possible to choose one and the same jug on the trolley pick up or drop left or right.
- the essence of the present invention is in that the individual spinning can first with the help a gripper pulled out of a row of cans and then pushed onto the respective wagon with the help of another gripper becomes.
- a gripper pulled out of a row of cans When depositing trolleys and pushing them in the row of cans is successively in reverse order first with one and then with the other gripper of one Sled worked.
- the grippers sit independently of each other movable on the longitudinal ends of a "can sled", the could also be referred to as a push and pull rod.
- the grippers of the can slide according to the invention can on be trained in any way that they are capable are a jug in an automatic process on the other Carriage facing narrow side so that the can with the help of the gripper on the trolley - over its long edge is to pull or from the trolley into a row of drain cans push.
- the grippers can be hooked into a jug handle, with suction cups, with clamping means and the like Holding means be equipped. If a gripper at the Interferes with the work of the other gripper, it is very advantageous the mechanics so that the inactive Gripper on the carriage in a no longer disturbing position is to be moved or swiveled.
- the jug according to the invention therefore needs the jug neither on the floor or on the sides or on the rear narrow side, all due to the spatial conditions in the drain can row are difficult to reach because there are two in succession in engagement with the one facing the car has front gripper to be brought, this Grippers a mutual distance of at least approximately twice the distance between the longitudinal edge of the wagon and Front of the (just served) side facing this longitudinal edge Jug row should have and at the longitudinal ends of a cross to Transport route on the carriage movable carriage, preferably movable, attached.
- the handling device is not only for one of a drain can row of the spinning machine in the narrow Applicable can change car applicable, but also generally in a can changing car, which cans removed from a can storage and / or delivered in it.
- the handling device according to the invention can be equipped with a can sledge, which can be used on everyone Longitudinal end has a double gripper.
- Such a double gripper can exist according to another invention of two facing each other at each end of the sled Single grippers of the aforementioned type, which are preferably independent to be operated from each other so that the device accordingly becomes universally applicable.
- a double gripper if each of the single grippers has two or can capture more cans at the same time. In the first case from a two-armed, in the other case from a one-armed Double gripper spoken.
- a can change car e.g. four or more jugs at the same time to transport
- two can also according to the invention Handling devices with one can slide each installed on the trolley then, each can sledge on each Longitudinal ends have a double gripper of one type or another can. With a handling device equipped in this way can easily get four or more cans from the trolley into one at the same time Bearing set or brought from a warehouse on the car.
- a part of a can change car 1 with mounted on it a total of 2 designated handling device shown.
- the handling device serves rectangular cans 3 from a run position of a (not shown) spinning machine to a storage location 4 of the carriage 1 (or in reverse Direction).
- the carriage 1 is on a transport route 5 along a row 6 running on the spinning machine Rectangular cans 3 can be moved along.
- the rectangular cans 3 of the Row of cans 6 are approximately parallel with the narrow rectangular side 7 to the transport route 5.
- the handling device 3 consists of a rail guide 8, which on the carriage 1 in a direction transverse to Direction of the transport path 5 is mounted. In the transverse direction An overall is slidably mounted on the rail guide 8 provided with 9 designated sledges. This extends in its longitudinal direction on either side of it Sliding body 10 essentially in one piece also transversely to Direction of the transport route 5. At its two longitudinal ends 11 and 12 is a gripper 13 and 14 each in the embodiment a parallel to the longitudinal extent of the carriage 9 Axis 15 pivotally attached. The mutual distance a the two grippers 13 and 14 should be smaller than that transverse to the direction of the transport path 5 measured wagon width B. The distance a can be significantly smaller than that in the context of the invention Can length L.
- the can slide 1 should move in the 1 are in the rest position.
- a jug is empty
- the trolley is moved to this empty jug 21 so approached that an empty space 22 of the car 1 with the Can longitudinal direction 23 is aligned.
- the can sledge 9 in the feed direction 24 towards the empty can 21 moves that the front gripper 13 facing the can 21 of the can slide 9 is to be coupled with this can.
- Gripper 13 is provided which fits into a handle 26 of the can 21 takes hold.
- the other (rear) gripper can 14 deactivated, e.g. upwards (perpendicular to the drawing plane) be pivoted.
- the empty can 21 in a next phase, the empty can 21 according to FIG. 3 by moving the can slide 9 in the direction of displacement 27 in part, e.g. approximately to the center line 28 of the car Car 1 pulled.
- the empty can 21 becomes so moved far to the carriage 1, so that the can slide 9 with his inactivated, other gripper 14 just not or at any rate not disturbing, about that of the row of cans just served 6 opposite edge of the carriage, so not over the Wagon edge 29.
- the mutual Distance of the grippers 13, 14 at least twice as large the operating distance between car edge 29 and the front of the row of cans facing the car. "Operating distance" is the distance between actually occurring during operation Long edge of car and can front.
- the front gripper 13 becomes his Coupling with the empty can 21 released (as before the gripper 14) deactivated by swiveling upwards.
- the other, originally facing away from the can 21 14 pivoted into the active position, that is, in the drawing plane and the can sledge 9 is returned in the direction 24 moved to the row of cans 6, so that the row of cans themselves not by the carriage or the front gripper 13 is touched.
- the rear one Gripper 14 hooked into the can handle 26 Then the Can slide 9 moved again in the direction 27, so that the Finally, jug (not shown) centrally on the empty space 22 of the machine is stopped.
- FIG. 4 An example of a car with a patch Full can 30 is shown schematically in Fig. 4.
- Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of a Can slide 9, the at its longitudinal ends 11, 12 (on both sides of the sliding body 10) each have a two-armed double gripper 32, 33 has.

- Fig. 6 shows an embodiment of a Can slide 9, which - e.g. at its longitudinal ends 11, 12 (on both sides of the sliding body 10) - a single-armed double gripper 36, 37 has.
- the one-armed "double gripper” can in principle also capture more than two cans at the same time, if his arms are long enough and each arm is suitable Has clamping means 38.
- An advantage over the two-armed Double gripper (Fig. 5) is that the manufacturing cost is relatively small.
- the two-armed double gripper 32, 33 can, however, be operated independently of one another Individual grippers 32a and 32b and thus designed to be relatively flexible become.
- the solutions according to FIG. 5 and 6 can also be combined so that the two-armed double gripper 32 or 33 according to FIG. 5, two or more on each arm Cans recorded.
